Kiel's Tree Care returned my phone call promptly and most importantly showed up at our estimate appointment 10 mins early. Kiel was very patient and very knowledge with all the trees on my property. He asked me what I would like to do with my trees and then provide/discuss his plan with me. Before the schedule work day, Kiel's office called and notified me because of the work load, Kiel might not be able to finish everything in one day, but will continue on 2nd day. I didn't mind at all, but it was nice to have a heads up. Job was done on time in one day and with my 100% satisfaction. I would give Kiel's Tree Care 10 stars if I can. Not sure if it's a language barrier or a problem with their practice. It ended up becoming a "he said she said" scenario and we paid for more than we thought we were getting. Jokes on me for not getting an invoice in writing before paying them. I feel even more duped because they did some upselling once they came for the estimate. I took their word for it that it would be beneficial even if not necessary because we had them work with us before. I stupidly assumed they care about nurturing this business relationship. Needless to say, they did not offer a remedy for the miscommunication - no partial refund, no discount for future work, etc. Maybe they have too much business to be bothered?
