We reached out to Joe's Complete Tree Service, and Joe immediately put our minds at ease. He promised strict professionalism, and his team absolutely delivered. The crew was highly efficient, communicative, and respectful of our property. I left for work in the morning while the trees were still standing, and I arrived home just as they were finishing up. To my amazement, the yard was completely spotless--you couldn't even tell major tree work had just been done! They even went above and beyond by cleaning up the branches and debris that had fallen into our neighbors' yards. It was a phenomenal, honest job from start to finish. Without a doubt, I would use their services again. Highly recommend!

It worked out great and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Kiel's Tree Care returned my phone call promptly and most importantly showed up at our estimate appointment 10 mins early. Kiel was very patient and very knowledge with all the trees on my property. He asked me what I would like to do with my trees and then provide/discuss his plan with me. Before the schedule work day, Kiel's office called and notified me because of the work load, Kiel might not be able to finish everything in one day, but will continue on 2nd day. I didn't mind at all, but it was nice to have a heads up. Job was done on time in one day and with my 100% satisfaction. I would give Kiel's Tree Care 10 stars if I can. Very professional work attitude. Reasonable price. Super friendly office staff. This job went as smooth as it can be.

His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. Highly recommend Master Tree Services for any tree work. Reliable, fast, and trustworthy.

K & D came in much lower than the other 2 quotes I had received and my neighbor opted to just have the trees removed due to the low cost. I booked a date for the removal only a few days in advance and the crew showed up on time and got to work. A fence panel had to be removed from my neighbor's fence, as one of the trees was located in the back yard, and the crew removed and replaced the panel without damaging it at all. They ground out the stumps and cleaned up everything very nicely. I was honestly a little worried about the quality of work that we would receive based on such a low quote, but was very pleasantly surprised when it was all said and done. I would absolutely recommend K & D to anyone needing this kind of work done.

Jokes on me for not getting an invoice in writing before paying them. I feel even more duped because they did some upselling once they came for the estimate. I took their word for it that it would be beneficial even if not necessary because we had them work with us before. I stupidly assumed they care about nurturing this business relationship. Needless to say, they did not offer a remedy for the miscommunication - no partial refund, no discount for future work, etc. Maybe they have too much business to be bothered?

There were several dead and dying trees, and the remaining trees on the property hadn't been trimmed back for a good 20 years. They were overgrown. Every tree on the property needed work: either removal or extensive pruning (20+ trees). These are tall, mature white oak, pine, and maple trees. I called several tree removal companies for estimates. Santos Hernandez not only promptly called me back within an hour, he scheduled the in person estimate appointment quickly. He gave an extremely fair and competitive quote for the job after meeting me at the property and seeing the scope of work. He promptly emailed the written estimate and certificates of insurance (liability and workers comp) for review after our meeting. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and I immediately felt comfortable. (I can't say that for other companies that I felt were subtly trying to manipulate me). We accepted the quote and the job was scheduled very quickly. The 4 man crew showed up early (by 7:40 am) on the day of service and promptly started at 8 am. They were polite and extremely hard working. They worked the entire day until almost 4 pm and it was a flurry of chain saws, bucket trucks, and stump grinders- a HUGE job. They raked and cleaned up everything. They all were wonderful. You can tell they are experienced in what they do. They removed all the heavy branches overhanging the house. They checked with me as to where they could move a bucket truck during the work. They had to drive onto the lawn at points to be able to get to all the trees (which of course I didn't mind). I appreciated being asked. In summary, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and they offer extremely fair prices! This is a family run company that takes pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If I could give them more than five stars I would! Thank you Hernandez Tree Care Service!!
