As new homeowners, we were feeling incredibly overwhelmed by the prospect of having two large trees removed from our property. We reached out to Joe's Complete Tree Service, and Joe immediately put our minds at ease. He promised strict professionalism, and his team absolutely delivered. The crew was highly efficient, communicative, and respectful of our property. I left for work in the morning while the trees were still standing, and I arrived home just as they were finishing up. To my amazement, the yard was completely spotless--you couldn't even tell major tree work had just been done! They even went above and beyond by cleaning up the branches and debris that had fallen into our neighbors' yards. It was a phenomenal, honest job from start to finish. Without a doubt, I would use their services again. Highly recommend! read more

Such a great company. Joe & the crew was super nice & efficient. They left my yard cleaner than it was before. Couldn't have asked for better service. Recommending to all ~ you won't be disappointed! read more

Came on time, cleaned up nicely, did good work, but cut my phone land line connection and my cable cable. Cowboying it with a chain saw cutting a huge shrub against the house. Joe apologized but didn't offer to pay for what I might have to pay to restore service. An apology is not compensation for what I might have to pay to restore service. As it turns out, I have inside and outside wire insurance, so Verizon is not going to charge me today. Tree work was done yesterday, so no TV for an evening. Not the worst thing. So, if you do use these guy, watch out for your wires. They don't John D. read more

I had this beautiful tree that became diseased and had to come down. The company I usually used blew me off and never even came to look at the tree. I saw a review online about Joes Complete Tree Service and I called them. Well they called me right back , came the next day for an estimate, which was very reasonable and then Joe called me that night and they were there in the morning. Unfortunately I left some bushes planted that were covering the roots. I took the bushes out and called Joe . By Monday morning his crew was here and dug out all the roots. Not only were they friendly but they were through , they cleaned everything up and I could not be happier!! Thank you Joe and your crew for doing such a great job!! I truly appreciate it! Thanks again, Diane Cuccia read more

Joe's complete tree service crew just left my home and did a superb job. The crew were courteous professional, And fine-tuned everything I asked them to do without hesitation. They even advised me on certain Issues I had regarding how fast my trees/ Leyland cypress' grow. They worked as a team, they raked & cleaned up everything before they left. The price was extremely reasonable considering my landscaper was charging slightly less but 1/2 the job. I wouldn't hesitate in a NY minute to use them again! read more

Good prices to remove trees. Did a great job..drove his truck on my sidewalk without putting plywood down and cracked two pieces of cement sidewalk ...they were already cracked but now they're cracked more to a point it's a problem for homeowners insurance and now I got to spend money to replace them....also they don't clean up the chips that they create from grinding so you will have to spend more money in order for someone to remove that and they're pretty big piles of wood chips. Probably will cost me more than $1,000 to fix the cement and get rid of the piles of chips... and put down topsoil read more

Tropical Storm Isaias 8/4/20 caused a tree to fall partially on my house and took up the entire backyard. Joe's Tree service was super quick to respond, and took care of this disaster right away. Real pro's highly recommend read more

If I could give no stars I would. My neighbor hired these complete amateurs', they were reckless and inconsiderate of everyone surrounding them. They were dangerous to traffic passing by, drove like animals while in the street, gassed up their equipment on my lawn and left a mess in my beds, in front of the house, and on my lawn. I just had mulch and landscaping done that afternoon for over $700 and these people made a mess of it. They left clothing and sweatshirts on my lawn, plastic lunch bags, and cigarette butts. They also used my property and driveway to cut across and drag branches across. I spent 2 hours cleaning up after they left. Walk away...no RUN away from this company. If you were trying for a bad reputation you couldn't have been more successful. read more

Wow, quick response to my call requesting an estimate to remove trees, quickly scheduled the work and completed the work timely. I couldn't ask for a more efficient transaction. Today Joe and his amazing crew removed a huge old tree in my yard. They worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up the yard.

Absolutely terrible they park all over the place with no respect to anyone or anything around them stay away.

Fast, efficient, and competitive pricing. Joe and his crew get the job done. Look no further and give them a call for your tree needs.

My entire experience was fantastic. I called for an estimate, Joe called me within a few hours and was at my house in the afternoon. After a few minutes, I had a written estimate in hand. It was a great price and we decided to go ahead with the service. TWO days later, Joe showed up and had a giant maple tree completely down, including stump being ground in 2.5 hours. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Joe!!!! read more

Came for estimate and was so rude. Walked a away saying he didn't want the job. Guess he couldn't handle the challenge because he didn't want to accept responsibility of protecting potential property damage. Their is a way of not accepting a job with professionalism, but this guy way way out of line. read more

I called for an estimate on a few small trees. Joe showed up the next day and assessed the job. Joe grabbed his chainsaw and cut down the trees in a few minutes at no charge. I recommend Joe's Complete Tree Service very highly, not because he didn't charge me, but because he didn't take advantage of the situation like the wonderful human being he is!!! read more

I first chose your team because of great reviews and you're BBB certified (=great service and fully insured)You guys squeezed me into your busy schedule and was able to match a competitor's price. Thank you for that. As a customer I'm willing to wait for a good contractor who will do a great job especially since mine was not an emergency job. I had a number of trees on my property that had turned brown and were leaning into my house, other trees just needed trimming and so forth. Joe came out yesterday and took a tour of my property. He was very personable. He has a very funny sense of humor. At any rate, I got a quote and gave a small deposit. He said I would have all the trees taken care of within 2 weeks. When I got home from work tonight I received a call from Joe saying the men were on the way. Sure enough, three trucks pulled outside my house with about ten men. One, two, three, lickity split my entire property was taken care of. They cleaned the property, reset the table and chairs that were under a large tree and all politely said good night. I had read reviews of tree service companies in the area. Joe's company had the best reviews. I can understand why. His pricing is extremely reasonable and his workers are very professional. I would highly recommend him and would call them back again without hesitation. Good job done!! Thank you Joe and your team! They arrived EARLY! This is a rock star crew of professionals!!!! Super nice, efficient, and brave (looked like one man was 50 feet up!) I got an estimate and had the work done within the same week. I had huge branches removed and stumps as well. They truly know what they're doing - quality work! I am a young homeowner and unfortunately, in the past, some contractors have tried to pull one over on me - not this company - you can trust this company. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs help with their property. Thank you Joe's Complete Tree Service!!! read more

If I could give these guys a ten I would. I can't tell u how amazing they were. We had a ver tall tree in front of our house that really needed to come down. I left a message, received a timely call back and a great price. They said they would call within 2 weeks to tell us the date. They called 3 days later and said they would b at my house first thing in the morning. They came at 7:30 and the tree was down before I went to work. Joe did the work himself and his skill and the skill of his staff were able to take the tree down without any damage to our fence or our neighbors fence. (We were both concerned about that). They cleaned everything up and said they would be back over the weekend to pick up the larger pieces of wood and grind the stump. The wood was gone before I got home from work that day and they ground the stump the next day, even before the weekend. They were fabulous. read more

We have had many servicemen/crews in our home and on our property to do work but I have never met such an arrogant, condescending, rude owner. He was very bothered by my questions when he came, spoke to me in a very intimidating way and had to throw him off the property. With a child in my arms he speaks to women like this, terrible customer service skills. Would NEVER recommend him. read more
