He understood we were just getting on our feet after buying a house, but also needed some dangerous and dead trees gone ASAP. He gave us financial options which allowed us to pay what we could up front which HELPED A LOT! He was knowledgeable, one of the only "tree guys" who gave us a full explanation of each tree and it's potential issues. We had 4 trees removed and 2 trimmed for a price MUCH cheaper than other companies. Almost $1000 cheaper than competitors but work is still quality. I recently used Immaculate Tree Service to cut down and remove huge trees from my backyard and my parents' backyard. I was concerned about who could do the job, as some of the trees were right over the house. Immaculate Tree Service did an amazing job in cutting and maneuvering the hug branches & trunks off the trees. Not once did I feel like there was any danger to the house, as they are very knowledgeable on how to tie, cut and lower the huge trees...it was incredible to watch them work! They are also very reasonably priced and their crew is very courteous. They did a nice job in cleaning the location before they left and the owner, Ira, was great to deal with. I cut down about 20 large shrubs in front of my house and the roots and stumps left behind were huge! I am installing a paver patio and new landscaping in the same place so had to get rid of stumps.... Looked into renting a stump grinder and wasn't cheap and weighed a ton... Found immaculate tree service online and called for estimate. Ira came by within 10 min and gave me estimate for about same price as renting the stump grinder. I explained I didn't have much time and needed job done ASAP. Two workers came 2 days later in the pouring rain and removed all of the stumps. Ira is a true professional business man. I have used his company quite a few times. He will tell you if a tree does or does not need to come down. He will not take advantage of you just to make a dollar. If the tree is healthy and not a danger he will recommend you leave it alone. His crew is prompt and courteous. Ira, the owner, gave a very fair price, crew showed up on time, and they removed a very big maple tree and did a great job. Requested stump (grind) removal and for the first time ever, the lead crew member went below the ground surface to really grind away at the stump. As a home owner this makes your day!
