I had an emergency and had to fly back home fast. While at the house, a windstorm created a loud noise from outside and I somehow noticed our Swampy Maple was leaning. At over 200', it could wipe out the roof. I don't know any tree people and called a friend who said these guys are the real deal. Thank GOD for my friend. These guys are exceptional at what they do and it was astonishing to see how coordinated, safe, considerate and clean they are. This crew is all you need. Not only did they show up on time, they took it down in 3 hours, chipped the branches, ground out the stump and cleaned up our gravel driveway so well that you couldn't tell they were even there. They were kind enough to cut me a few slices of the tree as I had requested a few pieces to make something for my Dad who planted the tree when he bought the house. I hired Premier Tree service to trim up an old silver maple. I had the owner came right out and gave me a quote. It was very professional when they came and did the job. It was a winter day in March certain part of the job that they could not finish. The owner told me after I paid him that they would come back after work one day and finish the small part of the job. They did not finish well I text the owner EYTON four times now and he has not returned any of the messages at all so as far as I'm concerned it was a breach of contract because it was in my contract to fill the holes in the tree and he did not come back and finish the job. I had seven pine trees that were just ugly to look at. They were a nuisance and I needed to get rid of them. I called Premier Tree Service and spoke with Brett. He came the next day and gave me an estimate which was lower than I expected. He said that he could come the following week and that it would take half a day to complete. His crew are very competent. They were very careful when cutting branches so as to not hit my fence or pergola. After removing the trees they meticulously cleaned up the debris. My wife and I have used Premier Tree Service twice now. On both occasions we were blown away by the quality of service and professionalism that Brett and his crew delivered. We didn't have a recommendation, but Premier was close to or location and we found them online so we gave them a call. It's always a gamble finding a new contractor on your own, but we definitely made the right call with this company. Communication was great the whole time. I always knew right away what the game plan was for both of the jobs. The quote was fair, the service was prompt, and the whole crew was accommodating and friendly. For the second job I was working with a tight time schedule being that I had a shed taken down and was waiting on delivery of the new shed. Once the old shed was down we realized it was the only opportunity we would have to take down a large Oak tree that was on our property line obstructing the fence run. BAMBOOZLED By Premier Tree Service, Inc.: I review job with Mark the foreman for removal of 5 trees and grinding down each stump. Contract states totally remove and cart away wood. I was told by Mark (Foreman) there will be a small mound of mulch at the site where each stump will be ground. In addition mark went on further to say that the ground will settle and I can then fill in with dirt and seed to plant grass. Upon completion of the work I find 5 huge piles of ground up wood total over 2 1/2 Tons debris left on my property. So now I am wondering what happened to the "totally remove wood" part of my contact, I told Mark (foreman) this is unacceptable and the debris must be removed. Mark tells me that he has another job scheduled and he would take care of the clean up in 2 weeks time, they Premier never contacted me or returned any of my phone calls. Be advised that once this company (Premier Tree Service) has your money and you paid them in good faith, if a situation or problem does arise they are totally unresponsive to your phone calls or any messages that you may leave.
