Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. Texture was applied to both, matching the rest of the ceiling and wall. We were given the option of doing the painting ourselves, or they could come back and paint it. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with. The price was a bit more than I had originally expected, but the amount of work involved was also more than I realized. I highly recommend Wallen's Drywall for any drywall job you need done.

It's always the little things that stand out the most -- they showed up when they said they would, finished when they promised, and kept my house incredibly clean while they worked. They were beyond respectful of my property throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business for any drywall repairs. Unfortunately, we had extensive damage from a leaking roof, but they completed all the repairs in a very timely manner. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

Needed soundproofing for my in-law unit bedroom wall that is shared with the main home kitchen and…read moreliving room. Since I only could access the in-law unit bedroom wall side, I requested mineral wool, two layers of quietrock with green glue in between. Many contractors did not want to do the two layers of quietrock and didn't think the green glue was necessary. Do It Now Drywall immediately recommended all these as the best option for my wall. They were professional, prompt, courteous, experienced, and completed the whole job from prep to cleanup and even help me painted the wall with reasonable pricing. They made sure to insulate the electric outlets and used acoustic caulking to seal all gaps. Pleased with the results as I can watch movies at a decent enjoyable volume without disturbing the in-law bedroom.

There bid for our home's exterior and perimeter fence was somewhere between the lowest and highest. Jason came for the estimate. His professional and friendly demeanor won our trust. His partner Elijah came by later to survey the job-site. They were both very clear in their explanations and answered all our questions with confidence and zero hesitation. The crew completed the job in less than two days. The final result exceeded our expectations. Jason replaced our wall lamps. One did not work. I texted him and he responded immediately with an offer to return the next day to check the installation. I troubleshooted the problem myself and he did not need to come. The problem was my dimmer/timer switch was not compatible with the LED bulb. I was nonetheless impressed by his willingness to help. We'd hire Straight Edge Painting again in a heartbeat. He promised a 2 day turnaround. Needless to say, I found out this company can be flaky and I found someone more reliable to do the job. I have no idea if they do a good job or not, just that they promised a bid and didn't deliver. It seems unprofessional to me.
