We had Vadim wall off a sitting room in our bedroom to convert it into an office. He did such an amazing job it looks like the wall was always meant to be there! His texture and drywall skills are phenomenal! He added double pocket doors and a transom window (last minute request that he had no problem accommodating). We originally just wanted to replace our old shower/tub combo with a walk-in shower that would be easier for my parents to use when they visit. Our guest bathroom was looking really dated, however, so we decided to do a bigger remodel instead. We had several companies give us quotes, and Vadim gave us a very good estimate along with an acceptable timeline. We are so glad that we had him take on our project. Vadim is a hard worker and he put his time and dedication to his work. He fixed our 2nd floor bathroom subfloor due to water damage and repaired a few ripped walls. He replaced our flooring throughout our 2nd floor with combo tile and laminate along with installing new vanities and other extras. Let me just say, the finished work is outstanding but I must say, the inside (subfloor, under tile etc) is as beautiful and clean. I recently contacted JVT Construction through yelp in regards to a wall build in our house to create an additional room/art studio area. Vadim answered the same day and was in contact shortly thereafter, calling the next day to provide an estimate based on the photos and measurements I sent him. The job was done perfectly and he even helped me by switching the light switch to the other side, which took him a bit of time, at no extra charge. We hired Vadim to replace our master shower. I was very impressed with his responsiveness. When he came out to give me a quote, he also helped me with a minor issue with one of our faucets. We had to delay the start of the project, but Vadim kept all of the details and was very responsive when we were finally ready to go. As we couldn't be at the home during the renovation, we gave Vadim access to the key to come and go as needed. He and the team were very hard working, professional, polite, and kept the workspace clean. After the shower installation, we noticed the hot water valve needed adjusting. Was referred to JVT construction by a friend who praised him for the excellent remodel work done in his home. And now I understand why. I contacted Vadim for a remodel in my bedroom - new flooring, painting, and fan installation. He was available within a reasonable time. I am very pleased with his work. I had my ceiling, walls, doors, and crown mounding painted. He made sure to use the correct sheens of paint where applicable. Also made sure to apply several coats, which I very much appreciate. Masking was excellent, some of the best lines I've seen. Vadim installed new flooring, based on his recommendations. I trust his guidance and am also very pleased with the flooring. He also removed my old fan and installed a new one which functions perfectly. Vadim went above and beyond by offering to install new blinds, baseboards, and to replace all the hardware in my room to chrome for a more coordinated look all around.
