Catfish w/ seafood rice and blackened shrimp
    Liz P.

Super cute spot. Make reservations. Sat quickly and our server was very attentive. The food was great!! Very nice portions. Ordered the catfish w/ blackened shrimp. The fish was crunchy and flaky, the seafood rice was well seasoned and the salad was fresh. Drinks were tasty as well.

    Hot sausage tacos were good

The food is decent, creative specials, including cocktails. Service was on the slow side; the staff was having a good time behind the bar, maybe that's why. The spicy spring cocktail we ordered was too sweet for our taste. The bathroom needed attention, the seat on the toilet bowl was barely attached.

French Fries. Very good. Seasoned well and crispy.

The restaurant is located in the Bywater neighborhood, so parking can be a challenge. The vibe was vibrant, with a lot of people coming in to eat. The service wasn't bad; we just had to ask for utensils. I think the server was busy trying to help everyone.

We celebrated our girlsmas at Justinis Service to be seated was a bit slow, stood there for a while before we were able to be seated. Make sure at least half the party is there to be seated. Our server at our table was very friendly and had good conversation. The food took a while but once it came out the food was really good we tried different plates and were definitely satisfied. The music and atmosphere was cool and comfortable very intimate. The drinks were good and creative and we had a great time Will be back!

Yummy food and good ambiance. The jerk burger was amazing, fries weren't very truffly but had good flavor. The lychee margarita was the star of the show. My friend couldn't stop raving about her wings. The waitress was sweet and informative. I'd go back

I've been to Justini's more times than I can count but always forget to leave a review, so let's change that because they deserve it! I went yesterday for National Taco Tuesday, but let's be real, I was mainly there for the Matcha Martini. I'm addicted to matcha and when I saw it on their Instagram, it literally lit up my world. First thing I asked when we sat down was if it was available and YES it was! I'd rate the Matcha Martini a 9/10. It tasted more like cookies and cream than the earthy matcha I'm used to, but it was still rich, creative, and super enjoyable. Appetizers: * Clouet St. Salmon Bites - 10/10. Huge portions and that glaze? Chef's kiss. Sweet, savory, and perfectly cooked. * Rampart Ribeye Tacos - 8/10. They were good, but the steak didn't wow me like the rest of the meal did. Entrée: I got the N. Johnson Jerk Burger with St. Claude Truffle Fries and LISTEN... 20/10. Hands down, one of the best burgers I've ever had. It was huge, juicy, perfectly spiced, and packed with flavor. The toppings, jalapeños, sauce, red onions, cheese, everything worked together so well. I had to save half for lunch the next day because it was that big. Drinks Flight: They offer a 3-drink flight with a lychee martini, spicy chili martini, and mixed berry martini. * Spicy Peach Rita - 10/10. Spicy, bold, unique. My fave. * Mixed Berry Rita- 8/10. Fruity and refreshing. * Lychee Rita - 7/10. A little too sweet for me but still tasty. As always, the service was great, and the vibe at Justini's never disappoints. It's intimate, stylish, and Black-owned...what more could you ask for? Justini's is truly one of my favorite spots in the city and I'll always recommend it to anyone looking for good food, great drinks, and solid vibes. If you haven't been, go! And if you have... go back. Especially for their all day Happy Hour on Wednesdays!

Wow! What an amazing culinary experience! Our server, Cassidy was exceptional! Christmas Eve brunch was banging and the music set the right vide for the holiday! The martini was really good as well as the espresso libation offered! All entrees exceeded every expectation and the gum damn bo was on point! I would have preferred some andouille sausage in it but the shrimp and crawfish didn't disappoint! A must when in New Orleans but definitely when in Bywater!

I wanted to take myself out to dinner before my conference started. This place was a fantastic choice! The vibe was fun! They had 90s music playing- my favorite! The food was sooo delicious! The ladies running it were refreshing. So friendly and welcoming! It's Black woman owned and run. I only have two cons. One- the WiFi was hit or miss. Two-the chairs at the bar and high tables were uncomfortable. Still gets a five star rating in my book.

I wanted to try something different while in New Orleans this time so I stopped by to check them out. The restaurant is beautiful, the people were very friendly, good music and great vibe! I was given a menu and to my surprise they have a Happy Hour Menu for select items all day Wednesday. Just my luck it was Wednesday! I ordered 2 Seafood Tacos 1 Hot Sausage Taco and Truffle Fries. My food was beautiful and delicious. I wasn't sure about that Sausage Taco but it's so good, I will definitely order it again on my next visit. I didn't get a cocktail this time but I'll be back. I really enjoyed my meal and would recommend everyone to give them a try.

Hey y'all! So ya uncle took Teedee outside again and we had a good time! I mentioned several million times I wanted to go to this place and he came through! Reservations were easily booked! We arrived on time and our reserved table was ready! The hostess was cute and pleasant! The place gave girls night on steroids! Several groups of ladies were enjoying dinner together. The decor was so chic and dainty! Y'all know I'm not a drinker but like to look like I'm grown so I ordered a watermelon mocktail! Baby it gave rich auntie in the Hampton's vibes! Pour me another one ma'am! I ordered the sweet chili wings and the mister had the hot sausage tacos! Everything was delicious! Oh and those truffle fries were the truth!!! Our waitress was good but she was not very personable, kind of dry, and just there. I don't know if she was overwhelmed with the packed place or if that's just her personality. Other than that everything was good! I will be returning!

I enjoyed my Friday lunch visit here! I made reservations through Open Table for 11:30. We were the first party to arrive. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The spot is quaint , and cute inside. I enjoyed the nice R/B mix and just overall atmosphere. I had the watermelon mocktail and it was sweet just like I like it. My husband had the Call me Barbara with light vodka. He enjoyed. We started with the salmon bites and let me tell you, AMAZING!! They were serving the weekend brunch on this particular Friday so I opted for the Fish and Grits. My husband had the traditional burger and fries. The Fish and grits were decent, but I could've used a little more seasoning in the grits. Now the burger???? 10/10!! Seasoned to perfection, cooked to perfection, and a nice size! We really enjoyed our lunch date! I'd recommend to family and friends!

I've been wanting to try Justini's for a while after seeing their food and drinks on Instagram. Because of the neighborhood it's in, parking can be a challenge and you may have to walk a block or two but it's definitely worth it. All of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive especially our server Aisha who was so helpful when asked any questions about the menu. I did get the Expresso Martini flight and it didn't disappoint. It was hard to choose my favorite but I'd have to go with the Blanco as it was a nice middle ground between the regular and the Chocolate. We ordered the Traditional Burger which was very eye appealing as well as delicious. It was cooked perfectly and juicy. The fries were just as delicious. Although we were getting full, I had to try the beignet sticks. OMG!!! Do not pass these up. A huge serving and great price. The prices were reasonable for the atmosphere and location. It has indoor seating as well as a beautiful courtyard. I thoroughly enjoyed watching all the unique drinks coming from the bar. My only negative is that the music was overly loud and hard to be able to hold a conversation. I'm the kind of person who likes the music to be more of a background than thrown in your ears. However, it was a wonderful experience. #womanownedrestaurant

Spending so much time in New York, I've probably had better, but the food here is still good. This is a small chain (NOLA, Metairie, Baton Rouge, West Palm Beach), outfitted with neon, murals, and pink flowers. The menus are high tech and light up when you open them. We started with the queso fundido, with melted mozzarella, chorizo, pico de gallo, and microgreens. Comes with corn or flour tortillas. It was cheesy and tasted great. They also provide chips and a flight of three salsas. Salsas all had completely different flavors and spice levels, so I enjoyed that. Other options are guacamole (with or without short rib), plain queso dip, short rib bites, and oysters rockefeller. Selections include various tacos. I had the birria tacos, which are served in a dramatic fashion, hanging from a line over the tray, which contained the consomme, salsas, rice, and refried beans. They were juicy and savory and the accompaniments hit the spot. Though I've probably had better birria elsewhere . . . not sure you'll find any better or authentic anywhere in New Orleans. My husband had the fish tacos (ensenada), crispy and covered in cilantro, payo, pickled cabbage, avocado, and pico de gallo. The fish was light and the pickled slaw added just the right amount of brightness and acidity. They also have mushroom tacos, chicken, bone marrow wagyu, carnitas, shrimp, and more. They serve larger main dishes including fajitas, carne asada, barbacoa, burritos, enchiladas, and more. They have a great drink menu with the expected margaritas and mezcal as well as some fancy specialty drinks. I has the Hasta el Agua Del Florero, which is vodka, bombay, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and watermelon syrup. It was good, but also 20 dollars. The margaritas of course come a little cheaper at 13 bucks and are decent. Some people complained about service. It wasn't busy when we stopped in, but our server stayed on top of things, the table was always bussed, he kept checking to make sure everything was to our liking. We had no server issues at all. Not sure this would be the top of my list to try of all the choices in New Orleans, but not a bad choice if you're in the mood for a Taco Tuesday or some Mexican chow.

We had the crispy cauliflower served with tempura, cashew habanero crema, garbanzo hash, and chimichurri. Loads of flavor and just the right bite size for tapas/apps. Plates include churrasco, fish and grits, paella (can be served veggie or without shellfish if you're allergic), lamb, Yucatan style pork, shrimp or steak mofongo, and chicken poblano.
