WORST move of my life! Supposed to pack up my small house beginning at 8 a.m. on a Friday and move me in on Saturday. Workers arrived at 11:30 with no supplies, packed from 12-4, raided my fridge for beer and soft drinks and left. Were also late on Saturday and had no truck! Packing was massively disorganized and haphazard. Boxes were very poorly labeled, and he does not have boxes for dishware or glassware, resulting in massive overuse of packing supplies. Hadn't even started on the garage. Were rushing on Sunday because they had "five other jobs." I expected my move to be completely finished and in a timely manner before they did other jobs. Left items hanging on the interior walls and all over the garage. After a week of diligent unpacking of boxes, I discovered they had left ALL of my kitchen flatware/tools and appliances behind! Final cost was MORE than double the estimate. Owner Justin blamed it on me for not providing the itemized list he NEVER requested, and said he had given me "every possible discount." At least two one-of-a-kind items were damaged; glass broken in picture frames; light switch on antique china cabinet broken. He promised to order the part and repair it. Not a word since he got his money. This only scratches the service as to what a nightmare this has been. SAVE YOURSELF! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING Justin as your mover. read more

One star is too much to give this company. We asked for four professional movers in uniforms and a large truck to move our two story 3400SF home. Three very unprofessional dressed workers showed up in Sanford & Sons little truck destined for the junk yard. I asked the lead mover if he spoke English...he said "little", pointed at his watch face and said "we start now". They showed up with no contract or were able to discuss the moving of my home filled with expensive art throughout. We were told we would not pay the time for the truck to make two deliveries to our new home forty five minutes away. The workers filled the truck with the first load and were gone two hours until arriving at our new home. My wife timed them leaving and arriving. They spent useless hours wrapping furniture with Saran Wrap, which did nothing in protecting out art and furniture. They damaged the door to our new refrigerator/freezer by not removing the door and forcing it through a small door opening in the laundry room putting deep gouges in front of fridge door. They spent an hour fighting the refrigerator through the door opening. I told the men to be very careful with a specific art price three were getting ready to take to their truck. I watched my very expensive large piece of art with being bear hugged by one worker and cracking the frame. I showed them what they did, looked at me and walked away without a word. When I asked if they were finished when getting ready to leave with the last load, they nodded yes. It was only after I over paid them and locked up I noticed they hid a large piece of art and some art cabinets due to them having a full final load and lied to me. When they wished to be paid, the lead told me he only charged us for twenty minutes of travel time, not two hours they were actually gone. The lead also didn't remind me that I had a discount coming and a deposit I paid. He wanted me to calculate my bill. He did not know how to. I received no invoice or contract. When I went to Justin the owner the next day to be reimbursed for my refrigerator and excess hours I paid, they offered me $200.00. Justin would not return my calls. He left it to his secretary. I told him I will take this to small claims court. He then takes a picture of my company that is on the web and threatened to post lies of my company if I posted my review. My review is long overdue! I moved to San Antonio from Houston without any help. By the time I made it to my new place, on the third floor, with so much furniture and other household items, I was exhausted. I searched for help and contacted quite a few moving companies but to no avail. I sent an email late on a Saturday night and received an almost immediate response. 2 gentleman showed up on Sunday and took care of everything. I was even trying to help but they told me to relax and I did. I have absolutely no complaints nor issues with my experience. When I move again, I most definitely will be contacting this company. I won't even consider any other moving company. They're friendly, professional, and reliable. None of my items were broken or damaged in any kind of way. I left feedback with the company as well. Through my apartment locator, I was able to get 2 hours free with Justin Time Moving. The extra hour I paid and it was 100% worth it. I have never had movers before, going up three flights of stairs on a hot day was much easier with them and I was way less stressed. They did arrive a few hours later than we originally planned, but I know that can happen sometimes. I am just glad I wasn't in a big time crunch. But, I truly have no complaints because of how thorough and quick they were once they got here--especially dropping by two locations on the way to the final destination. Never again... I trusted a recommendation from someone to call this company for my move...2hrs late from previously scheduled time. Incomplete move, they left the old apartment without letting know that they were leaving, I was still waiting for them to finish moving the rest of the stuff out... After 15min of nobody coming back up, my fiance and I had to walk the complex to look for the truck. Got in the car and drove to new address, low and behold, there they were, sitting in the truck.. we were already irritated by the tardiness and now incomplete move and elopement while I stayed in the old apartment with the rest of my things waiting for them to finish. 2pc sectional BROKEN, 2 large ​ceramic pillars that my flat screen was to be standing on, BROKEN! Custom wine rack,BROKEN , desk, BROKEN, shelving, BROKEN. Multiple small kitchen appliances left in the parking lot of new apartment, custom metal room divider left out by an electrical box away from the apartment building all together. Boxes missing (dishes, glasses)... I sent, video and pictures of everything in hopes to get some compensation for all the damage and the **4 1/2 hrs** the entire ordeal took to destroy and completely ruin the excitement of moving into a new place. Never got a response from them for the damage, NOTHING.. please save yourself the aggravation and potential risk of having your possessions destroyed by these UNPROFESSIONAL "movers".. Drivers mentioned they were not notified of our move until the day. They had a 1hr delay due to not being notified by owner and traffic which ended up our schedule move in - everything was moved into our apt at midnight. Owner was never available for a call and mostly communicates through text. We contacted him to get a status on drivers the day of and after multiple attempts we got a response. Would have appreciated if he was available during scheduled move in times and have provided us an ETA. read more

Very good honest company! They were professional, plight, and punctual! Always stayed in communication with me about our appointment and even during our appointment. I've had horrible experiences with movers in the past, mainly "no shows" so I was worried about hiring movers again. But they called me the week of the move, day before, and the day of the move to give me updates. That alone settled my anxiety. Less then plesant experience. The hired help did not show up on time. Then when finally did di not habe proper tools to move the hot tib. Said they would return once they got tje tools but didnt. After a few calls they returned the following day to move the hot tub. They took 3 hours from when they picked it up to delivery it damaged to me. Told me to bad its an old tub and the parts only cost 25 bucks bs. The owner did not let me file a claim and then jack up the price on the delivery of the tub by 150 dollars Held me ransome had no chioce but to pay it. If i wanted my hottub. . I would not reccomend at all get a written contract that spells everything out. That way you have recourse in case something happens. read more

I have contacted multiple times and still not bringing them back. Keeps promising to bring them by. I asked to mail them to me and hasn't done that either. In every way these guys were unprofessional. They arrived early which is fine, but when we said that the truck would be on the dot at the designated time, our contact was very irritated with us. The guys he brought were really young and very curt with every interaction. Even at that I was very patient and tried to be amicable. To complete the picture, they were in such a hurry that they didn't realize they were trampling berries all through our house. When mentioned, our contact threw a complete temper tantrum and blamed it on our internet technician that was at the house. What he didn't know was I was with the technician and plainly saw he wasn't responsible. After he was caught in that statement, all of the movers just left. I used this mover who was recommended based on Realtor ratings and his workers were not efficient. They first showed up almost 2 hours late. I asked if they knew how to load an ABF truck and the owner assured me they did. They did not know how to take my bed apart and thank goodness my Uncle was there because all they needed was a different screwdriver. The gentlemen also complained about getting my nightstands out of the room and again, my uncle assisted. By this time, they did not pack the truck and left half of my bedroom set and living room furniture claiming it could not fit. Due to their inefficiency, the truck was not packed fully and it ended up costing me an additional $4000 to pay another mover to move my items. Worst moving experience ever!. read more

Was quoted $120 for two guys and when I asked the day of to make sure , the guy "Mike" said he was new to the company and couldn't give me a price till after wards. I had a few items and they took their time and kept using their phones. Me knowing I got things to do I started moving my own stuff to get the process going. According to them they charged me $250 for two hours. So upset that they took their sweet time plus whats worse, a less than 10min drive from point A to point B they somehow took more than 20mins and blamed traffic yet I made it in less time, makes no sense. Where would I start on such a review 1.not all furniture was picked up for the move 2.the drivers left without notice 3 wasted time trying to unassemble a bed without any tools 4 none of the furniture was wrapped nor protected 5. workers did not properly install the washer having Justin to come mess w the water knob not realizing workers did not clamp causing water damage from 2nd floor on new property 6.I myself had to unassemble and take up bed frame and reassemble due to workers not having their own power drill. 7 dresser arrived broken and is unusable 8 owner Justin advised he takes responsibility but move was free... I do not recommend ever myself however I bet after this he's making sure his staff has tools, shrink wrap, and checking installation of washers. This is probably the best bang for your buck for a moving company, along with the fact that they actually show up on time and work with you if there are small changes to your itinerary. I've moved multiple times the past 5 years and hands down these guys are the best I've hired.
