Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving needs.

We hired him to move us from Boerne several months ago and the whole experience was a disaster! We had to move our things into storage units before we were able to move into our new home. We hired Boerne's Strongest Movers to pack our home into several storage units. He double booked us while "packing" the house, so he was not present as he said he would be. And his "crew" consisting of 2 well meaning but totally untrained and unprepared young ladies who succeeded in packing everything so poorly, the damage was unimaginable, broken pieces everywhere. Then his moving crew who could not legally drive the rented UHaul trucks and trailers that he rents (he does not own his own trucks), proceeded to throw our things into the trucks, then into the storage units in such a haphazard fashion, we had to undergo more breakage there. And that, on the things that made the trip, multiple items did not even show up at the new location, most notably 2 twin box spring foundations, kitchen knives, silverware, cutting boards, baking pans, children's outdoor play equipment, antique stand, and other personal items. They tried to keep my personal belongs and denied me access unless I paid. They wanted to charge hundreds of dollars so that their staff could access my personal files and bring them to me. After two weeks of trying, I had to enlist outside assistance and threaten legal consequences to finally get access. They took a file cabinet that was specifically singled out to leave for us with all manner of banking records, passports and other information and have seemingly "misplaced" that. If I have any identity theft occur on my credit I will instantly know where the problem was. Never, Ever, do business with these people. This has been a horrible experience on the heels of an already awful amount of damage to my home. Vultures!

Filed a complaint with Texas DMV…read more I hired Swift Movers LLC for a move in San Antonio on February 20, 2026. During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. Sharing my negative experience so others know what to expect.

Then they delivered what we needed to our house. They arrived exactly on time and all of them worked very hard. All three were extremely kind and patient--we had to open several boxes to see what was inside since our previous movers did not label them properly. One thing that stood out was the excellent teamwork among the three guys. Highly recommended and we plan to hire them again when our house renovation is complete and we can move everything else in.

So I was surprised to receive an email saying my date was changed to the unconfirmed date I asked about and my original date now being gone. I asked for a refund on the deposit as it was not a mistake on my end that the date changed and he said it was non-refundable. Your mileage may vary with the company.

Our mover from Illinois recommended we try Little Guys Movers to help recycle the cardboard and paper. They were prompt, courteous, and helpful. We plan to have them back soon to help move a few heavy items from our local storage facility and to help us reposition some of the furniture after work is completed on the house. The crew and manager definitely had a can-do attitude. We are grateful.

I called and left a voicemail on February 21st stating I had emailed them and asking if they were available to do my move & still have not received any word back. I can't rate their service, but it seems like initial contact may be an issue. They worked super hard through this crazy humid day. They kept me up to date throughout the project. We had to have a third guy come out (I didn't catch his name) because our decking material was so big and the three of them did awesome. Well worth the money! I'd use them again, for sure!

On the day of the appointment that was confirmed. This establishment was a complete no-show and also after calling a few times to find out on time status to see if they were running late. I never received a phone call back . Also reached out through their email system, which gives you an option to file a complaint or give feedback after your appointment. I have yet to see any responses to those complaints as well. At the end of the day it was a complete waste of my time to rearrange my schedule to make sure that this appointment happened so I could have move forward with another project.
