They tried to keep my personal belongs and denied me access unless I paid. They wanted to charge hundreds of dollars so that their staff could access my personal files and bring them to me. They took a file cabinet that was specifically singled out to leave for us with all manner of banking records, passports and other information and have seemingly "misplaced" that. Then they delivered what we needed to our house. They arrived exactly on time and all of them worked very hard. All three were extremely kind and patient--we had to open several boxes to see what was inside since our previous movers did not label them properly. Our mover from Illinois recommended we try Little Guys Movers to help recycle the cardboard and paper. They were prompt, courteous, and helpful. On the day of the appointment that was confirmed. This establishment was a complete no-show and also after calling a few times to find out on time status to see if they were running late. I have yet to see any responses to those complaints as well. At the end of the day it was a complete waste of my time to rearrange my schedule to make sure that this appointment happened so I could have move forward with another project.
