We were very grateful for our handyman and his crew who were there assisting us and to witness this teams vulgar remarks about my mothers undergarments, amongst other innoproprient commentaries about certain art and furniture. Plus, they left a lot there at the old house that we had to go back and try our best to pick up ourselves. Which was VERY difficult. Our family is STILL finding items that were handled in the worst care possible. A multitude of thousands of dollars in damages, and they could only give us back $50, and yet we still haven't seen that $50 dollars yet. Broken furniture, heavy objects stacked on electronics, handpainted paintings that were stuffed with other heavy wall decor and paintings with little to no cushioning. Boxes that were marked with two syllables or less, if any at all. Completely shattered family heirlooms dating back from the 1920s and before from our church and blood relatives from both sides. Hand-made gifts from our loved ones who are no longer with us that can NEVER be replaced. We do not recommend this company at all to anyone.

In the transfer, they lose/steal? some of your items. Many items broken. Also, Guardian took a $200 deposit to transport one of our cars to NC. The transport never arrived. We drove 2 cars to NC from Texas (May 2025). Guardian never refunded the $200 deposit and continue to ignore my pleas for help (Nov 2025). Do NOT use them. They're sweet talkers, but poor performers. Have Movers come to your house for an estimate or use a pod. Don't go 3rd party. You have no control.

My house was closing and I had to leave by the next day. They asked for $5k cashed or they wouldn't pick up anything. I went to the bank got the money but they stopped at 5p.m. and didn't get it all. The next day someone else showed up at charged me around $950. with a check.They are supposed to accept checks or credit cards at pickup and pay the rest in cash at time of delivery. I told them I needed a 5/15/2024 delivery. on the 24th or 25th. I have had to board my 2 dogs and live in a hotel because of their lack of experience. I would of used a wagon train if I had known how bad they were. I have notified the State & National authorities not that anything will happen but I hope it helps the consumer.

We hired him to move us from Boerne several months ago and the whole experience was a disaster! We had to move our things into storage units before we were able to move into our new home. We hired Boerne's Strongest Movers to pack our home into several storage units. He double booked us while "packing" the house, so he was not present as he said he would be. And his "crew" consisting of 2 well meaning but totally untrained and unprepared young ladies who succeeded in packing everything so poorly, the damage was unimaginable, broken pieces everywhere. Then his moving crew who could not legally drive the rented UHaul trucks and trailers that he rents (he does not own his own trucks), proceeded to throw our things into the trucks, then into the storage units in such a haphazard fashion, we had to undergo more breakage there. And that, on the things that made the trip, multiple items did not even show up at the new location, most notably 2 twin box spring foundations, kitchen knives, silverware, cutting boards, baking pans, children's outdoor play equipment, antique stand, and other personal items. So use him at your own risk! If you have anything of real value, it is in real danger!

You can't run a service business, confirm a job, then fail to show up or even communicate on the day it's supposed to happen. It's not complicated. It's literally the bare minimum of showing up for a labor job, and they couldn't manage that. Thankfully, Veterans Movers saved the situation at the last minute.
