So, I've used this company a couple times before. The first crew was fantastic. The second crew was not as good but did well enough that I wasn't going to change my rating. Well, that has all changed. I scheduled a move, which was quite smooth and the 2 man crew showed up on time. That was the last positive thing that occurred on Saturday. Didn't properly protect or secure my furniture, damaging multiple pieces. Had an inexperienced crew member that while he worked hard, caused some damage (minor) in the house. Also, stopped for a break with all my items loaded in the truck (wouldn't have been a big deal if they'd told me they were going to stop) and left me wondering where they were with all my furniture. Overall, a very discouraging experience and I may have to use someone else the next time I move. read more

We needed to move on short notice, the apartment complex we live in was paying for the move/transfer to another unit, they contacted Robert at All Pro on Friday and got an appointment for the move Sunday at 10 am, at 8:00 am Robert called me and asked if the crew could show up closer to 9:00 am, we were packed and ready so I said yes. They sent a 3 man crew ( I was expecting a 2 man crew) Gregg, Jason and Chris who treated our belongings as if they were their own and had us loaded moved and unloaded in a little less than 2 hours (a full 1 bedroom apartment). Boy do I have a review... I got a job offer in another city three hours away and they wanted my start date to be less than two weeks. I found this company on google, called to get a quote, talked to Robert and any anxiety I had immediately faded. They packed and moved me and I am so happy with their service. While it took a team to move all my shoes and clothing, JJ and Rudy could not have been more pleasant and helpful. My mom (who was driving in a separate car) drove up and asked if she could drop chairs off with them for her to move to her daughter and they said "my mom would never forgive me if I let you move them, we've got them ma'am'. Rudy and JJ were amazing with moving me in and helping me feel less stressed out about a major transition on my life. I also need to commend everyone that helped to pack me. I have a talent for fitting a lot of things in a small space, I could not be more thankful for their help and expertise. When I arrived nothing was damaged, it all showed it, and they were so nice and respectful. They waited with me until I was happy with where all my stuff was and any trash we had was gone. I highly recommend this company, and yes, I have used others before. They really are All Pros and they will make your transition easier. My fiance and I have used all pro twice for our moving needs. I'm an Attorney and I'm taking the time to write a glowing review for this business because I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service that All Pro Moving and its team provided. The first time I moved, I was in a pinch and was calling movers all over San Antonio for quotes and hoping I could get movers on the same day I called. All Pro Moving was by far the best price and Robert, the owner, was able to get men out to me that day. Other moving companies would not even consider helping me move into my third floor apartment but Robert was not bothered by the task. He sent over two incredibly hard workers. I wish I owned a business just so that I could hire his mover Vincent because he is such a diligent worker! I even asked the movers to take breaks because it was so hot outside but they would not because they were so determined to get the job done. The second time I moved, the job didn't go according to plan BUT this was when I saw what an incredible moving company All Pro is. The movers showed up not only on time but early, awesome! One of the movers was a newer employee that wasn't moving as much as I had come to expect from All Pro standards. My favorite mover, Vincent, was obviously having to do most of the work. Before I could even call Robert, the owner, to complain he had let the employee go AND had voided the charge to our credit card for the move. I was blown away that the problem was reported so quickly and taken care of so professionally. Not only that, Robert made an additional phone call to my fiance to apologize and get feed back to improve any future moves. Since there are so many horror stories about movers out there, I wanted to post this so everyone knew how INCREDIBLE this company is and the service they provide. When I called to set up the move I spoke with Mike. He was super helpful and professional. Reasonable prices. The day of the move Mark and James came out to move me. Excellent Moving Company!! We moved my daughter to her first apartment (3rd Floor). DJ and Juan and their other co-worker were very courteous and friendly. They introduced themselves immediately, Sorry I can remember the third gentleman's name.They kept me informed of time and let me know how things were going the whole time. They worked really fast. I moved with All-Pro just yesterday. Despite a bump in the Road, Robert (manager) actually came to my apartment to go over the situation and complete my move with movers Juan/Gavin.
