It's also hard to find someone who's going to come out on a Friday in the later part of the day. It could be weeks or days and in the meantime we could have a leak leading to a huge water bill. So when Mr. Olvera from Oasis Sprinkler Service said he'd be by in 20 minutes I was shocked. The system was fixed and I was educated on the different sprinklers we have. I had no idea but it is the reason our grass is dead in the backyard yearly! I also had no idea the rain sensor had a battery that needed to be changed out or it's a useless fence ornament. It did go over budget We have had problems with the irrigation and drainage. Part of the lawn died because not was not receiving water and we have had to hand water some of the shrubs. We had one plant die. Every time it rains a certain amount of water, the crushed granite has been washing into the grass and a mini canyon has been formed.
