Chris at Top Notch Landscaping gave us an outstanding quote for a multi-phase project that covered…read moreeverything from our back porch to the side of our house--and we couldn't be more impressed. His breakdown was clear, detailed, and incredibly reasonable for the level of work involved. Each area--Back Porch, Trash Can Area, and the Side of the House--was itemized with thoughtful recommendations and transparent pricing. Chris took time to explain each element, including prep work, material selection, and installation, so we felt confident every step of the way. The quote covered essentials like professional-grade landscape fabric, metal edging, limestone aggregate, and fresh sod, for all three sections. What really stood out was how fair and tailored the pricing felt--no surprises, just straight-up professionalism. Chris brought insight and integrity to the quoting process, which is rare and refreshing. If you're looking for someone who communicates clearly, knows his materials, and respects your budget, Top Notch Landscaping deserves your call.

I explain everything to him he says yea it is bad, actually while he is here he puts his hand on the edge of the patio and two more bricks FALL OFF. I try to get ahold of luke via text and phone. When he calls me back the guy that came out left and luke is vary dismissive, were gonig to fix it dont worry. Then he calls me back 20 mins later and starts to LECTURE me about not telling his crew what needs to be done he tells them, the spots he saw werent bad and they are going to do it but only contact him never talk to his crew, i explained i tried getting ahold of him while the guy was here but couldnt. Everyone on the phone keeps telling me dont worry weve been in business for forever, were not going anywhere, we have a 25 year warranty. Well build it right the first time, if you need to fix it dont make customers chase you down and fix it right the first time! there should never be a second time for trying to get this done. We are really regretting hiring them so far and would never recommend them. I hope to the gods they get it fixed right this time because I dont ever ever want to hear from or see a systempavers person again, but im not counting on it

Unfortunately, they only do the landscape portion, so we hired another company for the deck. They don't do sprinkler systems, either. In the end, we went with another company that could do the landscaping and the in-ground sprinklers together in the same project. If it was landscaping only, I would have been happy to try them. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I would certainly recommend considering them when you want to get bids on a landscape job.

I contacted David at I.L.D. to discuss a patio and walkway project that my wife's been wanting for…read moreover 5 years. David and his crew supervisor were able to stop by my place that afternoon. After walking around the yard to look over the project and later, sending my drawing of what I was looking for in greater detail he came back with an estimate. Glad to say I was sitting down when I saw it. After talking with the wife we decided to scale back the project to just the patio, but have I.L.D. supply us with enough Flagstone for us to do the pathways on our own as time and energy permit. We did custom remodeling work for 14 years since my forced retirement in 2003, but decided to completely retire in 2018, so the budget was a major concern. David's revised estimate was still more than we expected, but knowing the amount of labor involved, we agreed on the price. David's crew was able to start on our place the following Tuesday and completed the job by the next Monday after that. I was happy with the professionalism his crew displayed and the attention to details that made a difference in the end product. I was impressed with the stone-work, and the respect shown to our property by all the workers. The crew supervisor did suggest a change to the job after digging out for the stonework, that increased the total area. It made a lot of sense so David and I quickly came to an agreement on the adjustment that was reasonable. I highly recommend David and I.L.D. for this kind of work.
