Watch the value of my house go up!! I didn't know zeroscape could be so green, lush, and colorful. He installed 2 different rain gardens as a flood solution. Today is the day after the job was complete, and we saw heavy rain...it worked and looked beautiful. The reclaimed sideyard is an oasis of limestone flagstone entertaining space, surrounded by hand picked plantings. The fence Shaun designed is unique, beautiful, lets air in yet provides the right level of privacy. His gates will never sag. Did I mention the flagstone and rock pathways and front yard patio? Gorgeous. The pathways weren't just thrown down. Attention to the design and color of each stone is evident. We also asked him to add flagstone to the exist cement front yard walkway and the porch it leads to. I don't know how he did it, but there is no trip hazard from the city sidewalk and our new flagstone walkway. The walkway leads up to the porch and is wheelchair accessible. I never would have though of that, or that is was possible. Process: I told Shaun our ideas, and he took the time to ask questions that helped him come up with a design that was cost effective and met our needs. Every part of the job was done correctly, with craftsmanship, and artistry. His crew shows up. YES, they show up everyday, on time, and stay until quitting time. His crew is friendly, courteous, and I'm going to miss them now they are finished. We got 4 quotes before hiring Shaun. One guy didn't bother to respond back, the job was too complicated. The other 2 quotes were higher $ and didn't include as much work, nor knowlege of plants, raingardens, butterfly and hummingbird gardens. The butterflies and bumblebees also love it, and one plant or another has continued to flower well into January. Devin worked with us on expanding our old one car driveway to this beautiful two car one. But in our discussions, we told him how we wanted a gate and would likely need a new fence as well. In the end, we went with another company that could do the landscaping and the in-ground sprinklers together in the same project. If it was landscaping only, I would have been happy to try them. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I would certainly recommend considering them when you want to get bids on a landscape job.

I contacted David at I.L.D. to discuss a patio and walkway project that my wife's been wanting for…read moreover 5 years. David and his crew supervisor were able to stop by my place that afternoon. After walking around the yard to look over the project and later, sending my drawing of what I was looking for in greater detail he came back with an estimate. Glad to say I was sitting down when I saw it. After talking with the wife we decided to scale back the project to just the patio, but have I.L.D. supply us with enough Flagstone for us to do the pathways on our own as time and energy permit. We did custom remodeling work for 14 years since my forced retirement in 2003, but decided to completely retire in 2018, so the budget was a major concern. David's revised estimate was still more than we expected, but knowing the amount of labor involved, we agreed on the price. David's crew was able to start on our place the following Tuesday and completed the job by the next Monday after that. I was happy with the professionalism his crew displayed and the attention to details that made a difference in the end product. I was impressed with the stone-work, and the respect shown to our property by all the workers. The crew supervisor did suggest a change to the job after digging out for the stonework, that increased the total area. It made a lot of sense so David and I quickly came to an agreement on the adjustment that was reasonable. I highly recommend David and I.L.D. for this kind of work.

I followed up with a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today. Stay away from this company. They don't honor their work. They don't even call you back after you give them over 10,000 dollars and request warranty work.. Stay far far away. Here you can see a picture of my supposed Warranty. There are other companies out there who will actually call you back and honor the work. We work very hard for our money. Stay away. The least they can do is call you back. I have proof of two emails and three phone calls now since early September. I recorded all my phone calls. I can show you the emails. Once they get your money, they will not even come out and inspect or consider Warranty work. They will literally ignore you. Buyer be aware!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay far far away. Once they get your money it's crickets, and warranty work is a pipe dream.
