Very unprofessional. Attached pictures for review.

At the time he was 4 weeks from starting. No problem, I thought to myself. On August 15, I texted Dillon asking for updates. He replied they had just finished a job and would check with the office manager and let me know. Because I hadn't heard from him, on August 20 I asked again if there were any updates. I haven't heard anything from them. I've been ghosted. Dillon Luke is incredibly unprofessional. If he changed his mind, he should have the cojones to let me know. Very disappointed...

I appreciated that JJJ answered my call, came to my house to give an estimate, and kept me updated along the way. Once I got the estimate, I was able to get the work started. I will say, I also appreciated that the pricing was reasonable as well. I know lumber has gone up in price and I did account for that, but I wasn't comfortable moving forward with something outside of my price range. The work was done on time and completed quickly! Once they were done, I was sent pictures like I asked! Great workmanship throughout. My fence still needs some work, but JJJ got my house together so it could be beautiful to sell. 10/10 would recommend.
