They tried to keep my personal belongs and denied me access unless I paid. They wanted to charge hundreds of dollars so that their staff could access my personal files and bring them to me. After two weeks of trying, I had to enlist outside assistance and threaten legal consequences to finally get access. They took a file cabinet that was specifically singled out to leave for us with all manner of banking records, passports and other information and have seemingly "misplaced" that. If I have any identity theft occur on my credit I will instantly know where the problem was. Never, Ever, do business with these people. This has been a horrible experience on the heels of an already awful amount of damage to my home. Vultures!

When I scheduled the move, I was told the crew would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, but the main crew did not arrive until about 9:48 AM. The crew leader then claimed they were not scheduled to start until 10:00 AM, contradicting what I was told when booking. The crew was inefficient throughout the move. They handled furniture carelessly during disassembly and even asked us for tools because they lacked the necessary equipment. They also arrived late to the storage unit and claimed they got lost, causing further delays that made it seem as though time and charges were being unnecessarily extended. I raised these concerns with Rico, the owner. Although he adjusted the bill, I later learned through my husband that his employees were listening to our private conversation on speaker while they were on mute, which I found highly unprofessional. The crew leader also gave Rico inaccurate information, claiming he arrived earlier than he actually did and that they had trouble accessing the apartment complex. My daughter and son were present and know neither claim was true. Overall, there were too many inconsistencies, excuses, and instances of dishonesty. A simple one-bedroom move should not have taken as long as it did, especially compared to larger moves our family has completed. I chose this company based on its reviews, but my experience was awful. Due to the poor professionalism, communication, efficiency, and respect for the customer's time and money, I would not use this company again or recommend it to others.

On the day of the appointment that was confirmed. This establishment was a complete no-show and also after calling a few times to find out on time status to see if they were running late. I never received a phone call back . Also reached out through their email system, which gives you an option to file a complaint or give feedback after your appointment. I have yet to see any responses to those complaints as well. At the end of the day it was a complete waste of my time to rearrange my schedule to make sure that this appointment happened so I could have move forward with another project.
