Our washing machine, bought there in November of '23, broke down 1 1/2 years in to its 3 year warranty. I called Justified appliance. They picked it up and when my wife called later to check on it, Mitch was "unjustifiably" rude. I stopped in the next day to find that it was ready and Mitch began being incredibly rude to me as well. After I exchanged a few words they agreed to deliver it. After it arrived home, I connected it to find it was still not working. I immediately called Justified appliance and I told Mitch it still wasn't working. He responded with "Yes it is. You're just F#*%ng with me". He refused to listen until I threatened to take him to small claims court. My son and I loaded the machine in my truck. My wife noticed that there were somethings different. We checked the serial number and found that this was not the same machine that we had originally. Same brand and model. Different serial #. When we arrived at Justified appliance I suggested to Mitch that he might have made a mistake. He tried to give me some BS about how his mechanic had to change the casing when he fixed it. We eventually settled for a refund. Rather than fixing our machine, they tried to pass off another one as ours. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They are ripoff artists and Mitch is extremely rude! Update: I also see he's a liar. Yes Mitch. Maybe all three of your customers might see this. First, we do not have a working washer from hIm in our possession. Yes, he is a very confused person. The washer he returned to me was not even my washer! It looked the same but had a different serial number and my rectangle sticker on the lid was missing and there was a round sticker on the replacement one in the front upper left hand corner. I thought it was odd they'd take my sticker off and my note I had taped to the lid and restick it and put a round sticker on. That all made no sense. My husband brought it in and hooked it up and we tried washing a towel and the towel did not even move because the agitator was not working. I have pictures and videos as proof and evidence. Then I looked at the serial number and compared it to the picture I had of my washer serial number and saw it was different, a completely different machine, not my washer. That's when my husband contacted him and said he was bringing it back. Mitch gave some bizarre story that the casing had to be changed because of the transmission LOL. We had a washer repair man look at it just the day before and by the look of all the grease on my laundry room floor and under the washer and the fact that it was not agitating, he knew it was the motor and suggested we just get a new washer. I suppose when Mitch found out how much it would cost him to repair our washer, he just so happened to have a machine that was the same make and model as ours and tried to do a switch. I could tell it wasn't my machine right away when it was still on the truck. Did he think he could fool me?! Why not just inform us ahead of time that he was going to completely replace our matching with a different one that supposedly worked....After my husband threatened him, he agreed to settle out of court and gave us half of what we paid for our washer we bought from him 1 1/2 years ago. So my refrigerator wanted to die on Thanksgiving eve 2023. There was no way I would be able to go to Bestbuy and get a new to be delivered that same night or the next day obviously. My old fridge was from BB and lasted me over 10 years. So I went here b/c i had no choice. I got a used fridge of their show room floor $600. They delivered it the same day for free b/c I was super close. 4 stars only b/c they didn't clean it up upon delivery. However it is March now and no issues. Do not use this company. I had them deliver a stove to a tenant house. They were not suppose to take the old appliance. But they did and when you call them to get it back, it takes a few days to get a hold of them. Then they say they scrapped the appliance. They probably repaired and sold to someone else. Agree with the other reviews. It seems the company will temporary fix their appliances, and depends on the customer to keep paying the now $80 trip fee. In the end it's more cost efficient to buy brand new appliances. It appears the company has figured out sneaky manipulative policies to generate additional streams of revenue. The owners frequently respond to reviews in a condescending rude tone, claiming reviews are lies/fabrications that they need to rectify/clear up confusion, showing their true colors and disregard for feedback. Bought fridge there 3 weeks ago. Delivered in time but ice maker and water don't work correctly. Repair man out after 3 days was super nice but it still didn't work. Asked for another repair service and they have set up 2 dates and times (which I had to take off from work to meet with them) and they have been a no show each time. Fridge still not working properly. No good to have a warranty if they refuse the service to repair it. Ridiculous. Terrible service So- a month later and the fridge still doesn't work. READ ME!!!! My wife and I purchased a stove, washer/dryer, and a KitchenAid refrigerator from Justified Appliance. All items coming with a three year warranty. Shortly thereafter the lighting in the ceiling of the fridge and the ice maker stopped working. They came and picked up the fridge and left us a temporary one in its place for their standard $80 service call. They sent it back and said they could not find anything wrong with the unit except for the lights and that they would not fix the lights because it was cosmetic. Lights elsewhere in the fridge worked, just not in the ceiling. Just to be clear when we got it back the ice maker worked. Fast forward about 9 months, which is about one year into our three year warranty on the fridge, the ice maker stopped working and it stopped cooling/freezing. So I went up there to start that process over again and immediately was hit with a line of questioning that very obviously told me she suspected I just simply didn't understand how to operate the refrigerator. Well this was indeed the case. As the conversation issued she made it very clear that I just didn't have the technological knowhow to be attempting to operate refrigerator let alone, a KitchenAid refrigerator. I asked if there would be any information in their system about my first service call about the lights and ice maker and she said yes. So we looked. And there it was, right there in their system. OPERATER ERROR. Well she stuck by her guns. She was absolutely convinced that this whole ordeal was just because I do not know how to operate a KitchenAid refrigerator. This made me very upset. Of all the places I had to pick from to buy appliances, I picked them. They gave me a great deal I felt. They were courteous and helpful. Now I'm face to face with an this person "representing" Justified Appliance looking me dead in the eye telling me I don't know how to operate a refrigerator. I was so upset I told the gentleman that walked in behind me what was going on so she tore up whatever paperwork she had begun, told me to leave and that they wouldn't be honoring any warranties for me. So I left. It was just so very insulting and expensive. We only got to use the refrigerator for about a year so now were in the market for another one and as you already know, they are not cheap, and if any of the other three appliances stop working that we bought from them, all on the same receipt mind you this wasn't a repeat customer thing where we purchased from them and we were just so over joyed about their price points and customer service that we took our business back to them, NO, I guess we will just be up that creek without a paddle. Update: 3 weeks ago I went into the garage to get something out of the freezer. It was humming a high pitch tone and defrosting. Luckily, I didn't have that much in there as I still didn't trust it. Called the company and by that evening they had picked it up AGAIN. 4th time? is a charm???? What a way to run a business! Presently they have now had it maybe 3 weeks? I gave up counting- god forbid the manager pick up the phone and let me know what is going on. When I said that to her today her response was something to the effect that I am not their only client. She also said she didn't have an update. Well, to me that WOULD be an update for a client. THIS time they are actually putting in a NEW part vs the used and un-working part they put in the1st time they picked up this piece of trash. I told her I had sent photos regarding the condition the freezer was in each time they brought the it back. Told her it looked like they rolled it down a hill. She FINALLY decided to take a look at it. Came back on the phone and called me a liar. REALLY, you call you clients liars! Yes, I was exaggerating but it did get her butt out in the warehouse to look at it. She said there were some minor scratches. Take a look if you care at the pictures of the "minor" damage they caused that I posted on Yelp that they probably don't even know exists. I have been doing business with Justified Appliance for years and this is NOT the business I was used to dealing with. I bought several appliances recently and the refrigerator has been nothing but problems. I have called repeated, been put on hold for 20 + minutes at a time and 'advised' to read my sales slip for warranty information. It appears they charge a trip fee to fix the appliance, which I didn't know. But that is ok - just someone speak to me and come fix the appliance. I've followed all their demands to start a work order and when I called to ask status - I've been on hold for almost 30 minutes. I've called every number showing on their web site and they all funnel into the same recording - the phone is answered and I'm placed on hold immediately. This company used to have STELLAR customer service - has owners changed? Follow up - same day - after finally getting in touch with someone "helping out on the phones".. Would award 0 stars if possible - the gentleman I just spoke with was nice but advised the 'trip' charge for repairing an appliance bought from them has gone up from $70 in August 2021 - to $99 in December 2021. The trip charge applies after you have had the appliance for 90 days. I asked to speak with the manager and was advised she wasn't in and he had no idea when she would be there, but would let her know I wanted her to call me. I sincerely wish I had not spent the money on a used refrigerator based on prior customer service with this company. I made a bad decision - now I will go purchase a new one for $2000 and the prior $1000 was simply a waste - but I'm betting I get better customer service and they will come make repairs (if needed) for the entire time the product is under warranty - not for 90 days and then start charging a trip charge. The bottom line is that they have some pretty awesome people working there. The tech that came out about 2 weeks after the appliance was placed in my home was very nice and helpful. The person I spoke with in September went out of their way to be helpful - it's sad that many of the employees treat customers with so little concern or empathy. Got a quote for replacing stove glass top. 407.00. Thinking too expensive, so I looked at trying to get myself.. 218.00 BUT then decided maybe if I don't know what I'm doing, they can do for me. So NOW different quote. They want to charge $600.00!! or $300.00 to install once I get the part. The install time is one hour, so they are adding almost $100.00 for a part AND charging $300.00 an hour to install. Oh and I live 5 streets away. DO NOT SHOP HERE! BEWARE! This "business" and the "manager" Christina are no good! I urge anyone needing any appliances to beware of this "business". My elderly father took his dryer that had stopped working to this location and after weeks of not being contacted to pick it up, he stopped in, only to find out that Christina had erroneously given my father's dryer away to someone else. Her complete lack of remorse is absolutely disgusting. To "rectify" the situation, she told my father that it would have cost him $350 to "fix" the dryer he had previously dropped off to them and that he could pay Justified Appliances $350 and they would give him another dryer. My dad, who desperately needed a working dryer reluctantly agreed, thinking this was his only option. My father, has a disabled son, and ensuring he has clean and sanitary clothes and sheets are always a top priority. My father needed a dryer to help keep up with my disabled brother's necessities. My elder father brought the dryer home only to find out it wasn't working properly. Being that this entire situation was the fault of Christina's incompetence as a manager and employee, I tried calling to Justified Appliances for my father to assist in fixing this situation. Once Christina realized she was not dealing with someone of her low level of incompetence she became very frustrated; was unreasonable. I simply requested to make things right, she send someone to pick up the broken dryer she tried to scam my father with and fix it. She would not and my elderly father had to take it in to them. Christina would not give my father his money back nor would she reimburse him for the dryer they lost. My father ended up leaving with a different dryer today which by the looks of other reviews it will only be a matter of time before it stops working. Christina, please know, I did locate the owners information, although you tried desperately to ensure I did not obtain this information. It is very sad that your customer service is so terrible, it is even more sad that you would attempt to take advantage of an elderly man with a disabled son he has to care for. My father went to Justified Appliance because he had been there many years ago before before this low excuse of a human being ran this business into the ground. Although I am very upset that Christina did a terrible thing to my father and took advantage of him, my father has his daughter to help him manage this dilemma Christina created. My dryer has been back to their facility twice. It's been over a week and I still don't have my dryer back. The first time they "supposedly" fixed it, I had to bring it back the same day. The sent the dryer back to me with a bad motor. I called several times and days, no one would take my call. I finally got back in touch with them, and they said the would call be back in an hour. Still haven't got that call. I also bought a washer from them, in a combo set, and lets just say I had water overflowing from my garage and down the street. I thought I would give an update on the refrigerator we bought last year, as well as share the details on the dishwasher we bought yesterday. The refrigerator works great, and I felt like a super-smart shopper when I was in Sears the other day and saw the EXACT make and model for a whopping price of $2200!! and I only paid $850 for our 2012 model! Score!! Recently I had been in the market for a new dishwasher and had checked out the going rate for stainless steel interior and exterior. I had looked at Lowes and Sears and seen new ones for close to $1,000. Now, with Justified Appliance, they get new/used appliances coming in every week so it is hit or miss as to what they may have available each week. So, I would call periodically to ask what they had in stock before driving down there. Yesterday, I called and they told me about a new dishwasher they had just received that matched what I was looking for.... and sure enough, it was just what we wanted - and so was the price! :) They went down on the price a little bit and I ended up paying a flat $500 cash. And with a 3-year warranty on everything they sell - that's an awesome deal in my eyes. We picked it up and installed it ourselves....and when I say "We", I mean my husband. ;) So that saved us money too. I Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! I had a Samsung dryer that worked like a charm. It still would dry My Families clothes, it had started to make a slight sound while it dried Our clothes. I like supporting local Mom and Pop shops, Justified Appliances was right around the corner, so I brought my dryer to them to get serviced, that was the WORST Thing I could've done! The lady at the counter was rude and nasty, terrible Customer Service, she wouldn't stop wiping that old refrigerator to help me. I explained to her it still worked, I just needed them to fix the slight sound it was making. She called me the next day, told me my dryer wouldn't turn on, it didn't spin anymore, maybe I broke it myself and that I should buy a dryer from them. I wouldn't trust this people with my trash can! I have been a customer for least over 10 yrs and I have to say this is the worst customer service I have had to deal with. Dont get me wrong, the young man they sent to repair has been doing what he can but something in this fridge is going through parts like crazy. I have had, at the time of this review, 4 different home repair calls. 1st the heating element wasn't working and it was replaced to only start heating up and was burning through the back metal part of the freezer, young man can to repair/replace. Now the heating element has gone out 2 more times. The last time the heating element went out she keep pushing service back days and excuse after excuse, we had to finally go up in person to get a for sure date and time window for someone to come and repair. With the heating element going out so much means i have alot of food going to waste because it is defrosting. I had to even put a sheet pan with an ice pack to at least keep the fridge a little cold for the baby milk. This last repair they try to say that me keeping an ice pack on the door caused the water line to freeze, mind you it has always been there with no issues. Oh the excuses they come up with, he was like well you said your heating element wasnt working so thats probably why it didnt freeze. Umm no sir... I think that it could have just been pushing against the door panel and squeezing the line anyways, the older gentleman checked the rest of the line and found a different issue that was wrong and he was going to go to shop to see if they had part. I asked if he was coming back he said someone would call us to let us know if he was coming back that day or another day, depending if they had the part. Mind you there was water left on the shelves that was leaking from the filter he removed and water left on my floors. All weekend filter was leaking and didnt use the water because I was afraid it would leak more. Someone could have just let us know, hey its his quitting time and he is not coming back that day. They could have even called me on that Sat but still nothing. Anyways with all these problems I have asked multiple times if they can just replace the fridge because OBVIOUSLY something is not right with it and I have to keep calling them back. Christina keeps telling me they have to keep going out to see if they can fix. The problem, I think, is they are waiting until warranty is up and then they can wash hands and say I need to buy a new one. I have asked for the owners name and noone will give it to me. They say I have to go through Christina and she will relay to owner, doubtful. I know I know these are refurbished appliances, but if your customer is having this many issues you should replace with another product. Again out of, I dont know, 5 different appliances throughout the years this is the only one giving me issues so why not replace and have a better customer service attitude about it. You can see that you have sent people multiple times to my house, its not like it was one time and I said ok I want a new one. I have been doing it your way but enough is enough. My food cant keep defrosting. I have a baby who needs a working fridge another child who needs her lunches to stay cold and alot of food in fridge I cant afford to keep buying when they fridge decides to poop out on us again. I used to buy from Justified Appliance. They gave me good prices and I paid cash. I have several rent houses, so they were my "go to" for appliances. Then I got swindled. I bought a dishwasher that was defective, and the first time they replaced it with another dishwasher. They told me it was cheaper to replace it than fix it. I bought appliances there because of the 3-year warranty they advertised. This new replacement only lasted a few months before it stopped working. When I went back with the receipt, they informed me that the sells person didn't put a year on the receipt, so therefore it was void and it was my fault because I didn't check it. When I asked, couldn't they check their records, because my books showed the date and year it was bought. I was told NO, "Because they didn't keep records." I contacted Justified and paid them $70 for a service call on a broken washing machine at a rental property. They sent the technician but he left without fixing the issue, and told the tenant he had to get me to authorize the repair. He never called or left me a text or message. I only found this out five days later when the tenant asked about it. I contacted the office and the lady who answers the phone refused to do anything without their famous yellow receipt for warranty work. I told her I would pay for the repair since I didn't have the receipt handy at the moment. I just wanted to get the tenants machine fixed. But she kept refusing. I'm not sure if there are new owners or something but we returned a dryer that we just bought about 3 months ago to have a heating element fixed. We were given back a different dryer. I spoke to the owner personally and he was very rude. The reception as also was very rude. And once she found out there was a problem she suddenly began to act like she didn't speak English. Dispite the fact that we only had it about 4 months they wanted $70 to come out to fix it, so I took it to them. When I went back to get it the next day they had switched my dryer for a diffrent one. It was the same model but I know it is not mine because it has alot of dents and scratches mine didn't have. And to just confirm this when I tried to hook the vent back up, it was smaller and I had to go buy a different ring to tighten it. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Bought a washer and dryer from here with a year warranty which they do not respect! Washer acts up and shakes a lot. I took it back about 5 times to get it fixed or changed but they refuse to change it and claim they've fixed the problem and every time it's still the same. read more

First of all, READ all of the negative reviews, especially the ones on yelp. Google cannot be accurate, they must be giving discounts for a positive review. Secondly, RUN away from this place. It should be called Unjustified Appliances. These people are crooks, and don't care. Once the appliance is sold, whatever happens next is, well... in the owner(who is a ghost)/manager's Lorenzo's words, "well you can't please everyone," or "it was working here." First, it wasn't delivered when the day it was scheduled. Second, when it was delivered it was installed incorrectly in my Airbnb which caused a flood while my guests were staying there. Third, the back of the dryer was missing a part that covers the electrical part (highly dangerous) so I had to drive 50mins out of my way to pick it up. Again, no apology, or accountability on their end. When I approached the manager for a reimbursement of the damages, he agreed to $300, then the next day said $200, then made us jump through hoops to get it. We never received the money because all he did was delay and fed us loads of BS. He never had any intentions of accepting responsibility for what happened. Then finally he said "oh well, you can't make everyone happy." Seriously, run! Not worth the headache....or the replacement that you will eventually have to make. read more

It is very sad that a business like this is still operating and stealing money from our community. I brought a refrigerator that it never work properly. The 3 years warranty is a joke, they want me to take the refrigerador to the shop or to pay the 80 dls service charge every time they go to check the refrigerator that they don't even fix. Very frustrating. Please do not waste your money buying at this place. Es muy triste que negocios como este sigan operando y robando el dinero a nuestra comunidad. Compré un refrigerador que estaba bien caro pensando que tenía garantía de 3 años. El refrigerador nunca ha trabajado propiamente y sigue dándome problemas. La garantía que prometen es un fraude porque dicen que les tengo que llevar el refrigerador o pagar 80 dls nuevamente por el servicio cada vez que vienen a mi casa y ni siquiera lo componen.
