Very helpful and honest. Enjoyed working with this business. They fixed my vacuum and didn't over charge like the last place I went.

Patrick was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I took my Dyson to him for its first tune up (about 7 yrs old). It literally looks brand new and the suction is back!!) read more

Went today 11/15/24 with my wife regarding our Dyson that wasn't working. The owner got it started but suspected a new battery was likely to be needed, which can be ordered directly from Dyson The take away from our visit was the owner is most personable, extremely likable, exuding experience and knowledge, and appreciates his customers. You can't go wrong at this store. By the way, we incurred no charge for the owner's efforts and time. read more

AMAZING Service!!! He has sooooo much experience and knowledge that he kinda just looked at my vacuum and knew what the problem was. And not just that; he fixed it in like 2 minutes (so I was able to just wait for it and bring it back home with me) and the price was amazing. Excellent service!!! 100% recommended. read more

Such an awesome business with the best customer service! The wheel to our vacuum was replaced on the spot- no waiting. I highly recommend P & R Vacuum! read more

I visited this vacuum shop because of the strong ratings. The owner analyzed my vacuum and allowed me to see the simple fix to rid the clog. I'll keep him in mind for any future needs. read more

All I can say is that Patrick the owner of P & R vacuum provides the best customer service and he carries the best vacuums. He provides tune-up service, repair, carpet cleaning machines and products. I have purchased several vacuums from him and have been extremely pleased!! read more

I had a problem with my vacuum cleaner and called Patrick @ P&R. He was personable on the phone and assured me that he charges nothing to look at a vacuum cleaner and diagnose problems, so I took mine in. The problem didn't reproduce itself while I was there; Patrick assured me of what could've been my issue and charged me nothing for his time. In the process, he was so pleasant, personable and nice - and very easy to talk to. He clearly does vacuums out of enjoyment and a love for being business and helping people - with no interest in gouging his customers. I HIGHLY recommend P&R Vacuums. read more

I dropped off my vacuum one day and it was ready the next day. Prices are reasonable. The owner is adorable, sweet and talkative. Overall, I would highly suggest this small business for your vacuum needs. read more

This place is great! The owner's a real genuine trustworthy and very experienced man. I can't recommend him high enough!

It's going to take me longer to write this review than it did for Patrick to diagnose and fix my vacuum cleaner! He is such a knowledgeable guy and was a real pleasure to talk to. He knows his stuff, and even explained the issue. This is the kind of customer service that every store should mimic. Thanks so much Patrick, I'll be back and will definitely let everyone know to come see you with any vacuum issues! read more

I tried to get my vacuum cleaner serviced local but they wanted to charge me more than what P&R vacuum charged me to replace the belt, fan, and gear that drives the Kirby. The owner is super sweet and fair. I was amazed it's like I have a brand new vacuum. He is currently working on my sewing machine I will give y'all an update later. read more

I used the search for a vacuum shop and found this one, so I had my husband drop off my Dyson Pet Vac, Upright Vacuum to get it cleaned. I received the call from the owner saying it was ready, so I went to the shop to pick it up. He did a great job cleaning it and showed me some issues it had, one was the roller, which I had him replace and the other were some burn holes from when hot embers from my fireplace were sucked up and they burned part of it. He said all I needed to do was put some glue in it. I'm very pleased with his work, service, advice and price. Highly recommend anyone using him to service their vacuum or to buy a reconditioned vacuum, or rent a carpet cleaner. read more

We had two broken vacuums and were looking for a place to repair or replace them. So happy that we found this place! It had great reviews and they were completely right! The owner is very friendly and cares for his customers. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and as customers we felt that he has our best interests at heart and gives us good and honest advice. We had a long talk and walked out with a brand new vacuum which we are extremely happy with. We recommend this place to everyone we know. read more

Stopped by P&R Vacuum today with my malfunction vacuum. Let me just say this guy is friendly, honest and helpful. After just a few minutes he diagnosed the problem, which to my surprise was just a rubber seal pushed out of place. He told me how to fix it and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a vacuum repaired. read more

Highly recommend. Straight-shooter and expert. Fair prices! Outstanding!! We will continue to come here. Best in town!

The guy fixed my vacuum for $2.70 tax included in under five minutes. What a surprise - I was about to buy a whole new vacuum cleaner.

My daughter just had a baby and both her vacuums were inoperable. Being the great mom, I said I would take them in. What a great place! The owner fixed them on the spot. Turns out he got a new grand-baby the same day as mine. Not all repairs can be done on the spot, but I felt very lucky that my daughter's vacuums were fixed so easily at such a fair price. read more

Super patient and helpful. Huge selection of parts. Truthful service, only needed a small part, less than $8.00.

I first met the owner because he's an authorized Riccar dealer. Riccar's are made in Missouri, USA. I had two minor issues he took care of without charge because they were covered under the warranty. This last time required a hose change. He took care of it for $42.00 in five minutes. My partner and I were thrilled! The owner is honest, truthful and can be trusted. You really do get what you pay for. We're glad we spent $275.00 on a tough, American built vacuum instead of one from a big box store. ps Dyson's are a joke. read more

Just call him the Vacuum Doctor! I tooled with my vacuum for hours trying to fix it myself. He fixed it 5 minutes! He's knowledgeable, reasonable and has a good sense of humor. I love small businesses like this! Just go to him already! read more

I came to P&R Vacuum because I needed a new cord on my vacuum. Called this place and Patrick could replace the cord for the same price I was going to pay for a cord elsewhere. He definitely has a passion for what he does and is very knowledgeable and he actually cares about the customer and doing what it right!! He also will recommend a great vacuum for the type of floors you Have and sells great vacuums in his store front. When I am in the market for a new vacuum will definitely keep this place in mind bc the owner will take the time to demonstrate and educate you on the different types. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a vacuum repair or that is in the market for a brand new vacuum cleaner!! read more

Owner replaced a handle on a broken Hoover SteamVac that was out of warranty. It took minutes, as opposed to weeks that Hoover would have taken, and was a very reasonable price. The owner was very friendly, funny, and you could see he was extremely knowledgeable. Great work! read more
