So I decided to give them a second go. Since I don't get my nails done as often as I used to I did a walk in & the plus side was sat down immediately. The downside Holly was not there so I tried a different technician for my pedicure & got convinced into a manicure as well. They assign 2 technicians so it is done simultaneously. My pedicure was done by Andrew & he was very patient as well with me... I have a bad knee & reconstructed ankle so sometimes I have to be readjusted often. I'm not sure of the ladies name that did my manicure, but she was nice. Just definitely didn't seem to be patient actually got irritated that one of my nails wouldn't dry as quickly as the others. There was absolutely no soak time before or during the treatment, and my heels actually looked worse by the end. And when I pointed this out, Lisa began cutting the skin on my heels with cuticle clippers. I had to ask the front desk to translate that I did not want my skin cut. I highly recommend skipping the upgraded pedicure services, it's not worth the extra cost. And if you're looking for a relaxing experience, I wouldn't recommend Lisa for a pedicure.

I was happy with the service, (regular) polish lasted over a week, and still looked good. My daughter's acrylics turned out just as she asked but chipped the next day. She called the salon and was squeezed in at the end of the day (perfect because she had to wait to go until after work). Not only was her nail fixed, the nail tech redid the polish on all of them because she realized the polish she had used wouldn't really last very long on the tips (glitter).
