The onion rings, all 7 of them, were heavily breaded. The couple, where the ring was broken, were missing a significant portion of onion. At 50 cents a ring, they are a hard pass. All that being said, the burgers were actually delicious. I added grilled mushrooms and onions (an upcharge at a bargain 31 cents each). Painted all in red with an impressive porcine mascot, it's hard to miss this handsome food truck. I would say prices are quite fair, especially for a food truck, which I find is often more expensive than I feel it should be. Not knowing where they will be until the middle of the week because they don't keep their schedule posted promptly doesn't help matters. Make no mistake, if you can find them open, the food is outstanding, but they just aren't consistent right now.
