You tell them what kind of windows you have (french doors, etc), if you have a one story or two story house, and how many square feet the house is. We recently hired Just Windows to clean all the windows and glass doors in the house. While the cleaning was descent (hence the one star), I was extremely unhappy with how the office management handles the damages caused by the crew. A few days after the service, I noticed that both screens on the two sliding windows in the garage were not only dirty but also severely bended. I confirmed with the crew lead who told me that the screens were damaged by one of their inexperienced crew members. Issue #1: they did not mention anything to me on the day of the service knowing that they broke the screens. I called the office right away. However, the office staff refused to acknowledge and take responsibility for that using the 24 hour window policy as their excuse. When asked to speak to the manager/supervisor, I was told that they were busy and I never received a call back. Issue #2: poor customer service! I do NOT recommend this business. read more

We did a massive remodel this year so the windows and screens were filthy! They had to get paint off of some of the windows. I used the Yelp deal ($155 for $200). I find this review and special on Yelp $155 for $200. 4 workers showed up on time, worked on the outside first then inside and were in/out in less than 2 hrs. They did a great job, locked every window and door after they were done. I wanted to get this done before family came for Thanksgiving and they were able to schedule it quickly. I had a Groupon for 30 windows. 2 guys show up an hour late. I was charged an additional $65 to clean the screens. The original price would have been $250, which is a high price not to do the screens as well. Most of the windows were fine, but there were a few that still had noticeable dirt on them. I have read that most folks had there windows power washed. At the prices they are charging everyone should get the same service. Whether they have a Groupon or not. These guys didn't even use their ladders to get windows that were a little higher. Don't waste your money!!!!! read more

I have used Just Windows several times over the past few years. The first time they washed my windows, they did a great job. Unfortunately, each successive year their work has been less satisfactory. This year, the job was unacceptable and I will not use them again. They have been rough with our screens and again bent frames. They have broken plants around the exterior of our house. And this year while I requested a particular employee who cleaned so well the first year, they sent a different crew who must have been in training. After they left, I noticed that several windows were still soiled. In addition, the office employee has been unfriendly and not helpful. So I recommend that you look elsewhere for window washing. When I saw the $155 for $200 deal and yelp review, I decided to give them try. After a couple of questions over the phone, the staff (Lulu) gave me a quote (for a ~3600sqft house, after the yelp deal, the charge is ~ $280), paid over the phone, and made an appointment for the cleaning. That was very easy! On the day, 4 young men showed up on time, the team-leader speaks fluently English and very polite. Two worked inside and two outside. The insider workers wore the blue booties all the time (to protect my white carpet). When questions, they brought to my attention. By the time they finished, about 2.5 hours, I was very happy as all windows were nice and shining. Afterwards, I noticed that one of the windows left un-cleaned and 2-3 windows showed dirtiness when the sun directly shines on them. I called right away left them a message (they have a no less than 24 hours notice if you are not happy). The next day, early in the morning, they called and arranged re-work immediately. What a great ethical and responsible company! They stand behind their service. I was going to give them 4 stars, however, their wonderful response and quick re-work makes up everything and deserve a 5-star. read more

Realtor had these guys come to get the house ready for an Open House the following weekend. They sent us a waiver form that absolved them of all damages caused by them. Didn't sign, but maybe the realtor did. They charged $550 for cleraning and windows, and I got about the same level that my cleaners (InstaMiads) does for less than half the price. The windows were left with watermarks, there was stuff left on the carpet, etc. That night I went into the kitchen to get a drink and pieces of my range hood fell down. They had broken the latches and bent the filters. I fixed all the little stuff but noticed some water rings and stains on our newly refinished hardwood floors. I assumed it was juice from someone at our open house but I couldn;t get it out. Our hardwood floor guy (Calvin from CH Hardwood) came out and fixed it, he said someone had set cleaning fluid down on the stair, spilled it, and just rubbed it in. He didn't charge us for his buffing out of this problem but that took them from 3 stars to 2. For the money there are a lot of people out there that will do a lot better job. I used Just Windows multiple times over the 10 years i have been living in my house and was always very happy with their service until last week. While they normally send a team of two to clean the windows of my 2 story house, only one person came and they were an hour late. We quickly noticed that this worker was obviously inexperienced and did not care about doing a quality job. My husband had to stick around and work from home that day because he felt the worker in question was going to break the brand new screen doors and screens we had just installed. The worker did a terrible job: he did not clean the window frames, ignored some of the outside windows and left some dirty water marks on the windows to the point that my cleaning lady had to clean the windows again as well as the window frames he had ignored. When i called Just Windows the next day to complain, they apologized profusely and told me they would call me right back.... Well after leaving multiple messages for the past two days I am still waiting for their call. And they cashed my check.... Needless to say I will not use Just Windows again and neither will my realtor who will spread the word among her realtor friends ! read more

The workers finished the job very quickly. However, they arrived 15 mins later than their 30-min arrival window. The WORST part was they did NOT close the gate after they finished the job. My gate was wide open and led to my dog wondering on the street. I had to go out looking for my dog. I have never had anyone coming to do the job without close the gate. I purchased their Gutters Cleaning service through Amazon Local. It was one of the worst purchase that I have ever made. Two guys show up to clean the gutters. Beside a ladder, they do not have any equipment to wash the gutters. One guy climbs up on the roof with my garden hose and fifteen minutes later they knock on the door that they have cleaned the gutters. They show me half a bucket full of soil that they have removed from the gutters. It had big leaves and other garden trash in it. This soil cannot be from a two story house's gutter. Moreover, it had to be washed down the drain not filled in a bucket to show me that they have cleaned gutters. It was my garden soli. I do not like to argue because they are not going to admit that this is all a lie. However, I know my gutters are not clean and I am out of money paid to them through Amazon Local. read more

We have used them in the past and just recently after getting 45 brand new windows - later I noticed scratches when the light hits the windows - and these were brand new! Also, they have a large crew and used stepladders in the house and scratched some of our brand new kitchen cabinets -- just felt like they were not as careful as they should have been.
