This is the exact type of spot I wish Seattle had more of - simple concept with food/drinks that really stand out. You order at the front, grab a seat on the patio or inside, and wait for the food to be brought out. I also love how dog friendly this place is! Bonus points for sure. They usually have 10-15 beers on tap and a list of house made cocktails. I went with their light Lightning Harp and the girlfriend went with the SYSTEM_REBOOT.EXE (great name, wow) which was light/crispy/sweet/herby-freshness and was insanely good. For food, we usually just get their basket of fires and their fancy ranch. Also not too much bun, I always find myself ripping off excess bun with hotdogs, but not here (today lol). The wiener was perfect size (pause) in every sense of the way. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun.
