Just Jeeps is fantastic. Great customer service from Dan and everyone at the store. Robert and the entire team complete fantastic work and the prices are always fair. Today they went above and beyond to keep my Jeep running and did not making me have to get serious repairs. I believe a 'chain' company would not have put forth that effort and becuase of that, Just Jeeps has earned me buisness and I will continue to come back. If you want great consistent work on your automobile at great prices from a local company that won't rip you off, go where I went today. Thanks a lot! read more

This place went above and beyond to make sure I got the right set up for my Jeep even though I am out of state they still answered all my questions. John really knows his Jeeps. I can honestly say that when I decided to invest a good deal of money into my Jeep, John, Dan, and Robert really gave me peace of mind with the products and knowledge they offerd. Customer services was exceptional! read more

I've been a customer for about a year now, from my very first mods to help with warranty on a tire, I've never experienced more professional, reliable, and above and beyond service. Truly, the kings of customer service! They do awesome work! read more

Took my new-to-me '01 Wrangler in for a driveline vibration I just could not locate. I asked for quick turnaround to avoid having to bring my trailer back another day to retrieve it. They called me back in a couple of hours to inform that my front drive shaft was bad. Since that's a pretty simple job, I asked them to just charge me "whatever" for diagnostics and I'd pick it up that afternoon. Upon my arrival, they refused to take any payment. How often does that happen. Good honest guys. I'll be taking it back there when I have a repair I can't handle myself. read more

Great guys and service. Answered all my questions before and after the work was done. Always a pleasure knowing my Jeep will be taken care of! read more

My son had his TJ sounding like it was climbing a hill of glass in an aluminum bowl. I thought the transmission was shot but it was just the clutch plate. Dan let me know, didn't gouge me at all, charged me half of what I thought I was going to have to pay. Integrity is a hard found trait these days, I don't think I'll take the Jeep anywhere else now. Robert was very friendly and helpful as well. Kudos. read more

Ten years ago I found Just Jeeps to be trustworthy, competent and fair. My opinion hasn't changed. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

The were able to complete my repair much quicker than we expected. Reasonable price and very professional.

Super friendly and willing to put in the extra time to figure out all my TJ's issues. Appreciate everything you guys did for me! Thank You! read more

What a great find! Our FOURTH, silly window regulator went out on the Cherokee. Just Jeeps quoted us a price about $70 less than our local service station who repaired the last broken window. Dan was nice as could be. Dropped the car off in the morning, and he called about two hours later to say it was ready. The process was fast & pleasant and about ten million times better than the horrific experience we had with Jeep Masters a couple years ago. (Thank God for their sake I wasn't on Yelp then.) So thrilled to know about Just Jeeps! read more

Dear Sirs, A little before Christmas a year ago I bought a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. A transmission seal was leaking, so I brought it in to your shop, a few days before Christmas I believe, and you had it ready on that Friday before Christmas. I drove it home, and I thought it felt and sounded a little strange, so I didn't drive it over the weekend and then brought it back after Christmas. The man at the counter out front had one of the mechanics look at it while I waited, and then came to me and told me, very compassionately, that the transmission was old and ruined and that I would need to spend around $2000 on it to fix it. As I'd just bought the car I just wasn't sure I wanted to do that, so I said I'd have to think about it. The next day, just to be sure, I took it to another garage to get a second opinion. That afternoon they called and said it was ready. I went to pick it up and asked "so what's wrong with it?" The Customer Representative looked over the work-order, and told me "nothing, it just didn't have any transmission fluid, but it seems to be fine, doesn't seem to have been any damage." That was 1 year and 3 months ago now. My Jeep, and its transmission, are running fine, thank you. You'll notice that I haven't brought my Jeep back to your shop...ever. What I have done is tell my story to every Jeep owner I meet...when I'm at a gas station and I see another Jeep I go over and tell my story. You don't need to thank me, it's just a little service I like to provide for free. read more

Just Jeeps is great. They've been keeping my '96 Jeep running great for 7 years. I tried other places before ending up here, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Great customer service, quality work, and reasonable prices...everything you could want from a mechanic shop. read more

Just Jeeps has serviced my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee for something like ten years and just did more repair work for me this week. Their service is prompt and dependable. They are a group of hard-working guys who really take care of their customers. I highly recommend them. read more

Some confusion had happened with our Jeep, but once it was brought to the attention of Just Jeeps they went above and beyond to help. Seriously above and beyond. This isn't your typical maintenance shop. We called around a lot, and they consistently had the best prices. The workmanship was impeccable, and now we know the customer service is great as well. I was skeptical at first with it being a specialty shop that we would get taken advantage of, but I was wrong and boy and I am glad for that! read more

These guys are a scam and either intentionally tried to sabotage my Jeep or didn't know what they where doing. Either option sucks. Brought my 91 Sahara in to have the internal clutch slave replaced while I was working on a television show here in Austin. Normally I would do this myself, but I didn't have my tools or my garage here. After 3 weeks the slave failed, not uncommon for the aftermarket internal slave, no biggie it's under warranty. I take my Jeep back to have the part replaced under warranty. After a week I get my Jeep back and immediately notice my less than 1 year old $400 stainless steel catback exhaust sounds like a lawnmower. I crawl underneath and see that instead of cutting the the actual rear exhaust pipe, they used a cutting torch to remove the pipe from the front of the muffler. I didnt have time to deal with this situation since I had to leave for Dallas the next day to start another television show. On the drive to Dallas I noticed the manual transmission also sounded whiny. 30 miles outside of Dallas the exhaust pipe completely separated from the muffler caused by their poor welding in a spot that isn't supposed to be welded in the first place. Ugh. While under the Jeep I noticed transmission fluid leaking from the drain plug. I see that the drain bolt isn't fully tightened, not even hand tight, just barely on there. I have the Jeep towed to my studio and drain the rest of the fluid to put new fluid in. There was less than an 1/2 quart of transmission fluid left. Not only did they ruin my new exhaust system, they almost ruined my transmission by leaving the drainplug loose. If you like your Jeep, don't bring it here read more

I just got my jeep back from its first service at Just Jeeps. I had some oil leaks and a problem with a check engine light that I couldn't resolve despite multiple tries. I found the advice there to be very helpful. The explanations credible and complete. I have my jeep back and thus far it is working perfectly and everything serviced is warranted for 12 months. Don't have any comparisons to use against the cost, but it seemed very fair. I'm happy, My jeep works well, and I will be a return customer read more

Hit the jackpot finding these guys. Went in for a repair to a broken windshield wiper motor. It was fixed fast - same day even though they had to order the part. I had an appointment at a dealer for the repair, but it was a month wait to get in. In addition, after some casual conversation about my desire to replace the soft top on my jeep, Dan set me up with a great deal for a new hardtop. I had called dealers, and another jeep repair place but none of them were the least bit interested in helping me. (I probabaly spend an hour of my time going through phone trees, transfers, and voice mails at these places!) The hardtop was delivered the next day and installed the following day. I could have waited the hour and a half at the shop but left and came back. I highly recommend these guys. read more

These guys quoted me $450 more than the actual parts & labor that I needed for my Jeep. I confirmed the service needed with an auto mechanic friend who lives in another state and shopped the quote around, and couldn't believe they wanted to charge that much. Methinks not. (BTW, the "other" Jeep specialists in town quoted me $300 more than the actual parts & labor that i needed.) read more

Robert and his staff are amazing. They have been working on my car for 6 years. My car is 12 years old and still running amazing because of their service. Once I was stranded and Robert came to work and fixed my car. I am teacher and needed my car to get to my students homes after school to tutor. What dedication and professionalism they exhibit on a daily basis. I give them five stars because they are always there when I need them. I call the shop and they are friendly and always willing to help. THANKS!!!! read more

Just recently took my ol Yj in to get the drive train, cylinder head(including setting valves and push rods also torquing rockers to spec), and bleeding the clutch. I specifically asked them to make sure the engine ran 100% which when I got it back it did not. I let it sit for about 3 weeks due to my job hours I worked to much to work on it myself. I call back and talked to Dan at the front counter and asked since my jeep was misfiring and not running correctly if the mechanic set the valves in the proper order but he assured me that the valve train had nothing to do with timing or the misfiring condition(which is wrong it can affect it a lot) so I said well let me get it back to yall so you can tear it down and look he said there's a 2 week waiting list so I put my name on it and when it came time to take it in I did, they had my jeep for 6 fucking weeks and never touched it. So in my mind that's 2 months of waiting for it. I then take it to a shop I know very well and they took my valve cover off and soon found cylinder one push rods were bent 3 ways and a broken bolt on the rocket arm as well. They told me who ever installed the valves torqued them down the heavily and that's what caused it to brake. Keep in mind the distributor and timing chain are new and set correctly. My advice is stay ways these people are NO good at what they do. I will be in contact with them very soon:) Hi Mr.Robert I don't know how to comment on top of you but yall did in fact install my clutch(which was also not bleed which I did ask to happen) possible different ticket not sure but that also does not function properly lol so I have to fix that now as well and yes this all did happen(remember there is 2 sides to the story) that's all beside the point, fact is that the customer service is poor, vehicle service is poor, only thing that isn't is that your trying to make it right and no disrespect but I will not becoming back and will not refer to other, sorry. read more

did the work for the quoted for price, did a good job, didn't try to upsale me or point out every little thing wrong with my jeep. were honest and straight forward, will be going back. thanks guys, read more
