He had grabbed new items still in plastic to replicate the items that I had taken from the shelf which I found so considerate. Definitely stop in if you are in the area! A woman saw me doing this and very rudely told me that I was "stretching it out and needed to take it off." I admitted to what I thought was an honest mistake and apologized. I was then glared at and made feel uncomfortable as I was trying to get away, as I didn't want the woman to see that she had made me cry. Sharks are my favorite animal, and I was looking forward to getting some merchandise featuring them. I didn't buy anything. I instead left the store in tears.

Woman at the counter said you can take them home try them on and if they do not fit they can be returned the next day. She did not mention for store credit only, which is the case. We showed up the next day to exchange the item but the larger size was out of stock. We then requested a refund but they only offered store credit as an option. Very disappointed with their customer care. Some businesses are willing to jeopardize customer satisfaction for a sale, and this business is one of them!
