Currently staying for 4 nights and for over $400 a night I expect daily housekeeping, not every third day. I've never heard of such a thing. We did request and receive fresh towels so we have a growing pile of wet towels in our room. Beyond cleaning and beds, not refreshing water and coffee for this price seems petty and in poor form. This resort is 30 minutes from anything. It really needs to put effort in the details to attract the clientele willing to pay these prices. Morning coffee in the lobby seems like an obvious easy amenity. No such luck. I was also hoping for a decent sized gym but it's small and overrun with residents. Charging for pickleball is another miss. A few special touches need to be offered to make this property worth the drive and inconvenience. Also, we were supposed to have a Mountain View but instead we had a view of the pool fence. We asked to be moved and are in a much better room. read more

‼Disappointing Experience for the Price I grew up in Bend and hadn't been out to Juniper Preserve in years. The property is beautiful and the front desk staff were great. But my first night I was woken up at 3 a.m. by a fridge that wouldn't stop beeping. They replaced it the next day, but it still made for a rough night. Never trust yelp on reviews. I was in contact with the resort to help set up a cute surprise for my boyfriend for his birthday. I booked a Mountain View suite and we loved it. The staff are super friendly and it wasn't packed at all. I do hate that it's far from town, but they offer to take a shuttle to the city for no extra cost. We still drove ourselves. Such a beautiful resort. We didn't get to use the amenities as we were out and about exploring. Also had to chance to try the pop up restaurant, KÉYA & it was amazing! Really enjoyed our time here. What a disappointment this resort is....it is trying to be a luxury getaway destination, but it is not. First off we stayed at the Juniper Preserve as part of a wedding event. Excited for the occasion, we paid the steep price to be close to our loved ones and family. After researching the webpage, (which is totally NOT CURRENT), we thought with 4 restaurants, a marketplace, and a shuttle it could be a nice retreat! All I can say is from the moment I walked in my room, I was a little surprised to see the sparse and very inexpensive furnishings, along the lines of bad IKEA, lodge chic?? Absolutely no counter space in bathroom, I realized then they put my husband and I in a handicapped room, that I didn't request. Out of 4 advertised restaurants, only one open, stating seasonal operation for the closures. Hmmm, you would think first week in August would be considered fairly seasonal for its outstanding weather. The Marketplace...opened only Friday-Sunday. Better not need any snacks or incidentals before then! Be prepared..everything picked over they were out! Had salsa, but absolutely no chips! Horrible room coffee and no lobby coffee. Don't expect shuttle service, even with a 2 day in advanced reservation and steep ticket..rumor had it that it had been discontinued! Webpage says well lit, well our prewedding event with tables and bar, out next to pool, lawn and patio was in the dark after the sun went down..we expected the juniper tree next to pool to be lit...or some kind of patio lighting to come on so we could see each other and socialize, that didnt happen..everyone was driven inside to the Coyote lounge for booze only..no tapas to purchase as marketed! Even walking at night the parking lot and resort is very poorly lit. Thank goodness the only restaurant that was open was the Iris was delicious, pricey but good. I felt for the young adults who planned on making it a destination stay..they ended up paying hundreds of dollars of door dash for food delivery many times. Some were stranded for rides back to the airport, no Uber and a discontinued shuttle they were at the mercy for transportation from friends. Even the checkin insert said housecleaning would be on the third day of stay, well after being gone all day on our third day I came back to a room that was not touched. I expected them to clean and refresh it! When I went to lobby they questioned my request as if I was asking for something out of the ordinary!!! Luckily, my husband and I rented a car..best decision ever as nearest town of Bend or Redmond is approximately 30 minutes away. Juniper is probably great for the elevated golf experience, maybe even spa that I didn't have, however you may want to think twice if you think you are going to experience what the webpage markets. read more

We really love it here but, don't leave anything behind! We've stayed several times and I know it's my fault for forgetting things but, I've never stayed somewhere where they don't return what you leave! One was a brand new pair of shoes and the other occasion it was 2 necklaces, one had my kids names but, probably because it was gold they kept it. Super lame and disappointing. That alone makes me not want to return which is such a bummer. read more

We had an amazing stay here! I wasn't sure what to expect since it was our first time. It is so nice! The grounds are well maintained, and the staff is AMAZING!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the reception desk, to the bellboy, to the servers, to the gate person, literally everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hr guarded gate which really makes you feel extra safe. The pool was heated and amazing. We were extremely impressed. The room was clean and well maintained. The balcony had an amazing view of the mountains. Only thing is i wish they had a small store with drinks and snacks. I also wish they had a few more restaurants since it is a little ways out from bend. We did have a nice kitchen so it was easy to get takeout from town and bring back to our amazing room. It was relaxing and wonderful! We will definitely be back, I loved it here! read more

Update: I left my sonicare toothbrush at the hotel and have called several time and even left a message with the director of housekeeping. No one ever called me back. How is this four star service?? I never got my toothbrush back. This place was a HUGE disappointment. Upon check-in we went to our "Mountain View" room which we had paid extra for. Please look at our so called Mountain View. It's the view of the fence. The bathroom and shower was dirty and smelled like urine even though it had been "extra sanitized". The following day we made an appointment to go to the pool and use the hot tub and once we arrived we realized the hot tub wasn't working and was freezing. While calling to make an apt no one ever told us this which was disappointing. It was a series of disappointing experiences and not worth the price point. Sunday Prime Rib ~ in the lounge An enjoyable evening at Pronghorn, and well worth the drive from Bend. Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Burrata cheese were the perfect accompaniment to a nicely prepared prime rib this evening. Our only disconnect was with service, but this was partly driven by an unexpected large group arriving in the last third of our meal. Our server was cheerful, polite and pleasant. On the picky side, the last few times I've been here...the bar position isn't quite up to snuff. For example, a shaken "watered down" Manhattan vs stirred isn't ideal, and slow bar service is common. But, I like it here anyway. Good vibe, terrific staff, and the kitchen does a commendable job :) Worth the trip :) read more

Pronghorn used to be a luxury hotel and property, but the remodel and new direction is lacking. Room wasn't ready when checking in, the front desk said they had a big wedding the night before and the guests "were all super drunk and checked out late." Gross. Only one restaurant was open with only a few servers on the property and a limited menu. The property is 30 minutes + to Bend or Redmond, so you're SOL if you don't want to eat there. Again, it was not disclosed at check in that it was the only restaurant open. Staff wasn't professional, openly talking about how they disliked their manager and complaining about guests. I regularly saw guests leave the bar area in exasperation after being ignored. Just all around not a upscale or well serviced experience anymore, which is too bad, since the property is lovely. Not sure what direction they're taking, but they need to figure it out. read more

Huge disappointment. Will not be returning and would not recommend a stay. We have stayed at Pronghorn before and really enjoyed it so we came back for a getaway. It was a mistake. 1. No room refresh service due to "Covid". However, no staff wears masks and nothing else seems to be amiss, so clearly this is a opportunistic way to cut service and blame covid. 2. No food. Trailhead Grill is your only option. Golf shop has some grab and go. Everything is 30 minutes out, so you're more or less stuck if you don't want to drive for an hour for lunch or dinner. Their little coffee bar in the main lodge is only open during weekends. 3. Broken equipment. Hot tub at adult pool? Broken. Has been broken for a while according to staff and they "cant get someone to fix it". If you want to play golf, this place could be your thing. Else stay in Bend, or Sunriver, or anywhere else. read more

First of all I must say that the customer service and staff here are the absolute best. They make your stay. Rooms: for the price you pay the rooms are small and basic. They are clean and have a nicely equipped bathroom with robes. Most open up to pool/patio and have a nice view of the mountains. Amenities: if you golf there are 2 courses to play here, you have multiple bars and restaurants on the property. You also have a pool, hot tubs, and shuttle service to bend. It's a hike into Bend but the property is lovely. The hotel is lovely. If you plan on golfing this or Bresada Ranch are good picks. If you want to go out in Bend you may pick a hotel closer in. Also.....be prepared to pay around 500.00 a night for your stay. For the area and the room....not sure it was quite worth the price. But the hotel amenities and staff make it worth it. read more

Took the family for Easter Brunch. The initial seating was good. Waiter was attentive at first. Drinks and appetizers came out in good time. The quiche was Very good. The pea soup was good. The shrimp was good. The muffin plate and specialty butter was also good. Then the Buffet... Sampled all items. The Cod was very dry. The chicken was also dry. The prime rib was okay. The crust on it was fine, but the meat itself, was not very flavorful. The ham also was dry, the saving grace was the sauce it was in, it was flavorful. The stuffing was good, as well as most of the vegetables. Desert was very good, just missing powdered sugar on the Beignets. Would have liked to have seen some fresh fruit. The servers and staff were friendly. Myself and other guests ended up bussing our own tables moving the used plates to an overflowing empty table that had not been cleaned yet. The floor also had a good amount of debris on it. For the price, I felt the main course offerings were very disappointing. read more

We stopped at Pronghorn on our way from Washington to California. We were able to book two adjoining rooms the day of our stay. When we arrived, we greatly impressed by how beautiful the resort and grounds were. Our rooms (in the main lodge) were tastefully updated and spacious. They even served Illy coffee, my favorite! We ate dinner at the Trailhead restaurant (across the walkway) and it was delicious! I had the beet salad and cauliflower appetizer, my husband had the ribeye and my kids had the mac and cheese. All of our dishes were 10/10!!! I also recommend the lavender lemon cocktail ("Pronghorn Martini"). The family pool was amazing - water slide for the bigger kids and a splash pad for the smaller kids! Poolside drinks for Mom and Dad, too! This place couldn't get any better (other than maybe opening the pool a bit earlier than 10am.) We came during the Oregon fires and it was quite smokey - therefore empty at the resort. I imagine this place is packet during good weather. read more

This was such a beautiful resort that I would love to return to. It is isolated but with that, you get peace and quiet (if that's what you're looking for). The receptionist was considerate enough to upgrade us to a 3 bedroom unit instead of the lodge because of a large party that was arriving at the hotel. They seem to have everything you need set up at the place. The restaurant food is meh but we didn't come to the resort for the food. If staying here, renting the bikes to do a ride around the property is well worth it and so is an evening stroll! read more

This was our first time and it didn't disappoint. There was a very intense storm of thunder, lightening and hail and we were in a ground floor room. Water had seeped into the room and the manager immediately moved us to a higher room. The resort staff have been amazing, checking to make sure we are ok etc. very nice rooms and quiet. Two pools to choose from. Lots of areas to walk. Bike rentals. Nice 3 night get away we will not forget. We will for sure be back!!! read more

My family booked a three-night stay last week with one of the golf packages at Pronghorn Resort. After checking-in, we found out that the room they gave us would not fit three people as we had requested for. Devin Simondes the PM Manager on duty recognized and apologized for their mistake right away. He asked that we give him a few minutes to figure something out so we went to the restaurant across the lodge to have dinner. Soon after, Devin sough us and personally delivered our room keys to where we were seating. He gave us an accommodation upgrade that wasn't only big enough for all of us, but it also catapulted our positive experience a thousand times over. There was not a single staff, be it at the course, golf shop nor Trailhead Grill who wasn't nice. Jason at the pro shop was very helpful and friendly. Our server Adrian at the Trailhead Grill was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Both Jack Nicklaus and Tom Fazio courses were absolutely stunning and well maintained. There is someone going around the practice range cleaning everyone's clubs and offering cold water bottles. One day I gave one of them a tip and he refused saying that he's just doing his job. I was like, where the hell am I? The resort is beautiful and it's hard not to appreciate it. However, for us, it was the staff especially the ones mentioned above made our experience exceptionally amazing. Needless to say, we had a lot of fun. We ended up revising our plan of relocating as we continue our trip around central OR and extended our stay at Pronghorn Resort for the entire duration of our trip. It was our home base for a week. We didn't hike as planned but we played 72 holes at some of the most beautiful golf courses in the area. Thank you all at Pronghorn Resort. We miss you already. We will be back! read more

This resort is beautiful, but the accommodations are horrible. They say they have pool, spa, and other amenities, but they are not open or functional. Even the staff are not aware of whats going on there. The room service was not open until 9AM, so we had to go downstairs ourselves to get towels and shampoos. The blanket had blood stains on, when told the front desk she just apologized. The restaurant was short staffed which makes sense bc of COVID but the problem was not having anything available! We got there at 8:30am and they had so many of items not available! Overall, I would never stay here again! It looks good but don't trust the pics! read more

What a disappointment for the outrageous money they charge! We've been traveling for 2 weeks and didn't have clean clothes. No laundry options for guests-ridiculous. Then, we wanted some snacks and sparkling waters but no market out here to get something like that. On the golf course snack bar only pre-made sandwiches where you have to mess around with stupid mayo packets in the blowing wind, needless to say it made a terrible mess, hence the need for a washing machine. The only open restaurant was good but limited options. Finally the last disappointment is there's no way to get in room movies-told be front desk to use an hdmi cable to hook up our computer-sure something we would just pull out of our suitcases. Honestly I would give this place a 7/10 but with only 5 stars I rounded up. First off the property is very beautiful. The hotel has well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff are mostly really nice and we actually had a really lovely stay. If you're coming here to golf the courses are pretty spectacular. I docked the points off for a few reasons. One, there is really only one restaurant on the property and considering there is nothing else within a 30 minute drive, and it's a luxury property, the food is really mediocre and expensive. I suggest running to either towns to pick up your own food. In room coffee is awful and the coffee at the coffee shop (which the snotty bartender claimed was top 5 in the world) is actually not that amazing either. We are super into coffee so that was a big let down. There aren't actually too many activities on the property if you're not looking to pay for every single thing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and I saw pickleball courts but the lines were not straight and super makeshift so we didn't play. They offer wellness classes but there wasn't even a guest discount. Lastly, the curtains are blackout but they don't cover the windows all the way so you still have a decent amount of light coming through in the morning. Did we enjoy our stay? Absolutely. Would we come back? I think we both agreed once was enough. read more

Me and my husband were here for two nights during the week in November. Everyone was really nice and personable. The spa was great. Only ate at Cascada because it was the only restaurant open but every time we did the food was good, the staff friendly, a bit spendy. Are room was nice and clean. Oddly creeky, like when a house settles and makes noise, you know what I mean? Anyway kinda annoying and loud, not sure what it was exactly. I wish there would have been a little more to do, indoors, perhaps a pool table, shuffle board.. Also an espresso bar would be awesome and maybe since it's a resort, a little store that you could buy a small snacks. Overall it was lovely and I'd come back! read more

We are visiting the resort in June as the economy opens back up. It's a very well kept and stylish resort and it's miles off the main road so when you're out walking around, if feels like you a have some solitude. We booked three nights and on night 1, we barely slept. Children were running run and down the halls screaming. Parents nowhere in sight and staff leaving at 9pm. The people above us we're up by about 5 am and all we heard was stomping (back and forth and back and forth and running and more stomping). I was surprised because this place looks so sturdy and well built. We spoke with reception about our experience when we woke up on day 2 and asked to be moved if they could accommodate. She said they were pretty booked out (unlikely as there are not many guests) and that she would send the request along to a manager, we heard nothing. I fell asleep night two with a few pillows on my head trying to block the kids running and the people above us stomping and moving furniture. I then woke up about 6 the next day to the same stomping. Husband went to talk to front desk and they shrugged shoulders and told us the people were leaving today so hopefully it would quiet down and then he chuckled. Uhhh yeah, thanks for being so proactive and doing nothing... Two things: 1. We go on vacation to catch up on sleep, if you're the same avoid this resort as it's overrun with child tyrants and parents who could care less. 2. I've had better customer care at a hostel, if you expect to be treated like you're at a resort, think again. This customer service was worse than a bargain hotel. read more

Pronghorn Spa gets 3 stars. Was provided a locker with no robe or slippers in it as promised... not a huge deal, in fact there were robes in the restroom I used instead, no biggie. The wait room was subpar, typically there's calming music & comfortable chairs... not here. Here you sat and waited, not a huge deal just thought I would mention that this isn't the spa experience you'd expect when getting a spa service at a resort. I was then brought back to my cold room, where my experience started with the masseuse trying to upgrade my Swedish to deep tissue. Then I was presented with 3 incredible smelling lotions, only to be told it's $10 extra for a scented lotion, which I strongly considered but because this was so ridiculous to charge for I declined. Never have I had a massage without some sort of essential oil or nice smelling lotion for relaxation or calming ambiance. After this upgrading experience I was surprised to climb into a bed without heated blanket. Then the masseuse put (unscented) lotion on my back where I found myself frigid because cold air was blowing down on me. I didn't want to complain or say anything (which I regret now) because I thought it was a vent on the ceiling that no one had control over. I sat there cold getting my massage and got colder as more lotion would be added to my legs and elsewhere. It wasn't until the end of the massage when I opened my eyes & to my surprise there were TWO ceiling fans on above me. I would like to say this was my mistake for not saying anything but my goosebumps aren't subtle, I couldn't believe these were on the whole time. The massage came to end and no water was brought to me, I was told I could go to the front and get some, again, not a huge deal but just cherry on top on this substandard spa experience. To warm up after my massage I looked forward to using the steam room, turned on the timer, sat inside waiting for something to happen. When nothing happened I decided to just take a long hot shower & call it an end to my Pronghorn spa experience. My mother got a pedicure, by the sound of it she had similar experience as far as the upgrades go. I wasn't there & can't speak to her experience more than she didn't feel it was a spa-like pedicure between the upgrades & the nail technician couldn't get the file to work. I want to add this is no complaint against the masseuse herself she did a great job, was very friendly, she listened to my problem areas & was a great masseuse. The staff were all so friendly throughout Pronghorn, but wow the service was slow around the pool and in the restaurant. Due to covid I understand they were understaffed therefor the review rating goes to the spa only. read more

As a guest during a snowy winter mid-week trip I loved the peaceful lodge. I spent my days primarily working remote from my comfortable room or the many quiet nooks around the property. I like to remote work from as many interesting locations as possible. It's rare to find a place with more perfectly suited semi-private work areas with tables and chairs dispersed around the property than Juniper Preserve. My favorite place was the Coyote coffee and pastry shop. Anthony was amazing and absolutely made my stay! He was great to chat with, made sure I was well taken care of, and made some seriously delish iced coffee. He even called me when fresh baked pastries arrived on my second morning. All of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If you are an adventurous remote worker looking for somewhere new to work10/10 would recommend!! read more

We spent 4 delightful days here over spring break this year. There weren't many people around so it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves! It was still pretty chilly so we couldn't use the pool but we made great use of the bikes. The biking trails are well-maintained and take you all around the resort. We only ate in the restaurant once and it wasn't great. The food was uninspired and the cocktails were way too sugary. Since the townhouses are so well-stocked you really can just get your own supplies and eat all your meals in your own place. They have a great bbq and firepit in most backyards with a nice seating area. The entire space is very comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen had top of the line appliances and nearly every gadget you could possibly require. The beds were super comfy and there are tvs in each room. The proximity to Bend is great too. It's less than 20 minutes away so you can run into town when you need to. We'll get back there in the summer months. I bet it's even better then. read more

Echoing similar reviews about wedding nightmares at Pronghorn, my now husband and I strongly advise you too seek out a different - more professional - venue. At first when we decided on this venue back in 2019, we were so excited. Then not long after (even before a whisper of COVID), we started to see some issues. It seemed there was high turnover in their event planning staff. We were constantly given different contacts and had to re-explain our ideas, plans and details to several different people. Then, COVID happened. "Our biggest complaint is how little Pronghorn did to help or create solutions for us when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19. We are immensely frustrated at the lack of communication we received (only one email in 6 months) with updates or solutions. In addition to this, our staff contact with the resort changed at least 5 different times. I had to re-explain all details of our wedding to so many different people, it was like there was no organization or structure happening with anybody. When you are paying $30,000+ for a wedding, you expect elite service, and we received the opposite of this. In January of 2021 we were lied to by a staff member and told that "we were given the option to cancel" our wedding back in April 2020 due to Covid. We absolutely were NOT given this option. We were told that moving the date to 2021 was our only option. I've asked the Director of Sales & Marketing (Kori) multiple times to show me the proof of where/when we were given this option to cancel, and I have yet to receive a reply. In addition, after a year of planning, Kori had no idea I was the bride (and kept referring to the bride as my mother in emails even though we'd met in person on several planning trips). Really? Utter lack of professionalism. Also in January 2021, when risk levels were at extreme for Deschutes County and there was still no end in sight, we made the call to cancel our July 2021 wedding (originally July 2020). After making the call to cancel, only then were we told we would not be getting our deposit back. After months of emails, we have not been able to get in contact with a staff member to work with us on this or explain what is going on. When we made the decision, Pronghorn cancelled all of our guest's reservations even though some had still planned to come for a vacation regardless of the wedding. We didn't even have a chance to tell guests about the cancellation before they received their "your room reservation has been cancelled" notification. Kori also has now told me that refunds for force majeure cancellations can only be issued if the event causing the force majeure is within 30 days of the wedding date. This would mean, if the county were going to go back to extreme risk, I'd have only 30 days to tell my 150 guests that they need to cancel their flights and accommodations? We thought by making the call 6 months out we were doing the resort and our guests a favor. The "30 days" is another thing that is not written anywhere in our contract. I've asked Kori several times to show me where it says this 30 day policy, and she has not responded to my e-mails." ^^ This is from an email I sent to the Pronghorn heads of staff and their management company, Troon, on June 3, 2021. I have not received a response, and have not received a penny back of my deposit from our wedding cancelled due to COVID. All I can say is...yikes. I would not recommend booking, staying, or visiting here unless you are ok paying big bucks for 1-star customer service. read more

We booked a weekend trip for our 30 anniversary through American Express platinum card. The grounds are beautiful and everyone was very friendly when we arrived. Our room was another story. Very bare bones and they put us in a handicap room. My husband is 6'5'' and can barely fit in the shower. The front desk was not at all helpful and even after Amex called they did nothing. About an hour after we arrived another couple checked in and I heard front desk tell them they were upgraded. Hmm? I booked a cave tour on line two months ago and when we went to get details they said we booked tomorrow and they could not accommodate us tonight. I never received any email confirmation so I'm not sure if it was my mistake but seems they could have added us. We were told they already added "members" so they could not add us. This is a private member club that understandably caters to their members but they should not be open to the public if they are not going to provide a similar level of service. Other private clubs such as the Yellowstone club are very service oriented to their nonmember guests. After 13 hours of traveling, this has been a very disappointing experience. We are staying in downtown Bend next week so hopefully things will improve. I would not recommend this resort for nonmembers. read more

We stayed here for a wedding this weekend. It's quite a drive, from where we live, but I fell in love with this place. I have kids, so anytime there's a pool where they can hang out and we can relax..... I'm in love!!! They also have bikes and electric bikes or scooters to rent. The trails are great just to explore the resort. We ate at both Cascada and the Trailhead. Both were great food!! All the staff was amazing. Great customer service! Thank you!! read more

If you're considering a wedding here, don't. My fiancé and I were very excited to find Pronghorn. They had the facilities to accommodate guests in one place so we could enjoy our wedding week with our family and friends. I'd like to keep my review as succinct and fair as possible, so I'll jump right in. The positive: The venue is beautiful. We were looking forward to an island ceremony with a mountainous background and moving to the indoor/open air reception area. The hotel would accommodate all our guests, allow us to gather for days at the pool, play sports, etc. Holding one wedding per day gave us piece of mind that we wouldn't be fighting another couple for space or staff. When the pandemic hit, they were able to postpone our wedding to the summer of 2021 without penalty, which was appreciated. The negative: We had four wedding dates pulled from under our feet. Between the summers of 2020 and 2021 we would be deciding on a date, held for us, and then be told it was booked by another group. Throughout the process, we worked with seven different contacts at the venue, having to continually catch people up on our plans for the wedding date. There were consistent issues with hotel reservations; different rate quotes, wrong cards charged, reservations being moved without notice, and guests not being able to reach anyone to take a reservation. We reached our breaking point while working with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the complete lack of professionalism. Our emails went unanswered, we had to set up conference calls and reserve calendar time from our side, appointments weren't held, flippant emails were fired off without any research, among other customer service concerns. In trying to reach the General Manager, Spencer Shaub, I phoned his office seven times but was never able to get past his assistant. He had no interest in speaking with us or working out our concerns. When employees at the Director and GM level have no interest in the customer experience, we were ready to walk away. A final positive or two; Although we were put in contact with so many different coordinators at the venue, they were sweet and did their best. Additionally, Sarah Hanson (GMs Executive Assistant), was kind enough to return phone calls and attempt to get interest from the General Manager. I appreciated her work at a very difficult time. If I chose dig into the past 18 months, I could have written a multi-page negative review. In short, our experience left my fiancé exhausted by the process and dreading communication with the resort in any form. We wouldn't want anyone's experience to be ruined as ours was. I implore you to seek options elsewhere. read more

Do not even consider this as a venue for your wedding! We had to cancel due to COVID concerns--our guest count was going to be cut by almost half due to the public gathering restrictions. Not only has their "Wedding Team" not responded to our requests for a refund neither has the General Manager of the Resort. I am disappointed in their lack of professionalism and empathy. read more

An amazing resort in the beautiful central Oregon region. If you want relaxation and beauty seek no further. The restaurant is a bonus!!

10 out of 10 recommend this place was awesome! I stayed here for three nights and had a blast they had a pool and outdoor fire pit a restaurant close by and a golf course. There were multiple things to do nearby and in all it was a great vacation spot to stay. I love going on evening walks and hanging out with my friends on our personal balcony. We came this past weekend to celebrate my good friends wedding - the wedding was absolutely gorgeous and blew us away. Abby in the hotel bar was absolutely incredible! She made our experience fun and exciting and made the BEST espresso martinis. Cody at Cascada was very kind and knowledgeable. Joseph and Aaron were extremely accommodating to us. Overall a fantastic experience. We love your staff and your facilities! read more
