This Sunglass Hut is on the second floor inside the Glendale mall. When I walked in a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him I wanted to refill my len cleaning bottle and he told me it would take like 5 minutes. So I was looking at their Oakley sunglasses collection which they didn't have much. The guy who I gave my bottle to was busy helping another customer so the lady working the cashier refill my bottle for me. She filled it almost all the way up and also cleaned any over spill. I was very happy with the customer service here and will come back again if I'm in the area.

I came to the Burbank location with the original receipt, packaging, and all included items. The associate, Evelyn, told me there was an issue with the lenses and refused the return. I tried to understand the reason and resolve the situation, but the interaction became uncomfortable and security was called. I was not threatening or trying to cause a scene -- I was simply trying to complete a return and understand why it was being denied. What was most frustrating is that I went back to the Glendale Sunglass Hut, where I originally purchased them, and they accepted the return without any issues. Since both locations are Sunglass Hut, I am disappointed that the experience and handling of the situation were so different. I hope management reviews how this interaction was handled because customers should feel respected when trying to resolve an issue. Evelyn really needs to be looked at this location. To start, the store was completely empty when my party and I walked in. We received a barely audible hello, and neither employee ever got up from their chairs or even looked up to properly acknowledge us. While we were looking around, another customer came in and asked about seeing the Meta glasses. The employees remained seated and told him that demos could only be done through appointments, which is completely understandable. However, neither of them made any effort to properly explain this or assist him further, even though it was obvious he didn't fully understand why he couldn't receive a demo. Considering the store was completely empty aside from us, the lack of effort to help was frustrating to witness. Overall, I think these employees seriously need to improve their attitudes and customer service skills. This review isn't even close to showing how awful this experience felt, even considering majority of it wasn't even directed to me; it was enough to make me want to write a review. As someone who exclusively wears Ray-Bans, this experience was disappointing enough that I would never recommend this specific location to anyone.

We have our prescriptions from Kaiser, so I went online and Warby took a picture and verified it really quick. Once that was done, they took the glasses we picked out and made sure the sizing worked for us. (i do need to go back because mine came back looser than the ones I tried on at the store, but I'm sure they can fix it.) There is a 60-day policy for tri/bi-focals which is great for the one I ordered. They said it's to help people adjust to wearing those type of glasses or you can either return or get something you do like. My daughter has the normal prescription and I believe there's a 30-day policy. 9 out of 10 for me. Enjoy.
