My husband and I had a very positive experience with this company. After the recent storms we had…read morenumerous mature trees: American elm, cottonwood, mulberry, and pecan which needed a lot of trimming work. One tree had to be totally removed. Their great customer service started with a rapid response to our phone call to get someone out for an estimate. Cesar came out and walked all around our yard with us explaining exactly what he thought needed to be done. He listened to our input and gave us a written contract on the spot. He also proffered proof of liability insurance for their company before we even had to ask for it. A crew of 4 men came out a few days later (There were lots of people in need of tree trimmers after our epic rainstorms, so we knew there would be a little wait). The crew worked HARD all day long and did a great job with the trimming and especially with the clean up. Everyone on the jobsite appeared to be very safety conscious and took care with the surrounding properties of our neighbors. They finished late on Friday afternoon, and had to return the next day with a trailer to carry off the big tree trunk cuttings from the downed tree. (They wouldn't fit into the chipper). They cleaned up thoroughly, and even raked up all the little bits. They actually left the yard looking better than before they came . We both were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of everyone at EXPRESS TREE TRIMMING from start to finish!

Express Tree Trimming has yet to take accountability and even fabricated what happened with their auto insurance provider. I reached out to Mercer on Wednesday,…read moreApril 1st, and Darrell personally came out to my home in Fort Worth the very next day to take a look and provide a quote. What really stood out to me was his knowledge. He pointed out a couple of invasive trees in my yard that needed to be removed right away, which I wouldn't have caught on my own (mulberry and chinaberry trees). We walked the property together, talked through what needed trimming or cleanup, and he gave me a quote on the spot, then followed up with it by email. Once I approved everything, they came out on April 6th and got right to work. Darrell and his team were incredibly efficient. They handled everything we discussed in just over an hour, which honestly surprised me. On top of that, they even replanted a plant I wanted to keep into a large outdoor vase that had a dead plant inside of it. They cleaned up all the debris and left the yard looking fresh and well cared for. The pricing was very fair, and there were no surprises. Right before they wrapped up, I asked if they could also remove a tree that had recently damaged a retaining wall near my front porch. Darrell took care of it quickly and charged a very reasonable additional price. Payment was easy through Zelle, which made the whole process even smoother. If my yard ever gets out of hand again, I won't hesitate to call Mercer. I'm very happy with the work they did.
