As a rule of thumb we get 3 quotes on household services. Some didn't return our calls and others were just outrageously over priced. The Jungle Experts Team arrived on time and completed the job for a very reasonable price. In addition to pulling the limbs away from our house and that of our neighbors, the inside was thinned out to enable sunlight to reach the grass around the tree. We would use them again and refer them to others.

Their great customer service started with a rapid response to our phone call to get someone out for an estimate. Cesar came out and walked all around our yard with us explaining exactly what he thought needed to be done. He listened to our input and gave us a written contract on the spot. He also proffered proof of liability insurance for their company before we even had to ask for it. A crew of 4 men came out a few days later (There were lots of people in need of tree trimmers after our epic rainstorms, so we knew there would be a little wait). The crew worked HARD all day long and did a great job with the trimming and especially with the clean up. Everyone on the jobsite appeared to be very safety conscious and took care with the surrounding properties of our neighbors. They finished late on Friday afternoon, and had to return the next day with a trailer to carry off the big tree trunk cuttings from the downed tree. (They wouldn't fit into the chipper). They cleaned up thoroughly, and even raked up all the little bits. They actually left the yard looking better than before they came . All of our palm trees had died that we purchased from them (if I remember correctly, they were $3800 apiece?) My husband just talked to the company and they said they won't replace anything because I left a bad review!!!!!!!!!!! so I guess I'm being black balled literally because I left honest review!!!!! we own several businesses ourselves never would I ever even think of treating a customer in such a unprofessional and honestly resentful way. I contacted 15-20 through HomeAdvisors, NextDoor, and Yelp. I asked them all to come on one afternoon to give me estimates. 7 confirmed they would be there. Of those 7, Texas LawnTree was ABOVE and BEYOND the most affordable option. (See my nerdy Google doc screenshot.) For me, it was a no brainer to go with them. I also loved that Baldo was super responsive by text and answered all my questions. That felt more personal than many of the other companies I considered. But the best part? They were SO fast and they weren't just on time... they were early! The two-man team came around 7:40am for an 8am job and they crushed it. They were extremely efficient and organized. The neighbors actually came by afterwards to get their contact info because they were also impressed! I'm so grateful I didn't have to do the "wait around for this 4-hour window" game.
