After a few visits I'm a super fan of Junes. Two takeouts and just recently had my first eat in experience. The signage is fine, but still not visible from the road. It's in between Food Lion and Harris Teeter. Plenty of parking and even directly in front. Junes has an adorable space. Adequate space for dining in, but honestly their take out is pretty big. I was greeted upon approaching the counter and immediately taken back by the bakery case. It's modest, but everything looked scrumptious! The menu offers breakfast, or lunch. I think breakfast is all day. It's a smaller menu that packs a punch. In the past two takeouts I got the breakfast burrito which is fabulous and insanely huge! So either plan to split, or save half. After discussing with helpful staff I ordered the meatloaf sandwich and s'mores. It's kinda pricey, but I truly believe quality is work a higher price point. I settled in a booth and enjoyed complimentary tap water. The vibe is extremely chill and quiet to carry a conversation. Desert pushed pretty quickly, then food in around 15 minutes. The s'more's was pure heaven, but extremely indulgently rich. The sandwich upon striking the table emitted a wonderful aroma. The bread perfectly toasted, the sandwich was served neatly proportioned. The taste was through the roof magnificent! Best meatloaf sandwich in the 757 on my opinion. Don't skip on Junes. 5 STARS! read more

Today I had the pleasure of dining at June's Daytime, a cozy little diner that specializes in breakfast and lunch favorites. Since it was my first visit, I decided to try a few different items. I ordered the biscuits and gravy along with the latkes, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were outstanding, and the biscuit was perfectly fluffy and packed with flavor. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I also picked up an oatmeal cookie and a brown butter cookie. They were amazing and the perfect way to end the meal. Food was really good. Had the breakfast burrito with eggs sausage cheese and bacon. This burrito was huge and definitely shareable. The only minus was the amount of grease that started to accumulate at the bottom of the burrito as I ate. Otherwise it was spot on. The power bowl was delicious. I added sausage to it and it was very tasty. Especially with the arugala. It was filling and I don't think the sausage was really needed to bulk it up at all. Definitely will return. Finished with a chocolate chip cookie. That was really good! read more

The food was absolutely delicious. We were able to snag a table and meet the whole family over brunch. We never felt rushed. I got the breakfast burrito. My family got the huge cinnamon rolls, s'mores bar, chorizo biscuits and gravy, pancakes and breakfast sandwich. Everyone loved their food. I also the hot coffee bar setup. Wish there was more seating. It's first come first serve to seat at about 3 booths and 3 counter seats for all day breakfast (only until they run out) and lunch. Service was friendly, they greeted, took order with a name. I saw some orders being brought to the table while mine was called out to be picked up from counter. At least they have packets of hot sauce and mints which are by the same area to dump your used bowls and utensils (trash). I ordered the power bowl but they ran out of sweet potatoes so they offered black beans as substitute. Wish they use something equally at par with sweet potatoes like quinoa or...? The bowl was $15, portion had arugula and sautéed peppers and omelet with a melted cheese. read more

I met some friends here for lunch one day and what a cute little place. It is small inside, but has several seating options. There are a few booths, a few small tables with chairs, and then you can also sit along the wall at a bar. We were lucky and snagged the last booth. I had planned ahead and was going to order the blueberry pancakes, but when I walked in I saw s'mores bars and it was game over for me. I also got a side of bacon. The s'mores bars were so good btw. I had to eat it with a fork because it was soft, but that was perfect for me. It also had little pockets of salty goodness. I couldn't eat all of it and had to take it home. The bacon was also amazing. It was thick and real..not microwaved or anything weird. It was nice, legit bacon. Other people ordered normal food and everyone loved what they got. I also stopped back by the counter after and ordered some cookies to go. Service was so friendly. You order at the counter and then there's water and water cups with silverware and some condiments off to the side. I can't wait to come back. This small restaurant impressively keeps up with demand! Tasty, hot, and reasonably fast since all is made to order. Breakfast burrito tastes like a egg, bacon, and sausage platter in a handheld package. The sausage is memorable! The steak and egg burrito is creamy, cheesy, comforting and so good. All food is packaged to go, though you may luck out on one of the 3 booths or 5 stools if you want. Junes Daytime is phenomenal! They just opened (2026), so they're still fine tuning, but those were the best pancakes I've had in a loooong time. The latkes were incredible and so was the breakfast sandwich (thick cut bacon, jammy fried egg!). The cinnamon buns were delicious with a touch of lemon in the glaze. I felt it was enough for two meals or enough to share open faced. Small but impactful menu, with drink options, moderate pricing, a grab & go section and inside seating. Plenty of parking! I am so happy for the new owners! Cute spot with local artwork, clean, simple atmosphere and happy staff.
