They do charge for parking. $20 for deluxe and $10 for regular valet. Not sure what the difference is. But luckily there was additional free parking in the lot. The scenery was super cute. My husband made birthday dinner reservations for me. It was not all bad but I definitely feel like for what was paid, my experience could have been better. Our server Mia was great, I will say that. Her service was good and she was prompt. My issues come with the fact that I felt extremely crammed at the table we were sat at.. so small and in a corner, the automatic 19% gratuity is a little wild too. This place has a mixed review for me. I don't care to pay $20 for forced valet. The ambiance and restaurant aesthetic is very nice - I loved the decor, the seating, and of course the bathroom. My server was pleasant but we did need to ask around for him to come by a few times. The food quality needs improvement, especially for it to be priced for a steakhouse. The Thai shrimp flavor was very good - but the shrimps were so tiny. The pork belly had no seasoning/flavor other than the sweet sauce they poured on top. The steaks had a nice sear but needed salt and also lost the temp by the time it was served. I ordered the truffle butter and got it 20 minutes later, which wasn't melted nor was the steak hot to melt it. We got the "lobster" mac and cheese and the asparagus. The mac and cheese was with penne pasta, and it was awful. It was like cheese soup with some chewy lobster sprinkled on top. We were still charged for this even though the manager did replace this with the sweet potato dish. I did like the sweet potato a lot. I asked for salt and pepper for the table which I feel should not be necessary at this price point. The asparagus was boiled with the Parmesan on top - I asked for it to be seared or grilled. Our total came out to $160 each for 2 people. I wasn't happy about the value for that. Despite not loving the food, I think the manager being involved and friendly made the experience tolerable. The only thing that was horrible was the only pasta dish on the menu. It was nasty and dry and should be taken off the menu. Other than that everything was great. I think my servers name was Abigail? Something along those lines, but her service was AMAZING! She blew me away. She knew the menu well and was very eager and attentive to help and had the best attitude I've ever seen a server have. Their website states the following: Juliet recommends an upscale attire. We do not allow gym attire, provocative clothing, sleeveless shirts or tank tops. I saw, with my OWN EYEBALLS a young lady with a bra top and THONG (as in ass cheeks out thong) with sheer/see through pants on. So do with that what you will. Our reservation was for 9:15 and we were actually seated early at 9;07. It's such a cute movie theater theme! Initially I was under the impression that this was like a modern speakeasy with a Jazz feel. IT IS NOT. So keep that in mind if you were thinking about coming here for something intimate on a FRIDAY NIGHT. On FRIDAY NIGHT the vibe is similar to Kiss and Bisou. The DJ was spinning, but it wasn't at club level. I was able to hear my friends and our AMAZING WAITER, QUAN just fine. Service was great, which says a lot because they were very busy. We were accidentally server fried calamari and the manager was grateful to not charge it to us. For mains I had the shrimp risotto. I appreciated that I could opt out of the bacon since I am pescatarian. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! My friend enjoyed hers with bacon, and the birthday girl loved her pork chop with mashed potatoes. Portion sizes were surprisingly decent and since we munched on that addictive popcorn and our starters, we were able to take a box home. Went to Juliet the day before Valentine's Day. They have valet parking for $20 in the front, and $10 in the back... in a lot that is generally free during the day. My bf got a medium well steak, and it was VERY pink. We had to cook it a little longer when we got home. I got lamb chops, and we shared loaded potatoes and brussel sprouts. All were delicious! We had great waiter who was very informed and attentive. I got the lemon drop and he got a super fancy drink they lit on fire and had gold flakes. Oh! And the Thai chili shrimp was amazing! Great dinner spot! Perfect for friends gathering. Service was great and the food was excellent. The front is unassuming and then you walk into this moody vibe restaurant and don't even get me started on the bathroom. Perfect selfie wall!! Fun to see people confused about the unisex washroom. The drinks are also good! We were a group of 6 and we all were pleased with our food. The Korean tacos (3) were bite size perfection. The fried lobster and steak was must! But the black truffle gnocchi was the star of the side show!! I would return just to eat the gnocchi. The bread pudding was yummy too! Visited Juliet the other day and didn't enjoy the experience. Way better places in Houston for the $$$. The vibe and aesthetic is cool and everything but that's not enough to get me to try it again. Food was bland and pork chop over cooked. Watched my drink sit at the bar for 15 mins after it was made with no one bothering to run it to the table. Server seemed bothered that I asked to change the warm drink to something else, like I hadn't just watched her sit there, rolling silverware and talking... she was a bit more attentive to the couple beside us who did order a $325 tomahawk (kudos to them cause I know it probably wasn't worth the money). Lastly there was a rowdy table at the end of the row that literally would not stop screaming they were all so drunk. The staff didn't do anything but everyone was clearly irritated, so my friend brought it to the managers attention. The couple beside us took their $325 steak half finished and left because the atmosphere was "too ghetto". The manager helped moved the other tables and says he will back to check on us, but of course doesn't come back to us (the ones who called out the issue). Guessing he thought he resolved everything because he went to go kick out the rowdy group instead which he should have done from the start... We paid $10 to park, saw some people say $20, not sure if they dropped the price on that at least. Just overall not a great experience. One star for the vibe and concept. I went here on February 16. So a couple of days after Valentine's Day, we had to wait 45 min past our scheduled reservation to be seated but I think if we didn't come so close to the holiday the wait wouldn't have been so long. The waiting room is small but the movie theatre theme in it is super cute. The popcorn machine even works! The price and menu set up resembles a fine dining experience. But the actual vibe in the restaurant feels more like a bar. It's fairly small and open. People are loud and so was the music. There is a complimentary photo booth and there are several high top tables. So I felt like we were paid for a fine dining sit down experience but actually got a bar vibe. Food is amazing! That's really what's carried this place for me!! My drink was also pretty cute and tasty. It didn't taste like there was much alcohol in it but it was fine for me. read more

I took off a star because the music was SUPER loud and me and my friend were quite irritated that we couldn't hear each other so If you're looking for chill and quiet Juliet is NOT the place for that!Noise level aside I had a great time! The aesthetic is beautiful! I also think it's cool that it looks like a movie theater! Our server was cool , he thought I was hilarious. The drinks were cool , I had a sangria and my friend had a lemon drop but the star is the food FOR SURE!! We went for restaurant week and the food was impeccable! A new speakeasy( well sort of) in the Houston area. The latest of flashy restaurants/bars opening to fulfill our desire to show off on social media. The front of the restaurant is disguised as a classic cinema. Though I wouldn't call it a true speakeasy as it has an obvious valet in front(it costs 20) When you enter it still keeps up with the cinema theme with a snack bar and the smell of popcorn in the air. Didn't really see if you could buy candy or not. Once you go past the next set of door the environment changes to that of a nice restaurant. Now my lady and I ordered some steak and some ribs along with their truffle fries. I will say their main course dishes aren't that large so I do recommend getting an appetizer. Their drinks are pretty good. A lot of them are more flashy than anything so I didn't really have any favorites from there. Service overall was pretty good and we got tended to. My main complaint though was the cost. For the amount you pay for you can go to better restaurants or bars for better food or drink. It seems more your paying for the experience rather than anything (which is good for one try). I personally don't see myself coming back but hey this may be your new favorite spot. read more
