This place is very close and had good reviews so we had to try it. First there is easy parking nearby. The place is very discreet and the inside is very classic dinner, nothing fancy but it appears clean. We were greeted promptly by friendly staff and sat almost immediately on a weekend. Service was fast, staff were attentive and nice. The food... Large portions, but very good food and very fair prices. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with soup. My gf ordered a broccoli cheddar omelette. She rated the omelette as a 3/5 "ok" but stating she doesn't know how to make it more amazing so her rating is not counted. Lol My rating would be 3/5 for food. Huge portions and great food but the wrap is missing something to make it less saucy, the lettuce was find but it added to it falling apart. Either way it was amazing. The downside were the fries. Nothing special, maybe from a bag. Food and portions overall would be 4/5. Service 5/5.

She took our order quickly, but we waited quite some time to get our drinks and food. Our drinks came at the same time as the food, so we sat there for quite a while without even water at the table. I also found it odd that the water cups were styrofoam...just a bit inconsistent. Also not all the members of the group enjoyed their food. One of the plates was completely cold. Not sure I would go back.

Plentiful tables amidst a welcoming, comfortable decor. Bathrooms are clean, fresh & well maintained-always a good sign. I truly give honest reviews, so allow me to share that this time only, the pork chops were a little overly done, but still delicious and juicy on the inside. My nephew recommended we come to Tony's, and I could not thank him enough as we sat there eating great food served by such a friendly staff. Every person we spoke to was Chicago friendly, which is perfect in my books. Orders came to the table quickly, correct, piping hot and delicious! My niece got the Mickey Mouse pancakes and sausage, a family classic, which were fluffy and delicious. HUGE pancakes and crispy sausage links! My sister got the breaded pork tenderloin and loved every bit! The broccoli soup was plain and needed a little excitement, but the pork itself was crispy and well cooked! HUGE portion! WOW! My nephew for the lumberjack platter which was a TON of food. A TON. WILD. Just HUGE serving! The French toast was special; it almost tastes like a cinnamon roll cake. Nice and crispy rounds and soft in the middle. A nice ham steak, bacon, sausage, eggs, and joy. He didn't finish the entire plate but enjoyed every single bite! I got the vegetarian skillet with bacon - I know, I know. It was a long night before this meal, and I needed salt and bacon but wanted all the veggies. What a TREAT! The hash browns were crispy and delicious, not greasy at all which I loved and appreciated, and TONS of veggies. I couldn't finish the entire skillet, but also I happily finished it about 2H later. I just love how I didn't feel heavy after the meal - too full or bogged down by grease. Every single bite was delicious, and I legit cannot wait to go back. The restaurant was busy but had plenty of seating. There were some ants under the table, but they quickly took care of them, and TBH, if I was an ant I'd be in that restaurant too finding food joy. No judgement. Restaurant was clean and service was great! I will happily come back any time, any day, to Tony's. Great people, great food, huge portions, and a great experience. Stop on by!
