We had to show her the policy on the website and then she proceeded to say we couldn't return it because the box is open and there's no way to tell if the packaging is all there. Well how else do you check out a product without opening the box. We called corporate and they apologized on her behalf. It is very disappointing nonetheless that there are people out there who will shamelessly treat customers this way. We're OK with new staffs who just apologies for not knowing how to do something. What we're not OK with is someone who makes up excuses to deliberately make life harder for you.

I was waiting for someone to answer the phone for about 2 minutes. Once an associate answered, I asked if there were any updates on a pick up order because the app had not updated (mind you I placed the order early this way it would hopefully be ready early). When the associate responded in a snarky tone that she "wouldn't know anything about that because I have quite a few orders". I responded with "okay" and hung up the phone. I've been in the retail business, I get how busy it gets, how demanding customers can be. That being said, that is not how you treat customers. It's a small store with a handful of employees and I'm completely understanding of that. But to go through that and then receive an email stating my order was ready is an example of poor customer service. There were so many orders but I'm assuming she saw the phone number I called from and was able to locate the order within minutes. I get it. It's a busy time. But you should still treat customers either way respect.

When I raised concerns about the service and pricing, Luis called me a liar instead of addressing them professionally. He also told me this was his "best performer" and that his other performers were female, which I found inappropriate and irrelevant. Overall, the service did not match what was promised, the pricing appeared inconsistent, and my concerns were handled very unprofessionally. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
