    Fried oysters with Cajun fries
    Ari K.

I've driven by this place 200 times before I managed to finally step in the door. The interior was very clean and the staff was friendly. I wasn't in the mood for a seafood bag and didn't wanna get messy, so proceeded with the fried oysters basket. It was a risky choice, but the oysters were very tasty. Fries were seasoned well. Everyone else at the table got the seafood bags and were raving about them. I'll have to be prepared to get messy next time.

The food and service were great. My kids and I stopped here for dinner. It was about $102, including tip. I don't eat meat, so I had veggies. The restaurant was clean. I enjoyed the decor. Our food was hot and fresh. I didn't care for the mozzarella sticks, but the other food and service still made a great score.

    Black and Red combo

There are a lot of these type of places popping up. I didn't really have the desire to try one, but decided to give it a shot when a friend told me it was worth it and one popped up close to me. It's usually pretty busy on the weekends, so I opted to go in a random Tuesday. It was pretty dead inside. We were sat right away and our server was super friendly. They have a decent bar selection with a menu of cocktails. They have a few draft beers too. We opted for the Black and Res combo which was crab legs, lobster, shrimp, and mussels. The combo came with corn on the cob and potatoes. We opted to try it "juicy style" with medium heat. Our foot was ready in mere minutes (which was a little odd). We were given a bucket for shells. Gloves, napkins, bibs, wet wipes, scissors, and crackers. Everything was really really good. At one point the sever asked if we needed a box and we politely declined as we knew we were pounding everything in the pan. If you are looking for a good seafood boil in a landlocked state, this is the place!

This used to be a Bob Evans and you can tell from the outside, but they did a great job updating the interior. I liked the dark, relaxing atmosphere inside. I've never eaten at a seafood boil before, so I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the shrimp with heads off, corn, and potatoes. It all came out super quick, (almost too quick, like it was already ready somehow) in a puffed up steaming bag. Then, you kind of just dig in. Everything tasted good. I had asked what seasonings were best and they recommended a blend of all 3 (the Juicy Special.) I knocked off one star because I believe they overcharged me for the potatoes that I thought came with the meal.

We were looking for lunch in the Sunnyside Road area which was not the usual spot. We did not want to wait a long time to get food and was unsure if Juicy Seafood had a lunch special and could serve up good food quick which was our 2 requirements on this day. Juicy Seafood used to be a Bob Evans restaurant. Slated to open December 2021, they finally opened January 2022. I remember driving pass when it was closing and figured that it would not become another restaurant anytime soon since the Pendleton Pike area seemed to be growing slowly. When I saw the banner for Juicy Seafood, I thought that it was a smart move since the there was no other seafood boil restaurant in the area for it to compete with. This was my first visit to any Juicy Seafood. I was surprised at how different the resturant looked from when it was a Bob Evans. After being greeted by the hostess, we asked if we could sit in the bar area for speed service. There are about 3 booth areas in the bar area and the bar area has a 5-6 bar seats. A full service bar with a few signature cocktails are featured. John was a bartender/server was very quick at taking our order and bring it to us. The ladies' restroom was out of soap and the young lady at the front desk promptly made sure it was taken care of. Because I as delayed ordering my food, I would say that it is a good place for lunch because we were out in less than 1 hour still. I ordered a friend shrimp basket with 6 shrimp with waffle sweet potato fries and my SO ordered the fried catfish basket with cajun seasoned fries. At less than $10 for lunch, it's a deal. To top off the lunch I ordered the long island ice tea that John told me was on special for the day. For my 1st time ever visiting a Juicy Seafood, I definitely would visit again especially for lunch because of the specials and quick service.

Today, I'm in the Fishers District location. Yesterday I met a friend at Carmel Market District location. It was lunchtime and they attract shoppers looking for a snack. Their other customers are connected with IU Hospital Carmel. It's table service after you order at the counter with a self-service beverage. Fishers District is more of an open-air restaurant concept. The front window opens. There are patio tables, so you can see and be seen. (Very Fishers District--outdoor seating is "de rigueur" at Fishers District eateries.) I tried a cup of the clam chowder with my fish tacos--it was creamy and delicious! I highly recommend the establishment and both locations.

Visited on New Years Day and they weren't busy at all. We were greeted and seated promptly Our server was wonderful. He gave recommendations and was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. They have a bar and beers on tap However we opted for Coke Zero today App- lobster crab dip was creamy and had lots of meat in it. Seasoned perfectly. The homemade chips are crunchy like a kettle chip and dusted with old bay seasoning. Portion was large enough for 2-3 people Clobster grilled cheese- filled with lots of lobster and crab very cheesy and toasted perfectly. Fries are fresh natural cut and dusted with old bay. I would have preferred them to have been cooked a little longer however that is just a personal preference. Surf and turf burger- burger lacked salt but that yet again could be a personal preference other than that it was really good. Lots of lobster meat on top. The tomatoes were fresh. The caramelized onions were a perfect addition. This is a large portion item. The decor is so cute and authentically pleasing. Overall amazing experience and will be back. Also if you have the toast app be sure to put your phone number in as I earned 8$ to use on a future purchase.

So I'm definitely not a sushi expert, but Tiburon had some of the best seafood I've ever had. Our waitress Moira was fantastic, and she was being assisted by Steve, who was brand new and absolutely amazing. I'll definitely ask to sit in Steve's section whenever I go back. The service overall was excellent. They recommended the Sweet Caroline roll for someone newer to sushi, and it was SO good. I completely understand why it's one of their most popular rolls. I got the halibut fish and chips, which were good, but after trying my friend's mahi over mashed potatoes, I immediately knew that's what I should've ordered because it was incredible. There was also a small issue with my friend's dish, and the manager Megan handled it immediately and brought us espresso martinis, which was such a nice touch. Also, get the Raspberry Kush cocktail. So good. Already can't wait to go back. Definitely going to be one of my summer spots.

Their milk teas are made with a non-dairy creamer while their lattes are made with whole milk. I recently tried the Cherry Blossom Milk Tea (50% sugar) and it was delicious, too. Also, if you opt to dine in rather than takeout, they offer fresh baked desserts and breads. It took some time for us all to order and start getting our drinks. However, the food started coming out pretty quickly. The plant power comes with a generous amount of corn, boiled potatoes, and broccoli. The boiled eggs were overcooked, though, and they were too hot to eat for awhile, though. They burned my fingers! I loved the decor, very fitting for a seafood spot. And when we were sat we received a bucket with all the tools needed to get into the meal: wipes, gloves, bibs, plates, forks, scissors. Our drink menu was well loved, and hard to read. I opted for the flying tiger drink, and the server laughed a little and walked if that's what I wanted. I was a bit confused, but let me tell you it's delicious but STRONG. We started off with Mozerella sticks and Cajun fries. The Mozerella sticks were served with marinara, and were good but nothing special. The fries came with tartar sauce, and were some of the best fries I've had! As for the reason we came, the seafood boil. I got the Plant Power (potato, corn, broccoli) and added boiled eggs. I got it "juicy style" which is all of the seasonings, and chose medium for my spice level. Everything was great, the eggs were over cooked a bit, but good nonetheless. My spouse got the Mr Captain (Snow crab, sausage, shrimp, potato, corn, egg) with the same spice & level. He was not pleased with the shrimp overall, and could have done without it overall. I tried some of the crab, and can confidently say it was the best thing we ordered and I am a huge fan of crab now! The crab wasn't as meat-y as we hoped and overall it was a lot of work to crack open for such a small amount of meat. Since we are new to the seafood scene, I'm not sure if it's normal to have that little of meat in snow crab. Overall, we will be coming again to try more things. The must haves for us would be crab (duh!) and those Cajun fries!
