Walked in a half hour before they were scheduled to close and was told they could not take my order because they were closing soon. The cashier took great pride in turning me away and made sure tell me in a very condescending tone to have a great day when I told him I was here before they closed and asked why I wasn't getting service. This place have very rude employees no customer service whatsoever. They got my order incorrect and even though I corrected them with my order they didn't apologize. My significant other and I love the Juice It Up! chain. Usually. The Strawberry Wave we ordered tasted nothing like strawberry and instead was more of just a banana-flavored water. The biggest issue we had, however, was how long it took for us to get our pretzel... And when we had, it was hard as a rock with barely any salt! It was like they had forgotten it in the oven. The only reason this is a 3-star review and not a 2-star is because we hear it is newly opened. So, hopefully, service improves in the future. read more

Went to this location, got an acai bowl, which I get often. They litterally put a small piece of banana and one small strawberry and the cup wasn't even full. For $9.99 they shouldn't be so skimpy. I do have to say that the staff was very nice though. read more

Customer service is amazing here. We went here last night almost at closing time and the gentleman at the counter was a doll. We got a pina colada and a summer mango with tajin. The pina colada was super tasty and refreshing. I thought it was going to be really sweet but it wasn't, perfect for someone like me who's trying to watch their weight. The summer mango however was not good. It tastes like emergen-C medicine. I don't recommend that one at all. We we're disappointed but knew they were closing so just let it be. We would still come back here and give other flavors a try though. read more

I walked in to purchase a gift card this last time and there were so many customers I lost count. No seats left, others hugging the walls and a few decided to wait outside. I used to work for Juice it up in SB and honestly the rialto location is so much better. The staff has been great(keep it up girls) my bowls are what I expected and more. I am a fan of juice it up and all its products. I have also been a loyal customer but this is one of the worst Juice It Ups I have been to. The service is extremely slow and unwelcoming. Over the many times I have been to this location the workers have continued to display this behavior. I would understand if they were busy and trying to fulfill orders but every time I go there is a little amount of customers and their pace and attitude is very slow. I love Juice It Up! but this particular place gave me the worst experience. Mayra, who both took my order and made my juice, took 23 minutes to make it with only 2 guests ahead of me. I ordered a large raw juice and she was nice in the beginning but she moves so slowly. She put my juice to blend twice and both times she let it sit there and it didn't even blend. Finally she began to pay attention and actually blended it. Afterwards she put it in a medium cup when I ordered a large and she then had to dump it back and add more fillers. When she did she didn't even fill up my large cup. She swirled the cup around so the green would cover the empty space as though I wouldn't notice. I might as well have paid for a medium and not a large. Finally when she handed it over she had the ugliest attitude. I go to juice it up at least 3 times a week. Im always told how much I have on my juice it up card and than told that my next one will be free with my card. This time that didnt happen. I noticed my price didnt drop so I asked id she took my rewards off but as I was doing ao she swipped my debit card. She said no I have to ask to use it. If I knew I would have gotten different service than every other place ive ever been too than I wouldnt have order a food item and got a large smoothie and a whatever type of attitude. And her response was with a blank face. She didnt offer to reverse my transaction or void it.Not to mention my pretzel is cold.
