At 10:17, the order was not here, and the only option the app gave to seek help was contact the store. So after being directed to the store by phone after clicking the link from their app, I was directed to the store. This is where it all went south. I asked where my delivery order was, and the associate told me that they don't deliver. I explained the Jamba Juice app has the delivery option and nothing denied the order, and she doubled down that it does not and my order was in the store ready for pick up. I asked why the app said it's on its way and has an estimated delivery time. The associate tried to tell me it was the pick up time. I asked why did I get charged a delivery fee and tip if it was for pick up, she explained it was a service fee and they didn't receive any tip. I asked then why Jamba Juice would charge $6,99 service fee for orders online, she had no answer. The associate asked for my name and asked if I had the right location. I explained I used the app to call and the phone link was connected to my order. At this point, I was mad at the blame shifting and denial of responsibility. I asked to refund my order because this is ridiculous. She told me that she could write my name down and I might get it refunded in 1-2 weeks. I said ok and I would also like the number to customer service because it's ridiculous to have a delivery option that the company doesn't do. She said ok, and then hung up on me. At this point I was pissed and got ready to head down to the location. As I stepped out my front door, the driver was there delivering my items. Well, 2 out 4. I ordered empanadas and they gave me mozzarella bites. So after all this, I was given the run around by someone who clearly doesn't know customer service and needs to be educated on not only how to do their job but how to handle customer inquiries. So if the person in charge of this store sees this and would like to review their call log or find out who it was that I talked to, this happened 4/22/26 @10:17a. This associate cost you my households business, and I can imagine more will follow.

Unfortunately, it seems that they just don't make a true effort to implement custom service as a priority. I placed my order online, which is a convenient way of ordering. Being 10 minutes away would place me at arriving with the order being complete upon arrival. When I did arrive, I was not greeted. Then, after the cashier stopped talking to the girl from the grocery store, he asked what I'd like to order. Clearly, he had never seen the receipt that was printed at the register he was standing at. Once I let him know it was an online order, he pulled the receipt from the register and said, "Oh, I'll get that out soon." Then, he proceeded with his conversation as he handed off the ticket to the guy behind him. The guy behind, unaware of any online order, grabbed it and made it within 5 minutes. No apologies from anyone for the delay or minor inconvenience. Nonetheless, I would not recommend nor would I come back.
