I went in to juice it up for my lunch, which is 30 minutes. Everything went fine until I look at my clock and realize 25 minutes have passed and I still didn't get my smoothie. To top it off, there were 4 people that came in after me and they all got their smoothies before me. I was fuming and when I get mad I just shut down because I'm not nice. So I didn't complain at the time, and plus, I had to rush back to work because my lunch was over by the time I got my smoothie. Anyway, I feel they need a better system down when there are only two workers. its not ok to wait that long for a smoothie and they didn't even say sorry for the wait or acknowledge that they gave four others their orders before me. read more

This is the worst Juice ItUp I have ever been to. And it must be regular practice to be horrible and have to give refunds. I placed my order at about 2:25. There was a little rush and three people were waiting. We waited and waited and they looked busy like they were getting going on making them. Another woman walked in the door 10 minutes into my wait and she walked straight up to the counter and got her order immediately taken Haley then turned around and made her order and give it directly to the woman a green something. So this woman cut in line in front of all the other people who are waiting and she wasn't even a regular customer they even gave her a card at the time. I don't know about you but I don't have time to wait and not have my order be worked on. I have never seen anything so rude and when I called themon it and said that was rude not a single person in the store bothered to apologize. read more

This place has the lowest possible standards when it comes to cleanliness and friendliness! I was appalled at the attitude I received when my daughter and I came in (on Mother's Day no less), ordered our smoothies, then had to wait at sticky and disgusting tables. Then after a while we looked over and noticed our smoothies on the counter. I asked Bianca (who was seated in the storeroom with the other employee), "are these ours?" And she said, "I called them out like 5 times!" I said, "I'm so sorry to bother you on your break!" She said, "my job is to make smoothies. I'm not on a break. I'm working. I made your smoothies." I pointed out her unwarranted nastiness and that the restaurant was sticky and the floor was disgusting. She said, "it's fine!" I walked out to avoid further confrontation. It's hard to believe the employees here have ever received any training whatsoever on customer service, conflict resolution or hygiene. Absolutely disgusting and hurtful, Juice it Up! What on earth ARE you teaching your staff?! To sit in that useless room only to sigh and roll their eyes when it's time to actually stand and work?! Are the working conditions here so exhausting that cleanliness and friendliness must be overlooked so as not to exhaust your staff? read more

Juice It Up! - Trash all over the floor while the employees sat in their back room and proudly announced, "my job is to make smoothies!" - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Beaumont, California

No offense lmao, but the service is trash. This older white lady took my order and made my drink and she didn't even wash her hands after taking my order. Im not sure if she was training an employee, but you could tell none of the other workers wanted to be there. read more

Bianca is the best! Great customer service. Always gets my drinks right. Love love love!

Bianca makes the best smoothies at this location . very nice , kind , very respectful she is the best. When i see her at juice it up i know the drinks are going be made the best . thanks Bianca read more

I came here after the gym with a group of friends, the customer service is great here, the employee's really helped me out with picking and choosing a drink, I ended up choosing the zone and it is now my favorite drink at juice it up. Although the store was pretty busy I was able to get my drink in under 3 minutes. I would go back any day after a workout read more

First of all, this is the worst juice it up place ever. I am writing in behalf of my mom and fiancée.. they were waiting in line when no one else is inside while some dark haired Asian chick just kept on working .. never acknowledged us in any way.. 5 mins passed and still standing there.. she's still not acknowledging us.. mind you we were in the front cashier area waiting for her... 5 mins passed she started taking to her coworker messing around.. still no acknowledgement.. almost 10 mins there were already people behind me and we started to leave and as soon as we turned around she decided to help them white guy behind me.. it just blows my mind that we didn't get any help?? Why because we're Asian too?? read more

Immediately greeted as I walked in. Great and fast service. My immunizer drink and bowl were delicious read more

Stopped here on our way to Palm Springs from San Diego. My boyfriend and I got "The Zone" & "Dragon Fruit sunset" both really good smoothies. The worker was friendly as well. Would go back ! read more

Everything here is delicious but the customer service is severely lacking. The girl who helped me at the register seemed like she didn't want to be there at all and barely looked at me the entire transaction. She then went to make my juice and when she was finished I said thank you and got a quiet "mhmm" back. I've had multiple experiences like this one and just wish management would do something about it. If I'm spending $10 on a juice I would like to be greeted with great customer service. read more

Bianca is my favorite! She's knowledgeable and always has good tips to customize drinks! She's so awesome! Will definitely be back, just for her! read more

I never complain but tonight at 8:14pm. I order a açaí bowl and the cashier girl said they closed there machine to make the juice bowl. After insisting that I'm going to call cooperate office they decided to make the juice bowl. Very unorganized staff that messed up the order anyway. They were rushing checking on their cellphone while making the order. Cashier handle cash and not washing her hand before starting the order. This repeatedly happens and I had to speak it up. read more

Great smoothies my favorites are the California cooler , Pina colada , and Lava flow . The only thing is like others have mentioned is that this location can improve on customer service . The employees working here seem to be just hanging out each time I purchase a smoothie . One time I was waiting on my smoothie and the group of employees where talking about some gossip and the looked up saw me and asked if I needed help . One of the other employees stated that I had been helped steady and they then just chuckled . Very unprofessional . Management should try to reprehend these issues . read more

I've been to this location several times and generally enjoy the smoothies. Today, I wasn't happy. I always get The Zone. Ordered two large for me and a friend. My car was parked out by Best Buy. I drank some of it on the way to my car, unfortunately it was bland. Had very little peanut butter and icy, kinda watered down. I drove back there to request another. I had drank about 1/4 of it. Because of this, they downsized my cups. Seriously, this was annoying that any business would practice this during this time. She screwed up my drink and made me pay for it. Sadly, I'm never coming back here again. I spent $18 on this and she's playing this size game. I had $150 in my wallet. If I wanted additional, I would have just bought another. Money wasn't the issue. I ended up with less in the new cups than I had leftover in the large old cups. read more

I love Juice it Up but unfortunately Beaumont lacks in customer service. Bella seemed to disinterested in taking my order. Every time I spoke, she looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. She kept saying what and I know I speak clear, proper English. read more

I just recently found this place and am obsessed with their açaí bowls. I want to give a shout out to one of their associates, Reyland (not sure of spelling). She is efficient, quick, remains calm under pressure and can multi task. Only one in the store this morning and able to juggle many customers. I will definitely be coming back read more

Most definitely my favorite Juice it up to go to. My smoothies are always the bomb. The girls are always keeping the place clean. I like when I come in this place it's always fresh and cool. I am always greeted as soon as I step through the door. The service is great and the smoothies are the bomb like I said. Thanks Beaumont Juice it up read more

I love their acai smoothie! It doesn't separate at all! Reasonably priced Been here more than 5x and never disappoint!

My gf and I were trying to find a smoothie place. Looked on yelp and this juice it up said it closed at 10 pm. We drove 30 minutes and made it at 9:45. Perfect timing. But we learned that they closed at 9 pm. What a waste of time. read more

I did a mobile order, and I was sadly disappointed. I thought they would prioritize my order because we put we were in a hurry, but they took a nice 45 minutes to make 1 drink. There were about 5 people in there and they all looked like they had been waiting for a while. I don't want to be inconsiderate about how hard, or long it takes to make a smoothie but it took forever. They also didn't have any of the stuff I ordered, so I had to get something completely different after waiting 30 minutes for my drink. On the flip side the raspberry drink was delicious! :) read more

I've been coming here since they've opened, this juice place I've tried. the bowls are amazing and the fruit is always fresh! the staff is amazing! read more

Too bad this is the only juice place in the area or else I'd go somewhere else just to save myself from the horrible customer service, the girls that work there seriously just look angry to be there and annoyed to ask you for your order. They forget the boosts you pay for and have forgotten my order many times and left me waiting 25 minutes for my order they forgot and questioned me like I had no business waiting there, more specifically I get this rude brunette every time and she wont even make eye contact or any effort to act like she cares about what she's doing she looks pissed off to be there and talks to customers like they're bothering here doing her while she's off in lala land in her head. Try smiling girl I watched you ruin 3 customers moods just because they had to talk to you. read more

Stopped here on my way to LA. Excellent service, the bowl was delicious and I would definitely come again.

Was passing by from Palm Springs to San Diego, was craving a fresh green juice... this place was fast and convenient!!! Good service

Bowl's have gotten smaller and smaller. I've been going a couple of time a week hoping it'll get better. Ordered the Açaí Berry bowl, got home and the granola and honey wasn't on there as requested, second time the fruit wasn't on there...I assumed it was under the granola, this last time there was no fruit!!! GEESH!! Get it together!! $8 for a bowl, I should get what I ask for. read more

Never disappoints. Very fresh and refreshing, I love their shakes , nice and thick and filling, quick service and nice staff as well.

So excited they have ginger shots now on addition to wheat grass! Saves me time and money from getting my juicer dirty at home

I came here the other day expecting a nice cold smoothie, the worker at the time was Kaylee and Maddie and they didn't disappoint!! One of the best Juice It Ups I've ever been too! They made sure to sanitize and take the proper precautions for this pandemic! The smoothie was PERFECT! read more

My 1st trip to this store!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I ordered 2 small smoothies. Not knowing the sizes, I requested to change my size from small to medium. I asked the cashier what the price difference would be, right after ordering & before she began making the drinks. She said not to worry about it, that she would make the drinks medium. I waited and received small drinks. When I asked the cashier about the drinks she said that she forgot to tell the lady who was making the drinks. I went to the restroom, when I returned, I asked about the drinks and the other lady-possibly the manager said she was not giving out free drinks. I then explained to her that her cashier assured me that I would receive medium drinks & I WAS GOING TO PAY. The cashier agreed that she had said that but now I would have to pay for the drinks. The customer service I received at this point was just terrible!! I had been waiting for almost 15 minutes & furious that the cashier had wasted my time. The "manager" was VERY RUDE & insinuating that I was trying to get free stuff. She was also saying stuff to me as she was going to the back of the store & there were other customers in the store . I felt this was very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had to leave for an appointment, so I took the small drinks. I will not be going back to that store, there was one person ahead of me, the staff was very slow & my smoothies were very liquidly. read more

Had the best smoothie tonight! My daughter and I went for some smoothies as we were waiting for our wings next door. Although it was pretty late (closer to closing time) the girls greeted us with sincere hellos and smiles. I went there a few weeks prior and ordered a small drink that was advertised. I was so pleased with it that I got it in large and my daughter one as well. Turns out it was it was the same girls (Lexi and Myah) that helped me out last time. They had such good customer service that even my 6 year old said how nice they were when we walked out. It's a bonus that my berry bliss was amazing! read more

I'm embarrassed to say this is my first time here at juice it up. I've been complaining I wanted a place where I could get fresh wheatgrass juice and health drinks. Today my dream came true and I was very impressed with the selection of drinks and they actually had fresh wheat grass juice. My friend and I enjoyed our drinks and we will be coming back. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would Like to see one or two more tables with chairs for people who want to drink there but it's not really important. With all the fast food places all around it why not make it a habit to visit at least once a week to support the only truly health conscious location in that strip center? read more

Juice It Up! - Have to get my daily ultimate acai smoothie with kale and spinach. Everyone is so nice here!! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Beaumont, California

Great customer service; very accommodating; kind and energetic staff with excellent attitudes and efficiency

I have frequented Juice It Up in Beaumont at least once a week since the first week it opened and have always had friendly, prompt service and quality Acai bowls. Tonight I went in and they were busier than I've ever seen. There were at least a family, a group of three friends and a woman in front of me. Altogether the two women working for Juice It Up made close to 10 smoothies in a matter of minutes. They were clearly busy and yet still just as fast as any other time I've visited but I wasn't as impressed with their urgency as I was with their friendliness under stress. Most people working in a job like this can make their products quickly to accommodate the unexpected crowds but few can have this level of productivity and still maintain a friendly, enjoyable experience for their customers. Awesome job ladies! read more

Probably my fave Juice It Up location other than in Riverside California. They're always nice and I never have anything to complain about when it comes to what I ordered. It's my go-to place. Would definitely try it out if you haven't. read more

This location specifically cannot make the Zone correctly, this is very disappointing, today I ordered one again Hoping for it to come out correctly, when it didn't, I asked the girl to fix it, she added one small scoop of peanut butter, it still wasn't correct, I politely asked for my money back, I'm tired of going In and Hoping that this particular smoothie will be made the way other juice it ups make theirs. The employee went to the back and got a manager, the manager came out and asked me what was wrong it told her that it didn't taste like peanut butter it just tasted like banana and she scowled at me and said "well it is a banana smoothie so.." and I said "it usually tastes more like peanut butter, I'm not here to complain, I just want a refund." And she said "I was just asking a question." I told her that her telling me it was a banana smoothie wasn't a question and that instead of being rude she should give the customer their money back so we could all go on with our day.. she then asked me if I paid with an app, and she said she couldn't even find my order, which is weird because the other employee rang me up and I got an email with my receipt, then she told me she would have to give me a gift card, I said that was fine, then she said she didn't have any gift cards, and magically she found my order and returned my money to my card. I'm very disappointed with the fact that I'll have to drive to Redlands to get my smoothie for now on and that your employee felt it was appropriate to treat a customer like this especially while she was training a new employee. read more
