A friend invited me to come to a 90 minute Bikram method of Yoga, otherwise known as Hot Yoga. Eric was the instructor and he was great. I really liked his style and how he encouraged all levels throughout the practice. As my first time practicing this method, Eric also took the time to give me a little introduction before class and made me feel very welcome. The room itself is big, with mirrors and dim lighting. I loved the lavender cold towel and cold pack offered to us towards the end of the class. A great way to see if this place is for you is by trying their Local New Student Intro Special for $20. I just moved back to Reno and was so excited to try Juice Box Yoga again--I used to go all the time in college. I found a free 6:30pm class on the Mindbody app, signed up, and even invited my friends to join. I got there early at 6:15 PM, like it said to do for check-in, but the door was locked, and there was a sticky note saying, "Door will be open at 6:32pm." Weird, since the class was supposed to start at 6:30pm, but I decided to wait thinking that they're probably understaffed for the night or something. By 6:35pm, I saw people leaving the studio, and I figured the class must've been running behind. I was excited to finally head in, but when I gave my name to check in, the instructor told me I wasn't in their system. I explained that I signed up for a free class through Mindbody, and she goes, "We're not on Mindbody. You're an hour early, our next class isn't until 7:30pm, and you owe us $20." At this point, I'm confused, so I showed her the screenshot from the app that clearly listed their address and the 6:30pm class. Instead of apologizing, she brushed me off and said, "You're probably looking at the wrong location." That was super frustrating, especially since I had proof they were listed on the app with that address. I had driven 20 minutes each way, prepared for class, only to find out they're mistakenly on the app. To add to the frustration, I checked again today, and they're still on the app. I get that mistakes happen, but a simple, "I'm so sorry for the mix-up," would've gone a long way. Instead, I felt dismissed, unwelcomed, and undervalued. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that Juice Box Yoga won't be the studio for me. read more

Juice Box Yoga is my go-to for hot Pilates! The instructors are amazing, the energy is always uplifting, and the playlists make the burn way more fun. Everyone there--from the staff to the people working out--brings such a positive, supportive vibe. And that ice-cold lavender towel at the end? Pure heaven. Not accommodating to new clients. Not very helpful I was excited to try this place but disappointed when I got there.

I attended a beautiful Bikram Yoga class at the Sierra Rose location, and I managed to get my hubby to agree to join me as our day date last Monday. It was our first time at this location, but we're so happy we spent our morning here. We definitely felt more Zen afterward, and it was hubby's first actual yoga class and only a success because of our instructor and Juicebox yoga staff. The staff is phenomenal and super helpful! The Juicebox Yoga facilities are kept so clean, and I love having the option to shower in a clean restroom after the best sweat in one of the heated classes. read more

MEN BEWARE!! So I have decided to share my experience it's alittle late but better late than never. I fell in love with these studios. Their power Venyassa class is the best flow that you can fallow along with in town and combined with the hot room it is an incredible experience. So I became a full time member at all the locations ( the most expensive package). I was doing the palates classes and the yoga. On a Friday about a year ago now I went to my favorite class at the Robb drive location from 1215-130 and afterwords iam getting my clothes back on in the locker room and a man from the shower calls out to me "hey" I turn to look he has the shower curtain pulled back and his penis is exposed " you're cute" I immediately advert my eyes and say " oh god" in shock I gather all my things and flee. I get to my car and calm down and leave. I should have made a report to JBY or maybe even the police. But I have never experienced something like this i didnt know what to do. So i left. Well the next Friday rolls around and as I said this is my favorte class so I go. Deciding pre that if he is there I am going to go up to him infront of other people and say " I didn't like being approached like that in the locker room. Don't do it again." And then walk away. Which he was there and I did do and say those things. So I assume that's the end, how could anymore come of it. Wrong Afterwords he approaches me yet again in the locker room, this time with clothes on.he says i didn't like what you said to me. I ducking explode on this guy screaming at him" well I didn't like when your dick was out F you." Called him a POS and left the locker room. Well needless to say, everyone heard my booming voice yelling at this guy and when I cam out of the locker room everyone was starting at me I am very flustered and can't exactly explain what has happened both days and all poor Katie M ( the instructor) can say is how sorry she is. So i leave after my very quick synopsis of what accured. Again with out any formal report. My biggest mistake. A couple days go by and I get a call from juice box yoga manager I can't remember her name asking me what happened and why I was causing a disturbance. So I tell her what happened she doesn't even say she was sorry for that happening and made it seem like I did something wrong. I canceled my membership over the phone with her right there. I am not sure what that guy said but was i definitely mistreated and unheard. I do drop ins with my gf now at the Sierra rose locations because as I said the yoga is incredible but I never go to the locker rooms. So men beware!! Some funky stuff going down in the locker rooms and the Mangers dont care. read more

If you're looking for something different and more intense than your usual workout routine, I suggest you try a hot Pilates class if you haven't yet! It's fun to push your self enough to see how far you can go.In the end you're sweaty to the T and you're proud that you survived the 1 hour class. I attend Juicebox as I can once a week and I swear I prolly loose a couple pounds each time. All you need is a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. They also rent these items for about $10-15 if you need one. The little boutique they have inside also provides yoga apparel and gear for purchase as well. I made a reservation for a 90 minute class and ran into traffic. I attempted to call the number listed on this yelp ad. I DIDN'T get an answer. I arrived ten minutes late and was told that I had to reschedule because I missed the two breathing exercises. I skipped breakfast and talked myself into the whole thing even though I was irritable, hungry and needed to try this strenuous class for over an hour. SO....I suggest to anyone who wants to try this class that you avoid Bikram Yoga if ANYTHING could possibly hinder your early arrival. read more

Yawl already know I love this place so much, that I teach yoga here now. Engineer turned Bikram lover... yoga engineer? is that thing... it is now! All of the classes are HOT or warm. 75-105F depending on the class and day. Lots of variety. Don't feel like sweating today? Ok... try warm and mellow, lets just stretch it out. Feel like detoxing after a wild weekend...ok Bikram or Vinyasa it is, lets get JUICY! Bikram - 90 minutes of pure bliss. With a teacher guiding you through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Stay in the room, don't leave, don't talk, it's a very dedicated and serious type of yoga practice. If you're looking for something to strength and repair some new or long time injuries this is for you. Not flexible? Perfect.. do this. This is a strength and compression based practice. Vinyasa - Hot Flow. Vinyasa is the flow from down dog to chaturanga to up dog, so it's lots of arm and upper body strength. This class is for allll levels. There's a modification or advancement for almost every posture. It took me 11 classes to get into full splits both sides, very good for lengthening those hamstrings and glutes if you lift a lot. Hot Pilates -- Have you seen Carlos? Haha. No really... take his class. Kaitlin, Kayla, Maddie, Tanya, Carlos, Stitch, Marilynne, all of the teachers have a different style and switch it up each class. You do 30 seconds of tabata and 5 seconds of rest, JUICY BURPEES YIN (WARM & MELLOW) - Love. Glorified nap. If you're tight like really tight, this is the perfect class for you. The class focuses on yin or passive stretches and long holds, instead of the more active stretches which is a great change from the other classes. I highly recommend to follow your HOT 60 or Bikram class with a warm and yin to stretch it out. Intro Special - $20 for 14 days of unlimited classes at both studios. Local College student!? - Bring in your ID and you get half off a drop in at $10 per class . AWESOME. COLLEGE DAY - TODAY IS COLLEGE DAY. FREE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS AT BOTH STUDIOS. CHECK IT OUT. CARLOS HAD 31 in his 5am class. WHOAAAA YOGA etiquette is just like going to class in college or high school. If you need to leave early talk to the teacher. If you're going to be late, talk to the teacher, talk to the front desk staff, try to come in without interrupting the class between postures. Do you ever just get up and walk out of college lecture without telling the teacher before class that you need to leave early? No... probably not. Sure some people did in your classes before...and what did it do? DISTRACT YOU. The goal is to stay in the room for the whole 60 or 90 minutes, even if you lay on your mat the whole time. Of course, if ya gotta go ya gotta go. (You know what I'm talking about after rolling on your belly for 10 minutes in spine strengthening). The teacher will always stop you and ask if you're ok and suggest you just lie down instead of leaving. Remember the JBY mantra , " Do the best that you can, with the best that you've got, and that's enough." If you're best is just getting there because I know mine is most of the time, THAT's OK. BRING A MAT AND A TOWEL AND WATER. Don't have one? You can rent one for $3 each. I have practiced here since I moved to Reno at the end of 2015 and I love it. Walking into the studio just gives a complete moment of calm and belonging. There is so much energy in this studio that it'll snap you right back out of your lull. Having a bad day... get on the mat. Being newer to town, my wife was looking for a new hot yoga studio. At the time we did google searches but for some reason we did not see Juice Box. Surprisingly it wasn't til we went on one of our evening walks that we found this studio by chance. We started off with the introductory deal but now the wife is a regular member and she is definitely hooked! This studio is amazing! It's clean, the staff is super friendly and the classes are excellent! With the current covid guidelines class spots are reserved online through their own juicebox app. A cool thing they do is they have reserved (socially distanced) spots for classes even with buddy spots if you choose to bring a friend. Another nice touch is that members have their own personal profiles with dumbbell and weight preferences so they're already set up in your space when you come in. Please remember to bring your own mats and towels as they are currently not renting out equipment due to covid guidelines. So far I have taken classes with TJ, Maddie and Carlos. All of which are amazing! If you're not a big yoga person like me, not to worry this studio offers a wide variety of classes for all levels. Every instructor I've spoken to was very friendly and reassuring. Egos are checked at the door. There's absolutely no pressure here, you go at your own speed and skill level. I LOVE Juice Box Yoga. I've been doing BIkram Yoga for the last 5 years in my hometown and after recently moving to Reno I was looking for a way to keep at the practice. One of my friends from school recommended coming here for their 20 days for $20 deal at the NW Robb Drive location and the first class that I went to was their Inferno Hot Pilates class - I was excited to try something new and more upbeat. After the first class I went back almost every day, getting to know all the FANTASTIC instructors here. Cameron, Marilynne and Stitch are all awesome whether they are teaching yoga or Pilates and I was so sold that I ended up enrolling in the monthly autopay. The staff here are so sweet that when I told them I wasn't sure if it was in my budget as a student, they offered an extra small discount for enrolling in the monthly autopay! If you're looking for an AMAZING workout and change of lifestyle, this is the place! I was just telling my mom that this is probably the best shape I've been in in years, and it feels so great. Juice box is one of my favorite yoga studios in Reno. They always have a bunch of deals going on for new student and just students in general, $20 for 14 days or $10 for students. My favorite class is the Vinyasa with Tanya. You work on your abs, upper body, and flexibility. She plays fun music and is motivational! The Bikram Yoga will make you sweat but they feel great afterwards. During one of my classes I was dehydrated and I felt lightheaded so I stepped out of the class. Michael, was very kind and popped his head out and told me I'm welcome to come back in whenever I feel better. I came back after some water and moved at my own pace. Overall, the environment and the instructors at Juice Box lead to a great yoga experience. I recommend trying it out, you can't beat a $20 for 14 deal (typically $20 for one class). read more

I could only go twice since I'm out of town but the studio is clean, instructors are great, and the changing rooms are spacious, clean, and even has 2 separate showers as well as miscellaneous amenities for you to use if you forgot your own (shampoo, etc.). My favorite part that I haven't had at any other Bikram place is the frozen lavendar scented handtowels they pass out at the end of class. =o) read more

I attended a class for the first time at this studio, the class itself wasn't for me but the staff was very friendly. the only reason i give this studio only 2 stars is because looking at their schedules i noticed they still use the bikram name to describe that class. this makes me very uncomfortable, just a quick google search would explain how terrible this man was to women in his time. the fact this studio would still support a man like that is against all my values and very concerning. It was my first time attending a Juice Box Yoga class, and let me tell you, it kicked my butt! Juice Box Yoga offered free classes all day for university students as a welcome back to school/let's get your mind on a positive track for school. And as I've seen in their past posts, they often offer great deals for the day or passes, etc. Coming into the facility, you're introduced to the instructor who explains everything you need to know, like where you should place your mat if it's your first class, what the class really is about, etc. Today we went in for Bikram yoga which is 26 asanas all done in basically a sauna for an hour and a half! Our instructor was really great at explaining how to do the asana (and will correct your pose if doing it incorrectly), how each asana helps you with improving flexibility or strength and also encouraging and pushing every student in the room. However, what I really enjoyed about the class is the empowering vibe you're left with at the end because it was definitely a workout that will leave you DRIPPING in sweat. Some advice for those coming for the first time: Bring iced water! Our instructor discouraged drinking water in the middle of asanas but when you're given a break to take a sip, you'd never believe how amazing cold water tastes. Bring a towel to put over your mat cause trust me, your mat will be drenched. Don't bring any valuables with you. They do have cubbies in their locker area but you're not allowed to bring anything inside the actual room itself besides your mat, towel and water. Lastly, have a positive and open mindset when you come in! I'm not the most flexible or athletic person on the planet, but I will definitely have to come back to Juice Box Yoga again and try out some of their other classes! read more

Who ever thought hot could be so cool? My first class I made it all the way through and managed the majority of the poses despite being super out of shape and nearly twice my normal size. What I didn't count on was the next day, and the day after, my body laughing at me that I used forgotten muscles and boy were they complaining. :) Recommendations for newbies: start with the newbie class. Apparently I dived into the regulars group where everyone was super bendy and inspired me to go farther than I probably should have first time out. The instructor was awesome. She doesn't let you slide. If she thinks you can do it, you're doing it. Lots of encouragement and at the end the whole room applauded that I made it through. I can see why it's so addictive. In the beginning of my old review I said, "Maybe this is a little premature...," except that it wasn't. I was nervous about forming an opinion (good or bad) too early because I know what high expectations do when they aren't met (example: any Valentine's Day). So far I have missed ONE, count it ONE class in the last two weeks. I feel more at ease, a little less tense (hey, this doesn't happen overnight), more flexible, and despite the fact the scale isn't showing any signs of difference, I can feel it in my body, because my jeans finally fit. Even though I've been probably 13 times already, the intense, hellish workout still rings true. Seriously, have you BEEN in a 105 degree room doing yoga postures for 90 minutes before? This is not "cheesecake yoga," okay? I can do all the postures forever in my apartment, but the moment you get me into the studio I have to hold on for dear life. I read in someone's review of a Bikram studio in El Cerrito, CA that because they had carpet, they had given them one star. For some reason, the hypochondriac in me didn't even notice Bikram Yoga Sierra had carpet! Thankfully, though, from February 10-13 they're closing down the studio to put in a new, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial mat and some new paint. Hooray! Some tips if you want to come here: (a) Bring a towel. A big one. One that covers your mat. (b) Bring a mat... (c) Bring a large bottle of water. (d) Come to class HYDRATED ALREADY. (e) Don't feel bad if you have to sit down! I still do, because it's hard, it doesn't matter who you are or how athletic you've been your entire life. (f) If you're a guy, just wear some shorts. If you're a girl, shorts and a sports bra. You'll thank me later. If they open the sliding doors during class, even if it's 32 degrees out it feels AMAZING, and you want that feeling on your skin, not your shirt. (g) Don't come in hangover (like I did). (h) Have fun! My favorite part is watching all the newbies come in with a smile on their face and all energized...and then watching them walk out completely tired with a blank expression. Juice Box Yoga Reno is the best place in the region to get your sweat on! This is not a corporate business but one where the passion, heart, and vision of the owner (Tanya Rose, who is also a teacher) is evident throughout. From the friendly greeting at the front desk to the spacious dressing rooms divided by gender, you will feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door. If you are new to Bikram style yoga (26 postures done in a specific sequence, no props, and in a heated room), or are meeting a new instructor for the first time, you will be able to talk to your instructor beforehand to inform him/her of any injuries or "tweaks" you might have that could impact you during class. Grab a glittery rock on your way in if you'd like an ice pack during Savasana in addition to the heavenly cold lavender washcloth-your reward for completing class. Bring a water container (you can refill from coolers in the dressing area) and read up on the website prior to your first class for guidelines/tips. I love the mobile app from which you can peruse the class offerings and sign up. Super convenient. The studio is a large mirrored space with rubber floors. Considering how much sweating goes on here, the space is very clean. Sliding glass doors are at the back to allow brief, blessed blasts of fresh air and a view of the grassy area behind. After class, it is highly recommended to have a quick shower (dressing area has two showers) to wash away all the toxins you have released, and you can be on your way. Every instructor I have had classes from has a unique, dedicated, and focused approach within the Bikram framework. Try as many teachers as you can and you will find a good fit for instruction and also you will learn different perspectives by switching up your teachers. Be sure to check out the website for detailed instructions before your first class, and give it a try! I've been attending classes here for about 10 months now, and so appreciate what a gem this place is for our little city. I've been to Bikram studios in Dallas, TX; Portland, OR, and Boca Raton, FL, and this place is the best I've experienced. Why? Well, first of all, it's clean and smells good. This seems like it should be a given for a yoga studio, but when you get forty sweaty (and I mean *sweaty*, like leave-your-own-puddle sweaty) in a room, things in the studio can get to smelling not-so-fresh. Combine that with the carpet (carpet!!!???) that you find in some studios (Portland, OR and Boca Raton, FL) and things get pretty stinky. In contrast, Juice Box uses a rubberized flooring that is sanitizable and not slippery like some other studios (Dallas, TX). Next, the instruction is top-notch. The instructors here are generous with tips for students to improve their practice, and they always do it in a helpful and positive way. Emphasis is placed on making sure everyone can see themselves in the mirror so they can do the postures correctly. I also love that unlike some other Bikram studios, the room is silent before and after class, which makes for some nice meditation time. Classes start and end on time, always. Finally, the locker room (the women's, I can't speak to the men's) is small, but has two showers, which makes tidying up after class (a necessity to me!) easy and fairly quick. The people who practice here are also really warm, kind, and welcoming. We all cooperate to make room for each other in the yoga room and the locker rooms, and that makes this studio a really great place to practice. I love it here! read more

Juice Box Yoga offers 90-minute Bikram yoga classes. The room is kept at 105 degrees and 40% humidity for the entire time. It's EXTREMELY uncomfortable and if you're new to hot yoga it will probably be one of the hardest workouts you've ever done. Bikram is a very standard series of poses and techniques and Juice Box Yoga follows the specifications. Don't come on Yelp and complain that it's too hard. It's not too hard. You're too soft. Juice Box Yoga offers traditional Bikram yoga with a really nice "20 days for $20" intro deal. The studio is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and at NO POINT do you feel like you're going to get athlete's foot from the establishment (other hot yoga places are gnarly). The staff is friendly and the instructors take the time to individually greet you and learn your name. During the classes, the instructors will give you personalized help by name -- they remember! At the end of the class the staff distributes cold lavender-scented towels to put on your face. It's glorious. I have some minor complaints. The men's bathroom is tiny. There are sometimes 10-12 guys packed into a room the size of a 1-car garage. There are a handful of old guys that seem to love walking around naked -- while that is standard at many gyms, in that tiny room, it's a bit much. Another small complaint. A couple of the instructors speak so fast it's really hard to understand them. One of my jobs is to transcribe college lectures for deaf students; I am paid to listen to people speak and to understand precisely what they're saying. Even with that skill, I can't understand what a few of the instructors are saying. It's really, really bad. They are aggressively inarticulate. If you are an instructor at Juice Box, and you are reading this, I love you, you're beautiful, but please focus on your diction. That's all! I'm going there tonight. Namaste! read more

I love this studio and the bikram practice. I have an injury and these guys have been very helpful for getting into postures properly. I've been able to work through my pain issues, heal, and regain range of motion. Bikram is a 90 minute meditation that ,for me, works as medicine read more

Bikram yoga can be really intimidating, but Juice box yoga makes you feel at ease and comfortable. They have nice showers and a clean spacious changing area. The teachers are all really encouraging. If this is your first time park yourself and your mat in the back near the window. They open the back doors during class and it helps cool you down and you can watch the more experienced yogis in the front. I wish I could do it all the time, and with their expansive class schedule you can! read more

So I'm young and my back is killing me, my doctor said do yoga. Once a week, go to yoga. Naturally I promoted ignore my doctor with no improvement in my back. I finally did a yelp and found juice box, figuring well I know heat helps my back so hot yoga. I must admit I was skeptical and the first time I hoped for death, but the instructor was very encouraging complete with an end of session clap for the new people. She was right you have to come back a second time, the first time you hate it so much you can't see straight. The second time it flows better and you aren't as nervous. Word to the wise, limit booze intake the night before I made that mistake... drink your water, and settle in. If you have some sort of breathing issue let them know ahead of time, as "normal" breathing is a thing, and if you don't do it you will be told too. Show up to your mat, and all is well. read more

Best 20 bucks a person could spend. 20 bucks fro 20 days of a hot and sweaty work out. Meditation. okay both. The room was completely different from what I imagined, not as small (still quite small) not as hot (still quite hot) and not as smelly. (unless it is Wednesday night) Wednesday night is only 8 bucks for walk ins I believe so you can only imagine how packed it can get (most I've seen was 83 people) Kinda gross actually but also kinda liberating. Also super rad to go on Weds because all the proceeds made on each Wednesday that month are donated to different entities each time. Kinda awesome. The teachers or directors are super nice and very knowledgeable. The room has 3 doors which they open randomly through out the 45 minutes and is so incredibly nice. I always feel so alive and rejuvenated once the class is over. Sometimes it gets a little hectic and I just want to leave but then remember I just need to breathe:) The bathroom is tiny. Only flaw is size. Definitely recommend. read more

Hot yoga at it's best. If you want to challenge yourself and step it up a notch from some old people yoga. Bikrum is the place to come. The re-decorated studio is beautiful. Nice large locker rooms for the ladies and fresh water and coconut juice is available. All the teachers are awesome. For a special treat, try Barry on Wednesday's for "Karma Class" always a good motivational story. Bikrum yoga is expensive, but try the 10 dollar drop in classes at 8:30. Don't be intimidated by the hot yoga. You'll feel awesome afterwards and it is worth the work. Also, no one ever passes out! So don't listen to those dramatic stories. I recently travelled to Reno and I happen to search for Bikram studios and found this gem. We attended the community bikram class with Tanya and she was really great, very generous with her teaching, coach us to the poses and even chatted with us after the class. Love the friendly atmosphere, everybody seems to have happy smiling faces! The studio is very clean, it smells lavender, they have the rubberize flooring which they sanitize after a class, the heat was of the right amount, its a quiet studio, the glass doors at the back has the garden area, it feels like I am in the outdoors. After the 90 mins we have cold lavender towels for our faces, I feel like am in a spa totally relax! The bathroom is beautiful. Glad to that we found this studio, they also have in one in Truckee. We will surely visit again because we travel to this area a lot. read more

If you're looking to give hot yoga a try, Juice Box is a great place to do so. You might discover it's the workout you've been missing your entire life. You might discover (like me) that you really aren't cut out for it and that you should stick to rooms with regular temperatures. Regardless of what you decide, Juice Box gives you a great opportunity to check it out without suffering from fear of commitment. It's not a gym where you have to cancel six months in advance to avoid getting charged for an extra month. It's not like a tanning salon where they get you in the door with a cheap deal and next thing you know you've offered up your car, a mortgage payment, and your first-born child. It's $20. For 20 days. And that's it. You hand them a twenty, they hand you a pass. I tried one hot yoga class, and I did feel excellent afterwards, but it's the feeling during the class I can't take. However, the room, shockingly, doesn't smell like people are sweating in it 12 hours a day (which I've heard can be a problem). The instructor did a great job of making sure that newbies felt comfortable and empowered, while also making sure the room stayed focused and engaged. I worked with 4 different instructors at Bikram of Reno and I would like to have it known, Mel gave me the best overall experience out of the 4 instructors. She presented the class in an easy to understand manner, regressed me on poses in a safe and effective way and did an amazing job in creating an atmosphere which was enjoyable, yet challenging. I absolutely love this studio! Everyone is so kind and positive!!! I agree with everyone's positive comments on here and am thankful to have found this practice again. They have a lot of class times and even have discounted classes, depending on the day/time. Check their website or get the "Mind Body" App on your IPhone :) I have taken this yoga in Las Vegas and also in Portland and all have carpet, some thicker types than others (eww). The rubber floors are IDEAL and the temperature is on point. The teacher will sometimes open a door or window during class and there almost is nothing better! That cool breeze is amazing! I went in for bikram yoga this morning & Jen taught the class. When I had to get up to check the time/ take a breath because I was feeling light headed and also didn't know the class was 90 mins and had to be somewhere at 11:30, Jen was extremely rude and stopped me in the middle of the class demanding I go back to my mat and embarrassing me in front of the entire class. While a couple of the girls in the class also made rude remarks about me stepping outside. I will never go here again. extremely bad vibes and customer service. I left YOGA in a worst mood then I went in for and lost $10. read more

I am so grateful to have found this place! I've tried yoga one time in the past ( not brikam) and thought it was a total yawn-fest! I want to WANT to be a yogi and all peaceful, however my body clearly says if I'm going to spend time on it, I'd better be Burning some calories! Well, it's satisfied! First time, I had to sit out for many of the poses due to dizziness. Went back...100% better! Nobody judges you! Teachers were absolutely fantastic! Best sweat session ever! Juice Box Yoga is the most amazing studio in Reno. They have been conscientious and compliant with Covid guidelines to keep us safe in their rooms. I have been able to take advantage of the heat and incredible guidance from the teachers, which has helped me stay flexible and strong for many years. I am 69 years old and I am physically active and healthy, I attribute this to my weekly practice at Juice Box Yoga. Come here for a truly healthy mind, body, and soul. If you are looking to shed some pounds, heal an injury, or just find some piece of mind bikram yoga is your answer. This is a hot yoga class that does the same 26 postures every time. The repetition of these postures will increase your strength and flexibility, align your body, and heal your injuries. I know I have said "heal your injuries" twice now, but a regular bikram yoga practice really will do this. That said, this is not an easy yoga class. It is HOT. Some days just laying on your mat is all you can do to stay in class. But if you can commit to 3 classes a week, it is so worth it. I love this studio so much. I can always depend that I will have a great class, instructor, and class energy regardless of when I drop in. As a new student, you can purchase $20 for 20 days of bikram. I also really appreciate their karma class for $8, where all proceeds go to a local charity. It generally tends to be a very popular class, get there early to relax and set up your mat. Then there are the $10 community classes offered at least once a day. A great option if you can't afford to come on a daily basis. read more
