I did the Hot Yoga with Kelsey, and she was amazing. Her soothing voice, along with clear instructions on positions, were wonderful since I haven't taken a class in a while. There are plenty of lockers and a really nice locker room that has showers, lockers, and bathrooms. They provide towels at no extra charge, which is great now a days with everything costing so much. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

I haven't taken a class I didn't like yet. I love the expert teachers and the array of classes available throughout the day. I can always find a class that fits into my schedule, any day of the week. The classes fall within the following categories: Flow, Tone, Detox, and Restore. If you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, you can find the right fit. All classes are offered at different levels and the instructors are always willing to suggest modifications. You can make your practice as intense or relaxed as you want to. Some of my favorite classes are: PodFlow: The focus is on moving with breath control, creating a deeper awareness on all levels. The sequences are designed to build strength and flexibility. YogaTone: Combines yoga, strength training, and cardio in a high-energy workout designed to sculpt, burn calories, and improve physical well-being. PodHot: Takes place in a room warm room and is designed to build strength, balance, flexibility and promote a detoxifying sweat. HotFlow: Takes place in a hot and humid studio, focuses on proper alignment techniques and progressions. HotVinFusion: This is one of my favorites. It combines elements of PodHot and a vinyasa flow. The postures are designed to build slowly and get flexibility and strength. PodYin: Very relaxing, focuses on stretching. It is the perfect counterpart to more energetic activities. The studio is clean, comfortable, state of the art and enlivening. The props are nice and clean. The music is upbeat and at the right volume. The instructors are knowledgeable, creative and friendly and along with the students are an amazing community.

My daughter and I went in to find out if they have a location in Sparks. We were warmly greeted by Mike. Mike was really nice and informative about Yoga. He did inform us that they do not have a location in Sparks. They do have hot yoga and he gave us a card for a free class. If they were not so far away I would definitely give this Yoga location a try.

I really love this yoga studio. After my first class I was hooked. This is the cleanest, friendliest yoga studio around. They have so many different classes to choose from like Yoga Fit, Barre, Hot, and so many more. The staff is very friendly and will make you feel welcome right away. They offer a one week free trial before you have to sign up so you can try many classes to see what you like. There are also a few showers with soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, and even hair bands in case you forget to bring one with you. You can rent a mat if you don't already have one or forget yours. I always leave feeling so good.

If a pilates class here feels easy, check your form, and then good luck walking out of here! Lol. Taking pilates classes here have made my neck stronger after a whiplash injury, and has helped me improve my core strength. I even started liking planking, which is gross haha. All the instructors I came across in my last 8 months working out here have been helpful and mindful of my injuries. I absolutely adore Maddie B and she is very helpful with describing the move and the things to be mindful of as you're completing it. When you stay consistent with one trainer, I think it's easier to make faster progress. If possible, I would come in with some prior experience of lifting weights, and maybe even some yoga experience, although it's not necessary. I found that while the instructors are observant of those completing the moves wrong, without speaking up it's sometimes difficult to get the smaller modifications needed, like keeping your neck straight while planking. At the end of the day, you're responsible for finding what feels good in your own body. If something feels off or wrong while attempting to perform a move, speak up so that the instructor can best assist you. Arriving early to class helps prepare you for modifications that may be needed in that class specifically. I signed up when there were class specific monthly memberships going on, but their specials change month to month. If you are a healthcare professional, teacher, vet, or married to one, ask for your discount when doing your paperwork!

I appreciate all the instructors here, they're all very knowledgeable and I have never experienced a bad class. They always do a stretch before and after each class and although they target specific areas throughout they always make sure to cover all areas of your body. It's nice because each class is uniquely different. Helps with not getting stagnant on your workouts. They offer so many classes throughout the day, just about every hour throughout the day from 730am-630pm m-f and 730am-1130 sat/sun. They're open 7 days a week. They offer three levels of classes from beginner to advanced. Their cleaning standards have always been above and beyond. Not only does each individual clean their own station after every workout but the teachers come through and fog all the equipment. At this time it is still required to wear a mask for your workouts. You have your own station and your own equipment throughout class so you never have to share or are too close to anyone else due to having your own reformer to yourself. Since coming here I have noticed a difference in my overall core strength and I have had a lot less issues with any back pain or being out of adjustment! Thanks club Pilates:)

I actually find myself getting up early on my days off to go to Hotworx for the yoga. During the week I enjoy going right after work. The times are convenient since it all runs on continuous loops 24/7. The infrared saunas warm you deep inside, allowing the muscles to have less strain and more motion. You begin sweating in the first five minutes. Bye bye toxins. There's enough variety to keep you interested and motivated. Besides the 10 saunas there is a small gym area equipped with various weights. Most of the time whether it's just the times I pick, I'm usually the only one in the saunas. The facility is available 24/7. Staffed hours are posted. I have been visiting since October 2019 and I am very happy with the studio and instructors. We all clean the equipment well so it is ready for the next person and it is a quality workout with thoughtful instruction. The reformers are quite large from other studios you may of been on and the IMX style of reformer workout is a bit more of a mix up.
