I joined Pure Barre about 6 weeks ago and I'm hooked. Addicted in the best way!…read moreI've never looked forward to working out like this before. It's become something I genuinely enjoy! They offer a variety of classes, so it's never boring. I started with Engage, a 30 minute full body workout that's perfect when you're short on time but still want to feel the burn. All the classes focus on low-impact, small movements that really strengthen and tone. It's this awesome mix of Pilates, yoga and ballet. My go to classes now are: Classic- a full body low impact, high intensity workout with light weights and a ball. Define - focuses more on weight base strength training. Align- great for strength and flexibility Mat Pilates- No weights but surprisingly intense and fun! I always leave feeling stronger! What really keeps me coming back is the vibe, energy, music and the instructors. Honestly it's hard to pick a favorite because they all bring something different. Diana is tough in the best way! I can see and feel the results. Nicole teaches Mat Pilates and somehow makes it fun while your abs and tush are on fire. Hannah, Colleen and April all have great energy and are super thorough with form and motivation. It's more than just a workout studio. It feels like a little community of friends. Everyone's friendly and supportive. If you're looking for something that tones you up quickly and keeps you coming back for more, then Pure Barr might be for you. I feel amazing and I'm so glad I joined! Thank you, Barr fam!

Been coming here since last November. Gosh about 10 months now!? Cannot say enough positive things…read moreabout this place. I appreciate all the instructors here, they're all very knowledgeable and I have never experienced a bad class. They always do a stretch before and after each class and although they target specific areas throughout they always make sure to cover all areas of your body. It's nice because each class is uniquely different. Helps with not getting stagnant on your workouts. They offer so many classes throughout the day, just about every hour throughout the day from 730am-630pm m-f and 730am-1130 sat/sun. They're open 7 days a week. They offer three levels of classes from beginner to advanced. Their cleaning standards have always been above and beyond. Not only does each individual clean their own station after every workout but the teachers come through and fog all the equipment. At this time it is still required to wear a mask for your workouts. You have your own station and your own equipment throughout class so you never have to share or are too close to anyone else due to having your own reformer to yourself. Since coming here I have noticed a difference in my overall core strength and I have had a lot less issues with any back pain or being out of adjustment! Thanks club Pilates:)

Back to back issues with this studio. On top of it, the classes are always full and you have to…read morejoin a waitlist for every single class. Not worth the headache or money! After telling the studio I'm waiting for a new debit card they continue to charge me a late fee, I haven't been in months and they always say something else to not let me out of my contract. I am ultimately disappointed especially because I was referred to this studio by a friend.

I love working out here! If you have a hard time staying consistent or motivated to work out,…read morepilates may be the answer for you! If a pilates class here feels easy, check your form, and then good luck walking out of here! Lol. Taking pilates classes here have made my neck stronger after a whiplash injury, and has helped me improve my core strength. I even started liking planking, which is gross haha. All the instructors I came across in my last 8 months working out here have been helpful and mindful of my injuries. I absolutely adore Maddie B and she is very helpful with describing the move and the things to be mindful of as you're completing it. When you stay consistent with one trainer, I think it's easier to make faster progress. If possible, I would come in with some prior experience of lifting weights, and maybe even some yoga experience, although it's not necessary. I found that while the instructors are observant of those completing the moves wrong, without speaking up it's sometimes difficult to get the smaller modifications needed, like keeping your neck straight while planking. At the end of the day, you're responsible for finding what feels good in your own body. If something feels off or wrong while attempting to perform a move, speak up so that the instructor can best assist you. Arriving early to class helps prepare you for modifications that may be needed in that class specifically. I signed up when there were class specific monthly memberships going on, but their specials change month to month. If you are a healthcare professional, teacher, vet, or married to one, ask for your discount when doing your paperwork!

Okay, in all transparency I've never really liked working out. On a whim I tried this place out…read moreseeing a 'free session' from a Facebook ad. I had never done Pilates before, but have wanted to for quite awhile. The result: loved it! All of the instructors I've had so far have been so knowledgeable with an appropriate attention to correct form. I really like how you have your own little space for a full body workout, and just have to follow the instructions. Easy to say I'm almost hooked! The classes are smaller, at a dozen or less per class. If you've never tried it before and want to, take them up on the free offer-so worth it!
