These girls went different times to use the gift cards and they are being told I paid with a credit card so now they have to pay the credit card fee also on a gift card. I have never heard that before. Last time I checked a gift certificate was like cash value. On top of that getting a package comes with gel polish and then trying to charge an extra $15 for gel is crazy. This use to be one of my favorite nail shops that's why I got the gift certificates here. But if you're going to treat the people that get gift certificates bad I won't be going back that's not ok.

They weren't pushy or like trying to upsell me for anything however, I did opt for a premium pedicure and all the fixings for my gel manicure. The nails lasted so long. It's unbelievable. It's the best manicure I've gotten in a really long time. She did the buildup. She did the shape exactly how I like. She worked with me on the color even after I changed it twice and did a killer designed super fast and the nails didn't lift anywhere around the edges. They didn't break they didn't crack and I pushed my nails to the limits. 100% would recommend 10 stars. After my next appointment, I will take pictures.
