If you are late they understand, if you walk in they try to get you seated and started as soon as possible and are always checking in with you while you wait. Fun relaxed atmosphere - Typically they have some random music channel on the tv and you will find that most customers and staff are singing a long with the music. All the techs that work there are funny and are always laughing. They never try to "up sale" you which is refreshing. I don't have to worry about going in and being asked if I want something more than I already asked for. 3. Clean Spot - The salon is always clean when I get there and/or they are in the middle of cleaning. You know how some places you walk in and you immediately feel dirty? This place is not like that. 2. Prices - prices are fair. They don't hide costs on you and if you ask how much something is they will tell you. It's not the cheapest place I have been to but not the most expensive either. 1. ALL TECHS ARE GOOD! Most of the places I have been I am selective on who does my nails because not all of them are good. All the techs are really good at what they do and take pride in their work. If you request something special and the person doing your nails knows that it's not their strong suit, they will have someone else step in to do it.
