If this place were more efficient, it would be a lot better. The food is just as good as their other locations, but on busy days the operation really struggles. When it's not crowded, everything runs smoothly--for the most part, but sometimes you experience unexpected wait times. I used to order company lunches here for Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve because my staff loves it. But my last two experience were rough--I waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for an order I placed the day before, scheduled for the earliest pickup time (around 10:20-10:30 AM). I arrived on time and didn't leave until nearly 11:50 AM. When things get hectic, their efficiency clearly drops. On another occasion--Thanksgiving Eve 2025--they even declined a large pickup order (attempted to order the day before), saying they couldn't fulfill that many meals. I've picked up large orders twice per year in 2023, 2024, but in 2025, I couldn't anymore. My orders were the same, for about 15-17 meals. I ended up going to another similar restaurant that people know for Thanksgiving 2025, and for Christmas 2025, they forced to get the party platters instead of individual meals. I assume they limited large orders because of efficiency concerns and to avoid things getting too hectic. I'm not entirely sure, but I'll try again later this year to see if I can place a large holiday order for my staff. read more

When I returned back to work- there were no tortillas and only 2 small individual salsas. I was embarrassed with my team, I let them know I was buying lunch for them and it was incomplete. This location is approximately 15 away from job site. When I called I was offered for me to return to pick up which is not realistic since we only get 30 minute lunch. We ordered a 2 chicken family meal with 3 large sides. The sides were all great and the tortillas were hot and fresh! The chicken was super flavorful, but I had to take a star off for the cost. Sitting in the lobby today eating my burrito and all I want to do is leave. One of the male workers in the back, maybe the cook is yelling and calling another of his co-workers names. This has escalated into a screaming match where one of the co-workers was screaming back at the guy and finally, slammed some boxes, stormed out of the back, slamming the door and knocking the nest thermostat off the wall to the ground. One of the female workers is trying to calm the guy in the back down, but he is yelling and slamming things in the back. The 2 female workers look shaken and scared. Customers left the store, and I left my burrito behind because it was getting out of hand. The chicken was good. The rice was just steam rice with. Tiny bit if seasoning. The beans were bit insipid. The flower tortillas stuck to each other and were a bit difficult to separate, they were thick and doughy. I don't think we'll be back. Service was ok. This place is delicious however, every time I walk in to order either a lunch meal or a family meal, they never have chicken available. This has happened to me at least 3-4 times now. It's always a miss. I understand if there are big catering orders that sell things out, but how do you not have chicken available for small walk-in meals? Family meals aren't always planned ahead -- sometimes you just need to grab something quickly. There should be enough prepared for regular customers. Hands down THEE BEST Juan Pollo location, the food never disappoints. Legit the softest chicken I've ever had. Sides are always amazing, everything tastes very fresh. Never have any issues with the quality of the food, which is why I love this location as they're incredibly consistent! Service is always great too, never had an issue with any of the workers, I've always been treated with good service. I've placed catering with them as well and the owner has always been very kind and accommodating! And today I went for it. I placed my order over the phone. Picked it up and it was ready and fresh. Let me also add that their customer service is A1. I really like when I'm treated well at places I visit. So shout out to the young ladies working this Tuesday 11/15/22 around lunch time. I don't combine carbs so I got the half chicken meal with potato salad and green salad. Mild salsa and flour tortillas. (I ate one just to try them). Really good. Now, I'd say this was like El Pollo Loco. But that would be disrespectful to Juan Pollo lol this place knows how to cook a bird! Well seasoned, soft, great portions and priced just right. $13 for a whole meal! (I saved some chicken for later). Their restaurant is clean and they also offer sweets/pastries.
