I have flown Jet Suite X many times. And on the surface, I love them. Love the convenience, but as I fly more, it is clear that they are missing the idea of keeping the planes clean. WHAT A SCAM! Jetsuite canceled my flight an hour before take off and I cannot reach anyone in customer service to change my flight or get a refund. Now I am screwed trying to get to SF where I already have a hotel paid for for the night. I bet they could not fill enough seats so they just canceled the flight rather that fulfill their commitment to their customers who already booked. UPDATE: Supervisor David Hwei finally called me and said I could only get a refund. I told him that was not good enough because I had to pay 3 times more for a United flight. He said too bad because the weather justified the cancellation. Its not even raining and I am sitting on the United flight right now about to take off. Dont ever fly Jetsuite because you might get canceled on last minute and have to pay way more for a regular flight. read more

No notice about cancellations , my Mrs has had 2 cancellations for flights and now it's my turn. When I texted my boss to say I won't be in the office first thing tomorrow thanks to JetSuite, his texted back"they're a joke" so apparently it's not just us or the woman at the Vegas JetSuite office who said this was her 3rd canceled flight in a month. It's a great concept but good luck getting hold of someone when something goes wrong or getting a text alert . PS- Hotel front desk just heard me talking about our cancellation and replied that they hear JetSuite cancels flights all the time Looks like nothing sweet about the Suite . read more

I've flown Jet SuiteX several times now and what can I say? If you're looking to head out to Vegas from Orange County, FLY JSX!!! It's amazing being able to arrive just about 30 minutes prior to my flight and not have to deal with all the usual hassles if the normal airport. Overall top notch experience flying SNA to Las Vegas. Didn't appreciate the female baggage handler wreaking of weed though and she was clearly high. Don't know any job where you can smoke weed on your break and go back to work and earn a paycheck. It didn't go unnoticed by others waiting in the lobby either. Love the airline, but they need to check their employees. I'm assuming that wouldn't be tolerated if it were a pilot. I would hope not. read more

Just got back from a three-day trip to Las Vegas; flew on JSX both ways. My experience was flawless. So much more convenient than one of the big airlines. You can arrive 15 minutes before your flight, and no dealing with check-in lines, baggage claim, or security. The lounge in Vegas was really nice. The lounge in Orange County was perfectly functional, but not nearly as nice. Both locations are not at the airport terminals, so you won't walk out to the usual ground transportation options. I just used Uber. Driver arrived in less than two minutes, and it was just $9 for a ride to my hotel on the strip. read more

Everyone from the airline staff is very professional, cordial and helpful. Would def book again, much better than commercial. It's true it's the worst customer service!! I will never fly on Jsx again. Not worth the money. The flight was really bumpy, we didn't get to eat or drink anything on the flight, and we were late to board , no explanation or apology , the girl checking us in had an attitude!! I booked my wife a round trip flight to Las Vegas on JetSuiteX through Expedia. When she got to the JetSuiteX check-in, they informed her that they had cancelled her ticket and that she would have to buy a new one if she wanted to get on the flight. There was also one other passenger on the same flight that had the exact same issue. The new ticket cost $798 round trip. Their excuse for cancelling her ticket was a claim that her credit card was expired. Very strange reason as the reservation was active on Expedia, hotel reservation had gone through, we had received no prior notification of the issue, and our credit card had been charged. Expedia customer support were very helpful and tried to argue with JetSuiteX after we got back from vacation. JetSuiteX wouldn't budge but Expedia said this had been an ongoing problem with JetSuiteX/Jetblue so they would cover the full cost of the new ticket. The flight experience was pleasant so it is very unfortunate they JetSuiteX has such terrible customer service. read more

Sure, there was a delay, but the rest of the experience was pleasant. They bought us pizza and gave us a voucher to make up for it. Quick check in and check out once we arrived. Would fly again. Cheaper than Southwest to travel to Vegas from Santa Ana and no long TSA lines. You check in at their hanger, sit back and have a coffee then board your jet. What's not to like. I would highly recommend giving them a go. read more

The staff at the OC Airport is the best! Paul & Susan especially. Unexpected rain today, flight delayed but they worked hard to get flights in & turned around as fast as they could, kept us informed, walked us personally with umbrellas to the plane. We brought our parents (ages 91 & 88) and the staff helped with a ramp, wheelchair, pre-boarding & polite service even when they were drenched. Pilots kept us updated & were courteous & professional. Nothing like commercial flights & definitely like flying private! Great job & thank you! read more

This location is great! Easy walking distance to the main terminals and car rentals. The staff here are super friendly. This location, I guess like most of the locations I've traveled through, consists of mostly business travelers. However, because the location is near Disneyland, I have seen some fairly well off looking families traveling with their very well behaved children and nannies. I'm curious why they're not flying on their own private jets ... LOL...I'm any case, I do enjoy flying into this airport as the convenience is awesome. My only suggestion is that they do something with their customer waiting area/lounge. Often times it gets a bit untidy in the room and there's sometimes not enough chairs for people to sit. Overall, my new favorite airline company for sure! read more

My first flight on JSX ever. The Orange County originating jet had a fuel gage misread in the electronics after being fueled. Tinker, tinker, tinker and two hours later they turned the jet main buss fuse off and then on and wallah it's all fixed. No repair. No nothing. Then sat another 30 for weather in Vegas - so it goes. Then the boarding pass reader wouldn't work to board and another 8 minute delay and then 20 mins to taxi before going airborne. Missed my talk at a huge conference here in Vegas, wasted the day and am sitting on the tarmac in Vegas trying to fly back to Orange County on a jet that has been delayed since 11:30am and it's now 2:40pm and the fuel truck is late. Ugly experience. No more JSX for me. read more

The waiting room in Orange County is old and outdated, not very relaxing. We did not like the return flight from Dallas as now they make a stop in Las Vegas which adds more time to your flight. The return flight also ran out of toilet paper and had no running water in the bathroom to wash your hands. All of the crew were friendly and helpful. Hopefully you can make some changes to improve the customer experience, we love your concept. read more

This location has ruined flying JSX for me. Taking my business else where, first they up charge their loyal customers during Corona virus. Then they aren't even consistent, a specific elderly women was very rude, impatient, incompetent, and unwilling to help and accommodates. She refused to check me in as I was there 10-15 min before my flight, and also denied that I'd ever get a refund or accommodated. When in all my previous flights if you look at the history I've been there as shy as 3-5 min before departure. On my way down here to Oakland I had no issue, flight was on time and I showed up 8-12 minutes prior. I've been flying with JSX for 2-3 years and have never had an issue as long as I was 5-10 minutes early. Time to take my business elsewhere, been on hold for 30 minutes still trying to resolve this. Not the first time either I've been mistreated. Be aware and do research before flying with them, over the years they've switched from nice complementary drinks to canned wines. Just goes to show you their transition in quality of service. Other locations are much more competent of quality service than here, and customer service always deals with and solves the issues of these poor workers. Feel bad for customer service 1-800 number for always picking up their slack. UPDATE: got rebooked onto Sunday at no additional cost. However my flight they refused to allow me to board cost a difference of nearly 200$! Which they refuse to credit me the difference for. They have done nothing to make up for the additional costs I had to incur such as valet charges at my arrival airport where my car is, the additional hotel costs of me being stuck in SoCal for two additional nights. Switching services once this is all finally over with. I fly with JSX multiple times a month and do not feel respected or as if there is even any desire to keep me as a customer. read more

I already wrote a review and thought it went through but perhaps it didn't. In any case, I would have given JSXfive stars except for the rude supervisor who took my bags. He informed me that my purse was counted as a carry-on, and that I would have to check my small carry-on and pay an extra hundred dollars. He didn't seem bothered that I was upset and was rather rude about it. The gate agent was lovely and she apologized to me, but there was nothing she could do to change his mind. Other than that my JSX experience was lovely. Also, I had paid extra to have the seat with the side tray, and I could've gotten my small carry-on and my purse easily underneath the seat. read more

Bought a round trip flight Burbank to Vegas and I must say be VERY WARY of this dishonest company. Here's how they treat their customers... They cancelled our flight last minute returning to Burbank. We then have to spend 2 hours on the phone with them on our holiday trying to get on another flight..finally they put us on a much later Southwest flight getting into LAX (not burbank) and tell us don't worry we'll get refunded on the cab ride to our car parked near burbank and the flight as well. They tell me this to and I feel ok, and after returning and writing an email to follow-up the next day they fight me tooth and nail to do anything! Finally after hours they barely agree to refund the fair differential between what I paid for the JSX flight ($750 one way for 2 ppl) and what they paid for the last minute commercial flight on Southwest. Terrible deal for me... OF COURSE booking a last minute commercial flight will be exponentially more expensive day of...if i wanted to fly southwest i could have booked a round trip trip for 2 ppl on Southwest before for fraction of that cost...so basically i ended up paying market rate for a last minute flight leaving vegas when its most expensive and they say they can only refund the difference between what they paid for that southwest flight and what I paid for JSX. UPDATE: after 2 weeks and not seeing the refund on my cc, I have to spend 40min to get through to their customer service and now they are telling me firstly they've done nothing (of course) and that they will not pay a refund but give me a voucher to use with them! Of course they lied about the uber ride I had to pay for as well... Their customer service reps will tell you anything to get off the phone (kelly) and just move on...when it comes time to actually pull through on what they promised, don't expect anything. They really don't care.... if you're fine with that go for it...but just hope your flight doesn't get cancelled cause you'll be paying for an expensive commercial flight and waiting on hold to speak with someone forever. Terrible company... I've never felt compelled to write a negative review ever, but just don't want others to get screwed like I did. read more

One of the worst flights of my life. First my flight was canceled because of mechanical issues. I got to the airport for my flight and then they told me the flight was delayed another hour. They told me this was due to JetSuite diverting my original flight to another location who had been "delayed longer" which is why my second booked flight was delayed. Overall, It took over 6 hours past my flight time just to leave for Las Vegas out of John Wayne airport. They only gave us an hour notice that things are changing. Then we boarded the plane and where told we had to wait another 40 minutes before we could take off. First time flying JetSuiteX and will never suggest it to anyone. They promote great service and I am definitely disappointed; didn't see or feel great service at all. There is nothing positive to say about my experience. read more

Well friends normally I'm Mr Positive and don't like to dump on buisnesses but while departing my Jetsuitex flight an elderly and sick lady fell HARD on the tarmac. There were no JSX employees there, no one other than passengers rendered assistance. When she boarded the plane to begin she was using a walker and other assistance. This was clear negligence and the staff tried to dismiss the concerns of others as they could clearly see they messed up. If you're elderly I would 100% not recommend flying jetsuitex. I was on the 7/9/2019 flight from Las Vegas to Orange County (11:15am) and I am completely disappointed with JetSuiteX. An elderly woman who was onboard and clearly needed extra assistance (she came in with a walker and had other medical equipment) was was disembarking the plane in Santa Ana fell down the last step and landed face first on the tarmac. Isn't there supposed to be a JetSuiteX employee available for these sorts of situations? Completely negligent. Not to mention the male airport employee who was there and watched everything unfold without offering any help. He literally stood there like a deer in headlights while I tried helping the woman. And when I asked the elderly woman and her family if she was okay, I was dismissed by a female airport personnel and told she was fine. Obviously not since the fire fighters arrived minutes later. Flight from Orange County to Vegas was very convenient and easy. Just check in 30-45 minutes before your flight, no security and no lines. The only thing I would complain about is that the flights seem to always run about 30 minutes late, so if you need to get somewhere by a specific time you should keep that in mind. Flew to Vegas with my wife, customer service was top notch from valet to ticketing agent to flight crew. This company is a gem, hope they expand to Orange County. The ease of our travel was worth the near 2 hours drive from Huntington Beach to Burbank. Upon arrival our car was waiting at the hangar for us.
