Buyer beware if your flight is delayed for any reason- they don't have so much as a snack or water machine. You sit in a little waiting room chair and starve. Seems like for what they charge they ought to have some amenities for their passengers... read more

Flight from Orange County to Vegas was very convenient and easy. Just check in 30-45 minutes before your flight, no security and no lines. The only thing I would complain about is that the flights seem to always run about 30 minutes late, so if you need to get somewhere by a specific time you should keep that in mind. Download the Blackbird app and use referral code H2DKQ for $300 in airfare credits. read more

Flew to Vegas with my wife, customer service was top notch from valet to ticketing agent to flight crew. This company is a gem, hope they expand to Orange County. The ease of our travel was worth the near 2 hours drive from Huntington Beach to Burbank. Upon arrival our car was waiting at the hangar for us. I haven't stopped recommending jetsuite since we left. read more

If you don't need to leave or arrive on any particular schedule - This might be for you. If you don't care if the plane is dirty - This might be for you. If you think this is like flying in a private Jet - ITS NOT ! It is just a really small plane that says JET SUITE instead of American or Delta. If you think giving this service 5 Stars for always being LATE - I cannot trust you posts. If you think skipping security is the coolest part - Get TSA ! They make travel exceptional. JET SUITE X = JET SUCKS ! read more

Decided I'd try to test this service on day I had a very important meeting. I was unwise to do so. Everything looked seeming good until they decide to cancel my flight 2 hours before takeoff with no other options on how to get to my destination. Now I'm stranded trying to figure out what to do and I was offered a 100 travel credit on an automated email as an inconvenience. This trip is going to cost me a lot more than that. Can't get a hold of customer service. Won't be trying your airline again. read more

I cannot believe I discovered this amazing thing called jetsuite. It is like uber, only much more ballin'!!! On this long weekend, we were going camping up north. I forgot we were going until this past Tuesday. Our options were driving and sitting in nasty holiday weekend traffic. Or expensive last minute flights out of southwest. Then jetsuite saved the day. For half the price of Southwest (yes half!!!) I purchased last minute tou trip tickets from Burbank to concord. Our flight departure time was 2:20pm. We arrived at 2:10pm and checked in at the private terminal with the nicest jetsuite agents who checked out bags and gave us tickets. I realized I forgot our most important bag at home but I don't even care because there is free beer and champagne on the private plane!! We are on a 30 seater. Just the 4 of us and 3 others. I love it :). Goal achieved: I am officially a baller. read more

My flight was 3:45pm and right now it is 5:36pm..... still not boarded yet... got offered 75$ coupon..... for next time? how about you comped my whole flight.... because I will never ever use this service ever again! So much for fast and convenient. Should've just went with jetblue and pay less. Horrible! read more

First. They knew we were delayed Before we arrived but they didn't bother to tell us Then they kept delaying our flight to Vegas while other flights to Vegas were on time. When we asked why. No answer. So for her an hour before. No food. Orders postmates because we could not leave. And then watched a flight leave on time while we were delayed two more hours. Not worth it. Our family has flown a few times with this company, and we have become a big fan of JetSuite. We have had a pleasant experience with everyone at the company, from the agents on the phone all the way to the pilots themselves. When was the last time a pilot made you a drink on the tarmac? Posed for pictures with the kids next to the plane? or made sure your kids favorite XM radio station was playing on the runway threshold before take off? Called ahead on the radio to make sure the rental was in position on the ramp (rather than just assuming)? These guys! read more

Unimpressed first time flyer with JetsuiteX. Flight from Orange County to Las Vegas boarded and after sitting on the plane for 15 minutes we were asked to deplane because of mechanical issues. 45 minutes later they said the problem was resolved and we boarded once again. The flight into Las Vegas was over an hour delayed. The next morning was supposed to leave Las Vegas on a 9:15am flight. Received a text that the flight was delayed and due to leave at 10am because of mechanical issues. I got to the JetsuiteX location at 9:20am and was told they were waiting for a part to arrive from Burbank. Waited for an hour before we got on the shuttle to head to the airport. After arriving to the plane, we sat on the shuttle staring at the plane for another 30 minutes while they waited for paperwork to be delivered. Finally departed Las Vegas 2 hours delayed. Should have flown with Southwest. read more

Flew from SNA to SFO. 5 star experience all the way. Pilots were extremely friendly, flight was easy breezy, and the plane is super comfortable. The booking process was very straightforward. Once you fly private you never want to fly anything else ever again! read more

They saved our bacon when Allegiant cancelled our flight out of Reno. I booked the first flight on Priceline I could find that went from there to SNA. The booking was through JetBlue but I had to read the reservation carefully to find that it was serviced by JSX and that the terminal was on the other side of the airport. Fortunately I figured this out in enough time and after that panic was resolved, I was pleasantly surprised by what I found with JSX - No TSA hassle and a nice lounge to hang out in until the plane was ready for boarding. The ground and flight crews were great. Definitely would use again. One thing for the suggestion box - A code sharing agreement with JetBlue might be great to bring new customers in, but it confuses the hell out of the passengers. If I weren't so OCD I'd probably have missed the flight waiting by the JetBlue gate at Reno. It might be a good idea to figure out a way or two to make sure passengers understand they're not supposed to go to the main terminal when they don't book direct. read more

What a disappointment! My girlfriend and I were so excited to try JetSuite. We were headed to Las Vegas for Valentine's Day and our flight was delayed due to weather (understandable). Well the weather cleared up and for hours we were told that the pilot was talking to the tower of our destination (i.e. Las Vegas). Seriously a pilots conversation with the tower in Las Vegas takes hours? Then a gentleman comes in to all the anxiously waiting customers and tells them rudely "there is no update". Really? People relying on making alternative airport transportation arrangements, modifying dinner reservations, individuals that have show tickets, etc. What is hysterical is for the hours their lounge they were out of snacks and drinks that they take such pride on. The customer service was horrific. I'd never give this airline another opportunity. I was able to make additional airfare arrangements, have dinner and arrange for different ground transportation before our flight even made it to Las Vegas. Lack of communication or lying to customers for a financial gain is a company killer and unethical. Managment needs to get a handle on this business fast or it will not be around much longer, rest assured. Referrals? Definitely not! Added Update: I did want to add after only a couple days of my horrific experience with JetSuite I was fully refunded, thankfully with our any issues. So I upgraded the rating from a one star to a two star rating. As that process was quite smooth. read more

This is our first time using JSX and it is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone. You're better off getting a first class ticket instead, even a regular ticket. We were delayed three times for over 3 hours just to fly to Vegas on a 1 hour flight. We were not able to leave our bags at the facility so we were stuck carrying them around town while we waited for our delay. We missed our dinner reservations in Vegas and were not compensated for the canceled reservation fee. I highly suggest not using this service if you are counting on being somewhere on time. The whole experience was terrible. read more

Always delayed,, not sure I'll fly with them again, it is nice not to go to a big airport but I don't know what is worse the delays or the TSA LINES (ok not always just 4 out the six times I flown ) read more

This company lies about their business identity. They claim that they are a start-up company and are only 3years old...this is complete lie...they have been in business for over 10years...they have now cut their employees salaries in half and guessing this may be the reason for the lie....the companies CEO and the amount of greed and lies would disable me from ever using them to get to and from. Ok so I normally only write reviews for 1 or 5 star things! This is definitely a 5 star review. They may not have service to lots of destinations but if they do have a service for your trip their service is a must! And yes I called it a service not an airline. That's truly what sets them apart! Even with a weather delay out of Las Vegas this was the best trip I've ever taken. It started with a super fast check-in with curbside Dropoff followed by a lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. We then boarded the shuttle bus (might as well call it a limo bus due to how nice it was) and was dropped feet from the jets door. It was a short hop to Orange County's airport but it was well worth the trip. Beats the heck out of the traffic and time in the 15 and traffic around LA. I'd like to give a shout out to our fight attendant Cheryl for excellent service. This might be the least stressed we've ever been on a flight! Thanks Jetsuitex! read more

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Flight was delayed out of SNA with no explanation. Waiting area is a disgrace and filthy. Bunch of 20 somethings running this operation. Then on our return flight from Vegas the waiting area is a plane hangar with no air. 104 degrees to wait for a flight. We loaded onto our plane only to be taken off for a mechanical issue. Told to wait with no plan in place. None of the people in the hangar know anything. They then re-board us into a plane that has been sitting on the tarmac for two hours with no air. The flight was literally 100 degrees inside for the first half of the flight and then they held us on the hot plane to get the luggage off in Orange County when it's 70 degrees outside. Complete and total SHIT SHOW. Never again for the amount of money paid. Jet Blue and JSX should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Oh and you better have a ride planned when you arrive in Las Vegas or you will be stranded and they don't care. Las Vegas terminal was as filthy as the one at SNA. I never thought I would say this, but I miss a real airport! Oh and if your flight is delayed you better have snacks because they won't even offer you a bottle of water. STAY AWAY!!!! You've been warned. read more

From valet to check-in and sitting in the lobby was literally 5 mins. Excellent customer service.

So after a round of cancellations, I must admit the flight is insanely convenient. Skipping security is nice, the waiting area is a little small of two flights are waiting. Will definitely try again, and hope that the scheduling conflicts with random cancels were a one time thing. read more

I need to rave about this place! I had a flight out of here for work last week and I left one of my favorite jackets in the waiting area. I called to report it was lost and got a call hours later from a nice woman named Dee. It was her day off and she still called me to ask if the grey jacket was mine! I was able to pick it up so easily. Dee was amazing with customer service and so were the others that helped with my luggage and directions. Will definitely use this airlines again! read more

Despite the terrible reviews, I'm glad to say my experience was that of a positive one. The check in process was easier than any commercial flight I've had. I showed up around 20 minutes before my flight and 10 minutes before boarding. I still had ample time to check out the amenities and snacks in the lobby. This locations lobby was fairly crowded nothing too special besides a few chairs and a snack bar. There were two other rooms but crowded with people who seemed to be completely laid out over the furniture. I do want to point out bar while i was there, an attendant or someone with the airline proclaimed that the flight going to Las Vegas was cancelled. Following that announcement the groans and signs of exasperation followed. I think that I got lucky it wasn't my flight or else I'd have to figure out a whole new flight situation. Anyways boarding was easy, I found my seat. The customer next to me was visibly annoyed that i was in his seat because he brought his dog and didn't check in his bags. Lucky for me, the flight attendant was kind enough to let me change seats to the one in front of me or any available seats that no one took after boarding was done. I was thankful for this for I don't think I would've survived the ride sitting next to the other customer. Last but not least I was pleasantly surprised at the the selection of complimentary drinks and snacks. It feels like flying commercial but a little more premium. I'd recommend them! Just be weary that if you do, make sure to have a back up plan in case something happens. Other than that if you have referral credit by all means nothing to lose here! read more

Be very careful when you book. They approve your booking and then when you go to check on your flight status they say your card got declined. So I called and the customer service rep couldn't help me either. Be very careful call and confirm your flight ! Don't bank on them confirming via email not good service at all. Operators also are very rude especially the supervisor a useless . Don't understand why they call themselves private ! No way in hell are they private jets. They also need to train there staff not to be soooooo rude and unprofessional! read more

Worst experience ever. Dropped off my teen son at JSX to fly back to college on LABOR DAY (already expensive ticket). He needed to be there today. My son calls me shortly after drop off And was told he was not allowed on the plane because he had no reservation. Being young and inexperienced, he does not know what to do, so he exits and calls very upset. The kid is standing there with a boarding pass for a particular flight and particular seat number. The credit card used to purchase the ticket matches his last name. His dad scrambles to get him another planet ticket on another airline while I'm calling customer service to see why he was not allowed on the plane. The response was that I accidentally entered his first name 2x on the reservation, instead of first and last name. This could've been fixed in 1 minute. On a holiday, spur the moment, we had to buy a new plane ticket on another airline for 2x the $ and hours later departure. Thank you JSX for working very hard to accommodate your customers. read more

My husband and I managed to take a quick trip for our anniversary (after 3 months of being quarantined). It was nice to take the small semi-private jet from the OC to Las Vegas. Everything was smooth, except for our flight back. We had a flight attendant who was on a serious power trip or something. I had my mask on my face but I slightly lowered it, exposing my nose for a second. It was 110 degrees outside and the plane was so hot for the first 15 minutes of the flight that I was struggling to breathe. The flight attendant Heather, an older blonde woman, was so rude and knelt down to tell me that she didn't want to let the entire plane of passengers know that my mask was off. Seriously? After that, she kept nitpicking every little thing I did. My husband and I asked for water and she said, "You guys are driving me crazy." What a way to end a trip. Frustrating! read more

We booked a flight through Jet Blue not knowing it would be with this charter company. Our round trip has already been changed to times that do not work for us and no one called regarding this. Be very careful if you are using this charter company. They do not operated like a real airline. read more

Three stars is the max they deserve. I drove there but couldn't find the hanger because there were NO SIGNS,not even a paper sign. Drove by it twice finally stopped even though it said ACI. They send you an email giving you the address and they should say it's in the ACI hanger. The so called private lounge was ok but too small for everyone so some people had to stand. Coming back from Las Vegas the lounge was too small again and very hot. The plane was 1 hr late and the flt attendant ran out of chips by the 3 rd row and I was in row 6. All in all I'd say nothing to write home about especially since it was 1 hr. late. read more

I recently traveled from OC to Vegas for work and my employer booked me on a JetSuiteX flight. Corporate travel just went up another level! You check in at a private terminal, no TSA lines! From OC, they fly to Vegas, Oakland and Mammoth! Highly recommend! read more

What a fantastic experience!!! Our flight from Mammoth to Orange County was as smooth as silk. The service is 5 star all the way! Our flight attendant, Alexandria Loveless was AMAZING!!! This was my first time using this system and I honestly will never go back to normal going to the airport LAX waiting in line wanting to shoot myself in the head LOL just a joke obviously but those of you that go to LAX know what I'm talking about it's a complete cluster fuck and what JSX was able to make everything so convenient I got there 20 minutes before my flight was supposed to leave from orange county to Vegas absolutely no problems at all they took my bags walk to me right up to the plane and within 10 minutes I was in the air and within the hour I was in Vegas no waiting for my baggage and baggage claim I just got my bags off the jack and headed to my hotel literally whoever thought of this is a pure genius they're making it affordable for every day travelers to use a private jet even though they may not have the money to afford one at all by themselves LOL yet ;) everything about this experience was wonderful if I could give it another five stars I would everything from the flight attendants to the captains and the communication and the pilots everything was wonderful I will definitely be using this service again when I am heading back to Vegas next week :). DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE. 1. I fly frequently for work and thought I would give this airline a try. In the few times I have flown there have been maintenance issues causing delays. 2. Today my flight departed and had to quickly return to the airport because there was an issue with the main cabin door. It was nerve racking and I fly all of the time. 3. Upon landing two maintenance guys were trying to fix the problem by literally slamming the door repeatedly. We were all still on the plane. 4. Upon observing this high tech approach I collected my belongings and left the plane. 5. Someone needs to evaluate this airline. It is my personal opinion that they have maintenance quality issues and chronic delayed flights. BAD BUSINESS MODEL. read more
