This is our 3rd trip to Europe planned with Vicki…read more Technically this would have been our 4th but because of Covid in 2020, we had to cancel our trip to France. Vicki's expertise in every minute detail of our trip was thought out carefully and perfectly executed. For every trip that we have booked with Vicki, she has always advised us to purchase travel insurance. Thank goodness for her insight as our France trip had to be cancelled in March of 2020 due to Covid, we recovered every cent that was prepaid when we cancelled. This summer, we booked a 3 week trip to Italy for our family of five. I knew that I wanted to visit the Puglia region, Amalfi Coast, and Tuscany. Aside from these three general regions, I left it up to Vicki to help decide what cities within these regions to stay. We also wanted to have a car rental to explore but also travel by train because my husband loves to travel by train. Our 3 week journey went seamlessly well. We visited Matera, Bari, Lecce, Positano, Sorrento, Florence, Lake Como and Milan. Vicki made sure our car rental was large enough to fit our five carry ons suitcases and three teenagers for 11 days. Vicki suggested not having a rental car in Lake Como as it's better to use ferries to travel in the area. Our hotels was always centrally located to allow us to walk to restaurants and sights. When we took the train to our next destination, our hotel was within a7-10min walk from the train station. Transfers from train station to hotel was planned, transport from hotel to airport was set in place. Everything that needed to be planned, Vicki was on top of it. From reminding us to renewal our passports to obtaining an international driver license, no stone was left unturned. The best part of working Vicki is that she knows our family likes and dislikes and was able to help us planned a trip that fits our personalities and needs. We did not get a generic itinerary, our itinerary was carefully curated with Vicki's expertise in the region. Our accommodations were top notch, always centrally located, and close to transportation. Even after arriving in the various cities, Vicki was sending restaurant recommendations for each city we were at. It was reassuring to know that she knew where we were while on our trip and that she was a text/call away if needed. I'm grateful to have an amazing travel agent in Vicki. She has made every trip we've had effortless, enjoyable, and memorable. I can't imagine planning a trip without Vicki's assistance. She's truly a gem.

He answered our questions and was very confident and calm. Our brother learned a lot while we were the passenger princesses in the back. It's very tight and my 6'4" brother barely fit. It definitely feels like a rollercoaster at times with how delicate the controls are. Even just going slightly down or up had those stomach drop feelings. I definitely recommend taking anti-motion sickness medicine if you're sensitive. The views are definitely amazing on a clear day and the helicopter was mostly glass. 30 minutes was a good amount of time and went by slowly. Definitely recommend to try once as it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

He hooked us up. Place is nice and clean with all kinds of snacks and drinks (though, we brought our own grub). Plenty of comfortable seating, tables, plugs. Very nice for pilots/crews. They guided my daughter in, fueled her up and guided her out when she was ready. We had a nice dinner in the pilot lounge with daughter before she had to fly back to Arizona. Great time. Hit me with a AWESOME price and said he will take great care of my other half! "He Did"!!!!! He was there before her (late coming in) flight came in and kept checking the screen for any changes. We rode in a Silver SUV, very clean and comfortable. Dave was quick to reply to texts and on time for both pick ups to and from LAX. He knew the LAX area so we were at our drop off point very quickly! If we had driven our self, we would have gotten lost and spent so much time parking and lugging our luggage to the check in! Dave was super friendly and easy to talk to, which was nice because I was nervous about leaving my kitties at home :( I would definitely recommend A&H and I would use them again!

Elizabeth was super awesome - she gave us plenty of flexibility, since we did our own thing for a few days, and was really helpful again when we wanted to change a few dates only two weeks before leaving. Finding the entrance to the airport was easy, getting into the plane and seat belted was easy, and navigating the headset was easy! There was no moment during our tour where we felt confused or nervous about what was happening or going on. The views were AMAZING! Specially since we did the sunset tour! Our pilot was so knowledgeable on the counties history, and we actually learned a lot! The takeoff, flight, and landing were incredibly smooth. I highly recommend this establishment.
