This place is top level nice. Number one daughter flew herself in from Arizona and we met her here with food. Staff here is helpful and accommodating, especially Ian up front. He hooked us up. Place is nice and clean with all kinds of snacks and drinks (though, we brought our own grub). Plenty of comfortable seating, tables, plugs. Very nice for pilots/crews. They guided my daughter in, fueled her up and guided her out when she was ready. We had a nice dinner in the pilot lounge with daughter before she had to fly back to Arizona. Great time. Amazing private airport! I loved flying into ACI Jet. The amenities are top notch, and their staff are so friendly and welcoming. They have an amazing bathroom with lots of essentials- deodorant, lotion, mouthwash, feminine hygiene products, etc. They also have complimentary drinks like soda, sparkling water, and coffee. And snacks! Chips, protein bars, and candy. The lounge area looked very nice. I didn't go upstairs, but they have private areas where you can rest if you need to. What a way to travel! read more

Great Jet Center. For those who have never been these jet centers are basically private full service terminals at airports. As always my perspective is as a passenger not as a plane owner or pilot. The staff was super friendly, efficient and professional. The interior was spotless and comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless as well. Good selection of beverages from hot to cold, and lets face it any place serving Tim's chips is going to get brownie points. Not related to my visit, I find it odd that Jet Fuel is cheaper than gas in my area right now. WTH?? Not much else you could want here. read more

First time flying out of ACI Jet for a reservation I booked with Jet Suite X and I'm in LOVE! PARKING This location features self-parking along with valet. Since I took a Lyft to get here, I do not know what the daily rates are but they do have a dedicated lot for their customers. HOW TO BOOK WITH JET SUITE X You can book the tickets by two methods: directly on their website or via the Blackbird App. The upside to booking with the Blackbird app is if you use my referral code "3KKWR" then you will get a $300 credit that you can use as $100/booking. Some of these flights are as low as $49 one way so you could be looking at a completely free flight! The downside is that Blackbird does not have as many flights to book so if you're looking for a better flight for your schedule then you may be better off booking directly. LOBBY I had watched a few videos of the SNA lobby and was pretty disappointed to hear that they had moved the grand lobby over to some corner that honestly just looks like a small office space with significantly less amenities and refreshments than advertised. There is a main lobby with a few seats, then there are two more corner rooms if you prefer to sit at a desk. CHECK-IN & SECURITY Since you'll be flying with a maximum of 30 people, the check-in line is relatively small if not nonexistent. They'll simply need your government ID and a confirmation number for the flight. Since they're part of part 135 of FAA, they do not require TSA check. Rather, they will swipe your bags (checked and carry-on) for explosives and then whisk your checked luggage away! Don't forget that they only allow 25 lbs per bag but you do get 2 checked baggages and 1 stowaway bag. OVERALL I loved my experience despite the slight decrease in amenities. For the price, it is definitely worth it to skip going to a major airport just to fly to Vegas. You can arrive up to 20-30 minutes before your flight and everything will be taken care of. this is a really busy FBO and yet they took the time to marshall me into a nice spot on the ramp they waited for me to shut down and asked me a few questions and I was off to the front desk. I was treated just like the big boys. fuel was surprisingly inexpensive for a big airport and they got right to it. when I got back the bill was waiting for me. the lobby was clean and spacious. As a former JetSmarter member I've had the opportunity of both departing and arriving here and JSX still deports and arrives out of here as well. I'm never taking any other airline to Vegas ever again! The girlfriend and I were fortunate enough to get a free flight to and from SNA to LAS for her 26th birthday with Jet Suite X which is stationed here. The check-in process was quick and easy, we were simply ID'd, then boarded the jet right during our planned departure time. Overall a great experience albeit a little pricey. If you're looking for luxury flights with no TSA, definitely check it out. ACI Jet has partnerships with a bunch of other private pilots as well. read more

Worst company for service in orange county. Refuse to fuel my airplane if I'm not present. So. no choice but to order fuel pilot waiting, I have never waiting less than an hour for service. They have absolutely no respect for my time. Double the rent on my hanger and then consistently give me the worst service I've ever received at this airport. read more

Nice staff and nice facilities, but they are terribly slow on the ramp. If you're staying overnight, great. If you're dropping of pax and trying to turn to the next trip - forget it. Even with early fuel releases, calls when the crew is in the air, etc. just plan on no less than an hour turn. I hope that improves. read more

Update: The VP of FBOs reached out to me, admitted I was overcharged on the ramp fee, and gave me a full refund. That's very nice of them. In the past I have used this FBO for short stays (couple hours or less) and had no issues. But overnight parking is always $25/night so this is really a FBO for jets, as noted by every review being from charter passengers. Atlantic is better for GA though ACI's lounge is definitely more upscale and inviting, and has lots of refreshments. read more

This is only a good FBO if you're flying in on a jet, they seem to not care to much about smaller GA aircraft besides Jets. Flew in my Piper Meridian M500 on a Saturday morning and once i cut the engine the Line guy chocked my plane and was never to be seen or found once i stepped outside the plane. On departure i asked to be pulled on line so my passengers didnt have to walk over 1000ft to board the aircraft and was denied that service when the ramp was completely empty, only one small jet had pulled up by the time we departed so there was no exscuse for them not having room for incoming aircraft. PAX were not happy. Dont think ill be parking at ACI Jet in SNA next time I visit, I'd rather spend the extra on fuel for better service at Atlantic Aviation. read more
