there is no phone support (and text support was aggressively awful)

I agree with another reviewer that if I could give 0 stars... I would. I tried to adhere to the refund policy (create an account, link, etc.) I had trouble with that process and so I was told FOUR different things by different customer representatives. It was not only painful, it felt DELIBERATELY, purposefully painful -- the more difficult they make the process, the less likely you are to even get a partial credit, right? (Also, internet searches will say there is a customer service phone number, there is not. If the text messages aren't working, and they weren't for me, and you call their number, they'll link you back to the SAME TEXT THREAD.)

First time flying on breeze Airways. Plane is super bright and shiny The crew has been incredibly friendly! Over 2 hours late leaving but as long as we arrive safe that's all that matters! Safety first!

Dimension of the bag carried by passenger 17" x 12.6" x 6.3" and staff charged it as a carry on luggage! 11/20/2024 11am at LAX airport

Today at the Breeze check in counter at LAX for a flight from LAX to Raleigh, the Breeze Airways staff mishandled a situation. The staff kept insisting that my mom's personal item is big and wants to charge $75 to bring it in as a carry on. I told her the size of the bag is for a personal item. But she doesn't want to accept it. I told her she can measure it but she responds with "i don't need to measure it, the way i look at it, it is big. She said it is $75. Since i have no choice, I don't want my mom to miss her flight, i paid for it, but it is actually just $40. So the staff is giving wrong information.... And she is wrong about personal item sizing. She should measured the bag if she thinks the size is off. I am posting here the picture of the dimension of the bag and the advertised personal item dimensions from the Breeze Airways website. I am reporting Breeze Airways to the Business Bureau for charging passengers' personal item as a carry on item, that is illegal!

Purchased my ticket to Orlando Florida from John Wayne Airport from the 13th to the 17th. I needed to change my return date to the 16th and the app was giving me big problems. You can't even call to speak with anyone. I tried on Facebook messenger from midnight till morning and no response all night. So I decided to call the John Wayne Airport and this young lady told me to be in the line by 10:15am this morning so I could get some sort of assistance. I was then told that I could only change on the app. Well I guess the attendant was also irritated with how long of a wait, and meanwhile the app kept spinning so she decided to get on her personal Lil computer to help me... Praise God. I had to pay an additional 80 dollars, to me this should have been waived but you gotta do what you gotta do. Oh also.i was told about discount Tuesdays. Very excited about that. Things went pretty smoothly with her help. Please update the glitches in your app

Buyer beware. They cancel flights for no reason. Yes, I can find another airline, but the inconvenience is unfortunate.

Finally we both got through and I was at the gate to board and my companion was 200 feet away walking to catch up, they told me that I went through the door now or they were closing it. I said, "but they're right there!" They could see my friend walking and they shut the door 30 seconds before my friend arrived. Unbelievable! I said I'd never fly with them again. Today I am. 100 dollars for a check in bag so I brought none. Got the thicket last week. Got an email to check in. I clicked on it and it should me nothing to click on so I figured "no big deal". At the desk 30 minutes ago, they said that you have to check in online or it's a $25 fee. I went back to the email and it only gives you the option to get the App. They assured me I don't have to get the app... but they expect you to come 3 hours ahead of flight to have them assist you with their email that offers no link to check in. This airline gouges you wherever they can... very distrust worthy. I hope they don't skimp on plane parts.

Not sure if the new group boarding benefits customers and has it improved the boarding process…read more Still need to set alarm 23:58 minutes prior to the check in time to check in within the 24 hours timeline without paying xtra for assigned seat. Plane was full and the system selected my boarding group 8 (the last group) but sat in the extra leg room section. On flight back same process but was selected into group 4 front seat again xtra room leg with better snacks lol One pet peep- not enough over hang space. When I got to my seat, overhang storage was full all around and need to place luggages few rows back. Just a pain trying to get your luggages when leaving. Hope the new system can be more efficient.

THEY HAVE LOST LOT OF CUSTOMERS DUE TO THEIR 360 DEGREE TURN AROUND ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, and GREEDY COST MODEL Their employees are even all miserable ! Used to be happy and friendly -- NOT anymore! Down right RUDE! Their CEO needs to be gone -- and they need to hire someone that cares about their customer base! I NOW HATE SOUTHWEST AIRLINES ! And will NEVER fly them again! They have stole a ton of money from me, and everyone else that lost their flight credits !!
