Customer service timely and no stress travel! Took my first flight (saved $100 off first flight when you create a free account like I did using promo code 5UMCOX) flew out of concord into Orange County. Walking from my car to plane about three minutes. Check in into plane about 3 minutes! Same with Orange County boarding (we flew out of a mini airport 2 miles from John Wayne). The employees were sweet the lounge had free drinks and snacks and same on plane including alsochol and free in flight WiFi. I wish I'd started using Jsx sooner it's a whole different experience for travel! And my flight with my discount was 1/3 the price of other major airlines!

JSX offers hassle-free flights from Concord to Burbank, Orange County, and Las Vegas, utilizing smaller airports and private terminals creating a calmer, more simplified journey. If JSX route planners are reading this, please add Concord to LAX flights and additional frequencies on all routes. The pros of flying JSX: 1) no TSA security lines and hassles 2) smooth & simplified check-in process & luggage retreival 3) on-time flights (landed and parked 20 minutes early) 4) excellent complimentary onboard STARLINK wi-fi (it's fast and it works) 5) joyful experience with complimentray snacks, cocktails, wine & beverages. 6) super easy to access at Concord Airport and other private terminals. 7) reasonable upcharge over the cost of flying Southwest The cons: 1) lackluster beverage offerings in the airport lounges 2) surprisingly lackluster and worn furniture in the Orange County lounge 3) nickel and diming with seat assignment charges --makes sense on Frontier or Spirit but certainly not on a premium branded airline (minus one star) . 4) extreme summertime temperatures in Las Vegas can prevent the smaller regional JSX jets from taking off. The week I flew, many JSX passengers were either stranded there or subjected to lengthy delays. 5) very few frequencies and no back-up planes or other flight options if there is a cancellation or extensive delay as they are the only airline serving Concord. The newly opened Concord Airport terminal at Buchanan Field is brand spanking new , spacious, and modern. At the gate you'll find a big picture window to watch all of the flight activity. The Concord-Orange County airfare was $70 more than Southwest from Oakland.....well worth the premium IMHO.

Great airline the best way to fly from Northern Cal to Southern California no security hassle. You just give them your suitcase and pick it up when you arrive. I recommended to all my people.

Had a fabulous trip with Jet Suite X this past week. Arrived to Concord in the middle of a rain storm and they were great to offer umbrellas. Check in was a breeze and yes, 30 minutes before is plenty of time. Lots if parking out front as well. The waiting area has Starbucks coffee, chai lattes, hot cocoa, snacks, etc. No TSA, no restrictions on liquids for boarding. Boarding was just as simple and quick. The plane is small with only 10 rows, but that means quick loading, unloading and service. The legroom in these seats is like nothing I have ever seen! Plenty of under seat storage too. I swear that the bag I usually have to shove under airline seats and squish fit under there with room to spare. Wonderful snacks and drink selection and friendly staff. There was a little delay on our take off due to a maintenance issue, but I would rather be safe. The flight home was just as fantastic. Go Rentals was also easy and great. More expensive than walking over and renting from one of the airport companies, but super easy to walk off the plane, sign, and drive away. Also easy to return the car and they did great when we needed to cut our trip short and return the car early. Jet suite x was also wonderful about changing our return reservations very last minute. We needed to come home a few days early as well as add an additional person to our return flight. They were great with helping with the adjustment. I so wish they flew to other locations because I would fly with them every single time if they did. I hate flying and I actually enjoyed this experience.

Two different prices for the same date.

UPDATE: Still flying with JSX but as of recently they have decided to charge an additional fee to have the pro leave of selecting your own seat. What a joke. People are going through some of the most difficult times ever, but JSX over here finding ways to charge for anything and everything. We went from bottled wine on flights to canned Pinot noir. Haha sheesh.

    Plenty of leg room

I recently flew from Concord to Burbank and my experience was great. If you're looking to be dropped off right in front of where you check in, the lounge is the parking lot at the very end of John Glenn Dr. (Maps was not accurate). I arrived 20 minutes before and saw others arrive 10 minutes before scheduled departure. As I waited, I made myself some brewed coffee using their awesome Starbucks machine. They have 3 drinks to choose from, including decaf. They also had a few snacks, and plenty of seating. The process goes as follows: 1) Check in at the desk. They asked for my ID, and how many bags I'd be checking in. There are no overhead compartments on the flight so any suitcase will count, they allow 2 free of charge. They give you a list of prohibited items and trust that you tell the truth, because they do not even check purses that you bring on (sketch). Then you're given your boarding pass. 2) Wait for them to announce boarding. I was supposed to board at 9:10 for takeoff at 9:20. I overheard the staff and it seemed a little unorganized on this process. The announcement was delayed by just a few minutes due to the process of having the crew give the staff an OK. We then lined up, walked over to the plane and took a seat at our assigned seat, which is also printed on the pass incase you forget. 3) The flight was short - about an hour. I had a single seat on the left side. There is plenty of leg room, and even a outlet if you have to charge! I knew that there was no WiFi yet, but I saw elsewhere that there was messaging capabilities (similar to Southwest's complimentary messaging). I grew frustrated trying to figure out how to enable messaging, due to the lack of information on any of the pamphlets. I asked the flight attendant who told me it will pop up on my WiFi and I can connect, but nothing showed up for me when I generally never have phone problems. As for the drinks and snacks - plenty of options. Alcohol is complimentary which is nice. I had a boxed water and some veggie stick chips. 4) When we landed in Burbank, we didn't have to wait long to leave. We waited in the lounge for our luggage which took a few minutes to come out. They cart it in and you're free to take your luggage and leave. Overall, a great experience but for a fairly new and private airline, there could be some improvements to make JSX more competitive with commercial companies. I definitely would fly more if they had refunds similar to Southwest, which allow for more flexibility when it comes to booking/changing flights and not worrying about extra fees involved (applicable to the hop on (cheaper) fares). I think one of the biggest perks of flying with JSX is the free pet policy and alcohol, and skipping lines and TSA. If you book in advance, it might be even cheaper than Southwest!

I've been flying with jet suite X ever since they Started flying out of Concord Buchanan airport. I have to go down to Burbank and see my father often because he was very sick. I also had to bring my dog with me every time I flew and I was really worried that things were going to not work out right but they were so nice and considerate and their customers service with extraordinary, to say the least. I highly recommend even during this pandemic flying with JetSuite X. Everybody in this world has had to make a few changes in their life, so people suck it up. Things change, that doesn't mean you have to be inconsiderate. Way to go JET SUITE X!! keep going and I'll keep flying!! Deborah Mathewson

I just realized I forgot to write my review!!! My family and I flew from Concord to Burbank in August. From start to finish, it was a great experience. My only complaint is some of the other passengers felt it was okay to lay on the seats so that others could not sit down. The check in process was very easy, walk up, show your ID, they take your bags, you go sit in the lounge (very comfortable temperature in Concord), have some water, or a snack, the little fridge they have does not keep the drinks cold, nor are the bottles of water cold on the flight. The flight was perfect, two first time flyers with us, both children, and they did so well! The flight attendant was very good with them. The snacks aren't that great (sorry, but I have to be honest), they're mostly for people who like to eat cardboard, but the drinks were great! We took off on time, landed a little early, and we also rented from Go Rentals ... great service there too! Upon landing in Burbank, we walked off the plane, in to the hanger, and the Go Rental representative was there waiting with my contract and keys, the car was spotless, with five bottle of ice cold water in it! Amazing service!! We flew home from Burbank to Concord, and it was a little different. The staff at Burbank was not very friendly or helpful on the ground, actually, one woman was quite rude. I found a nice quiet "introvert" room to find solace in until it was time to leave. They also have an air conditioned lounge that I accidentally found where they had great snacks and ice cold drinks! The flight home was packed!!! A full flight for sure, but I was still more comfortable on this small jet than ANY commercial airline I've ever been on. That extra leg room for someone who is claustrophobic was amazing. Once again, the bottled water was warm, not cold. Once we landed in Concord, we walked off the plane, grabbed our luggage and left. There wasn't anyone in the office to greet us, which was fine. Here's the deal, I'm very claustrophobic, I have severe anxiety, and I'm a fit fat girl, so, any plane I get on is scary. It had been twenty years since I'd been on a plane. JetSuiteX made all of my fears go away!! They told me it was like flying first class in every seat (the seats aren't really first class seats, but that leg room is amazing) - I just focused on my family, and looking out the window, and was fine. While it's a small plane, it does not feel that way at all. JUST DO NOT use the bathroom if you're bigger than a size 2!!! You might get stuck. Ha ha ha! The seats are comfortable enough ... I never saw any USB plug or anything like that, and the WIFI did NOT work, AT ALL on either flight. I had my phone in airplane mode, and tried to connect a few times, mostly for music. I asked both flight attendants to help, but they were kind of dismissive about the WIFI. No biggie, this was still by far the best airline I've ever flown! I hate that word is getting out, but, it is what it is, and maybe over time, prices will go down. I hope also that some day they'll start flying in to Kalispell Montana!! Oh, as for the security thing, I think they check the bags out of your sight, and I'm okay with that. I'm not too worried about the bad guys on such a short flight.

We've flown Allegiant Air a number of times and on average it's been pretty good. We pack light and only bring on our backpacks so we avoid the baggage fees. There are lots of fees, but we just don't buy any of those extras, such as picking our own seats. Since our flights are usually from Stockton to Phoenix, AZ, the flights are short and therefore we can put up with sitting in less than ideal locations on the plane. They always seat parents with their children, at least 1 parent with 1 child, so no child is ever left to sit by themselves, so the whole choose your own seat thing isn't important to us as long as there's 1 parent with 1 or both of our children. In fact, when you're booking your flights, a child cannot book on their own, there must be an adult's ticket booked at the same time, that ensures safety and also that the parent on the same booking will be seated with that/those child(ren). The comfort level isn't great as the seats are quite hard, they're acceptably cushy, but bring your own donut seat cushion or whatever you need if you are looking for extra back and bottom support. We like that the planes are Airbus and not Boeing ones, but that's not the biggest thing. The most important issue of course is safety, and we've experienced very professionally piloted Allegiant flights that are safe and smooth. The flight attendants have been good to great, and the pilots very competent and professional. 1-star taken for when they do have some delays (necessary) and some of them have been quite long such as waiting to depart b/c of some technical issues (understandable) and also once we were waiting for our checked item (really discouraged us from checking any luggage ever again) for over an hour after arrival. Overall, we like Allegiant Air and plan to keep flying with them since they are Acceptable, Affordable, and a bit Above Average. =)

At the time, I also chose my seat. The isle seat in an exit row. NARRATIVE: Heading to Vegas to attend the 2025 Big Smoke cigar event, I didn't want to drive so, I decided to book a flight out of Stocktons airport on Allegiant Air. On the date of my flight, I arrive about two hours early and as luck would have it, my flight was already delayed over an hour. Even though I had already purchased my round trip tickets and seats in advance, I checked in with their agents at the counter and presented my military ID because, hidden in the fine print of their perks, military, including reserves and veterans, Allegiant offers two free checked bags, priority boarding and two carry on items at no cost. When the plane finally arrived, the boarding process was smooth and effortless. The flight to Vegas was took a little over an hour and it was uneventful. No complementary drinks or snack offered but they do offer those service at a cost. **credit cards only. No cash.** My return flight that Sunday was delayed also but not just an hour. It was delayed over three hours. SCENE: Allegiant Air operates out of the Stockton Metropolitan Airport on most days with flight to either Vegas or Arizona. The TSA process at SCK is quick and easy, especially if you have TSA Pre or Global Entry. RECOMMENDATION(S): I'd fly Allegiant Air again but, I'd give myself extra hours for their known delays.
