New management. The staff smokes in the kitchen, it smells so strong. Used to be a 5-star, worth-the-wait dim sum spot. Now it's not even 1 star. We came in at 11, and the restaurant was completely empty. We were the only table there. After waiting an hour, most of our food finally came out, but we were still missing three dishes. The staff didn't even realize it until we asked them to check the paper we marked our order on. The food quality was also extremely disappointing. The dumplings tasted freezer-burned, dry, stale, and microwaved instead of fresh. The scallops came out undercooked. The egg fried noodles were inconsistent -- some noodles were hard and crunchy like they weren't fully cooked, and even the onions were still hard instead of soft and cooked through. Really sad to see how far this place has fallen compared to how good it used to be.

Very few things went well or were ok. Jasmine tea was served piping hot and that started off our meal well. But things fell down after that. We ordered dim sum but everything seemed to be delayed and lots of angry conversations of staff with other customers put us on alert that things were not going smoothly inside The dim sum that was served was just luke warm and quality of dishes were not good. Portions too were not great . The XLB was served very very late and that too was not made well. Ambience was dull , sleepy and cold everywhere. Tables and condiment trays were unclean and all that made us decide not to return

Went for a Saturday lunch dim sum experience for my grandpa's birthday and he loved it. He really wanted dim sum but was also really craving lobster and a friend had suggested this restaurant. The service was really great. We were given a large table fairly quickly and it wasn't super busy which is surprising for a dim sum place on the weekend, but lucky for us, the service was great! There was no wait on carts and we received the food super fast. The lobster was great and we also ordered a very generous portion of crab fried rice. For me, I thought the dim sum was decent nothing was bad but I didn't think anything was especially great either, but I would go again if invited. The staff came by to wish my grandpa a happy birthday and we had a great time.

Our favorite place for dim sum. Wonderful staff and the food is excellent. Pork and shrimp dumplings, shrimp and leek dumplings, shrimp dumpling and sesame balls are a must. The entrees are also very good with generous potions. No one will leave hungry!

The service was great but the food wasn't that authentic! The shrimp rice noodle was just warm, not hot, the rice noodles were kinda mushy! The black bean sauce ribs didn't taste like real ribs! They added the taro roots to make it fuller! We also had the curry cuttlefish, it was ok, not much flavor!

Their big crab rice is very tasty plus some other delicious dishes( such as pineapple fish), not on the menu are pretty good.

I got served spoiled meat inside the bbq pork Cheung Fun, and it tasted like cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting.

Our fault, we went there at 1:45 PM for Dim Sum. Their fault, serving cold food and a poor selection. We'll return but just beware....

Do not go here. New ownership and we ended up with dumplings that were clearly spoiled.

We arrived on a Wednesday evening around 7 p.m., and surprisingly, we were the only customers there, considering it was peak dinner time. We also discovered that we needed to pre-order the duck in advance. Luckily, the lady informed us that there was one available for us, but it would take about 30 minutes. We ordered the crispy cucumber salad, xiao long bao, and the dry-fried string beans. The dry-fried string beans were my favorite. The string beans had a delightful crisp texture and a flavorful taste. The cucumber salad was also good, but some parts were a bit soggy. The XLB skin was too thick and chewy, and it didn't taste like the usual soup dumplings, which was disappointing. I was excited for the duck, but I was honestly disappointed when it arrived. The portions were quite small, considering it was a whole duck. It wasn't carved tableside, which was a letdown. Some parts of the duck were dry, and the skin wasn't crispy enough. To add to the disappointment, they charge extra for almost everything. If you want more pancakes or their homemade duck sauce (which tasted like black bean sauce), you'll have to pay an additional $5. Another thing to note is that they are BYOB, so you can bring your own alcohol. However, the menu pictures on Yelp are outdated, and they only offer whole Peking duck, not half orders. Overall, the food was just okay, and I'll probably try a different spot when I'm in the mood for duck again.

Dim sum has become an expensive endeavor at a lot of places these days, so glad to see an affordable spot. There's no push carts here, so everything is made to order, so you won't get the instant gratification of smelling scents and getting a ticket marked and food on the table, but I rather get it fresh every time. We got a ton of the classics: shu mai, rice rolls, beef flat noodle, taro dumplings, radish cake, sticky rice. All were honestly average - nothing that will blow your socks off, but texture is good, seasoning maybe a bit on the lighter side, but you can fix that yourself with the chili sauce and soy sauce at the table. But without having to wait super long for a table and fresh food, it does its job. Saw some others get buns and peking duck and those looked good, so would come back to try that.

The Peking duck with accoutrements wasn't any better. The veggies were limp as if they had been sitting out all morning uncovered. The pancakes were very dry and lukewarm. But they got progressively colder. Last third of the basket was ice cold. The duck, was not hot. It also wasn't freshly made. It had been sitting out. It didn't have the crispy snap skin should have. It was super greasy. And because it was cool that grease was just sitting on the skin like a second coating. I paid but ate nothing. I won't be back and don't recommend.
